Staff arrogant on the phone, didn't get my food after an hour. Fries were cold, frikandel too. I totally understand all the reviews!

The taco was a burrito. It had very little meat, and what was inside was dry and inedible. Furthermore, an unidentifiable amount of sauce had been thrown over it to make it even more disgusting. When I called to say my order was incorrect, someone initially didn't understand at all and proceeded to explain to me what was in it. When I mentioned that I hadn't asked for an explanation of the difference between a burrito and a taco, someone else had to be called over first. That person told me that it should be stated very clearly on the website that a burrito is a soft taco. (I checked and it is not described anywhere.) All in all, a bad experience and inedible!!!

One of my favorites. I order here quite regularly. The food is always great. Delivery people are friendly. Yes they are busy sometimes with deliveries but the delivery apps give that estimate up front and in my opinion it’s worth it and easy enough to place the order a little earlier on busy days. They had one mishap once and they immediately called and offered an extra for the inconvenience. I ordered for family when visiting them and forgot to change the delivery address once myself. One quick call to them and all was well. They’re on top of things and I’ve always appreciated that. Do recommend this place.

Nice people and the food is fine. Delivery was quite fast. Last time there was a small problem with the burger but it was resolved nicely by giving one free. The burgers were tasty.

Apparently, you can also sit out there all night, look at the menus, use salt and pepper... boy, this just isn't right. It's usually a mess outside after closing time... so I would never order anything here... if the calling card is like this, then I've already had my fill.

It used to be great! Nowadays, it's nothing special anymore. We got two ice creams here, but the ice creams were already melted by the time they made it onto the cone.

Ordered food at 9:16 PM, and by 10:00 PM, still no food. When I called them, they told me the food still had to be made. Worthless.

Food was delivered incorrectly and only an hour after the specified delivery time, so I had to wait a total of over 2 hours for my food!

The fries were very soft and saltless, tasteless, and cold. Unfriendly staff. Ordered sauces, but they were only half full. The satay sauce was tasteless and as thin as water. So I won't be coming back. A big fail for me.

Terrible service!!!! I didn't get any napkins or cutlery with my order!!!! I had to pick up my order myself, but it wasn't brought to the table. I didn't mind at all and happily picked it up!!! Until it was brought to other people!!! I feel discriminated against and felt it was incredibly unfair to me and my boyfriend!

Very bad, I've ordered before but never had my entire order correct. Expect delivery to take two hours as standard, so the food has often cooled down by then. Delivery drivers also arrive on fat bikes. Very unprofessional!

I've ordered from here three times now, and each time I'm called back saying they don't have a Monster drink. Be sure to call ahead to find out what they do and don't have, as they have trouble putting things out for delivery.

Lousy place. Order food for all our employees, 1. Way too late. 2. Cold, and we're literally missing half of them. Then I think they should just close the place. And when you call to report the above points, you get, "Oh, how annoying, yeah, I don't know either, we'll update you later." That's useless!!!!

A truly awful company! It takes an hour and a half, okay, that's the way it is, but then it arrives lukewarm, a bag of fries completely scuffed and soaking wet, and half the order is missing. So, I call, "Oh, okay, sorry," and hopefully, the rest will be on its way in fifteen to twenty minutes. So, the person eating with me is sitting there looking stupid without their order. We ask her to make the whole order again and take the old one with us, so we'll have everything fresh and we can eat together. Well, that wasn't possible. What a terrible company, never, ever again! I advise against it for anyone who wants good, tasty food because it costs a lot of money, and they're not cheap!

Terrible service. 10 minutes after the delivery time, they called to say they didn't have something and asked if I wanted something else. When I ordered something else, everything I ordered was cold. Two hours after ordering, they finally arrived with cold food. I'll never eat from Dubbel Ff in Drachten again. Shame on you for giving me 0 stars, but unfortunately, that's not acceptable.

The thick, black pieces of kibbeling were upside down in the bag, just like the frikandel special. The chicken nuggets were forgotten and unreachable by phone. My very first review and very last order with Dubbel FF. Shame on you. I finally got through on the phone and then asked if I had a moment, and then there was silence on the other end. Probably because I was keeping the line busy.

At the request of dubbel ff I'm here to say I'll never order anything again, the food was cold. The delivery took over an hour and a half. It's absolutely outrageous. If you speak to the delivery person, they just say sorry. If it were possible, I'd want my money back.

I waited over 2.5 hours for my food. When I called the first time, they asked if I could wait a moment, which, of course, was no problem. After waiting four minutes, I was pushed away. Finally, I received the food, which was a jumbled mess, all lukewarm. I ordered three hot wings that weren't hot (my husband loves them, but I can't handle hot, and I could even handle this). I ordered boneless fried chicken that was supposed to be doused in sweet chili teriyaki sauce and topped with scallions. Well, it sounds delicious, but we were actually given five "hot" wings... We will never order from here again!

I don't complain easily, and we didn't complain about the mistakes that regularly occurred when we ordered from you. Mistakes happen, right? But now we had to wait over an hour, the food was lukewarm or even cold, the satay was tasteless and as thin as water, so in a word, another huge disappointment. We're giving up!!!!! No more double ff for us.

Since they moved, waiting two hours for your food has been absolutely awful. Cold food, for the umpteenth time. Not for me again, which is a real shame.

We order here regularly but not anymore. We have had to wait a long time a few times. Sometimes they come more than 30 minutes later, sometimes even an hour later. When you call to ask why it is taking so long, they hang up or say they are almost there but then it takes another 30 minutes. This is a bad company.

I don't normally post reviews, but this time, after reading the negative ones, I decided to share my experience. I ordered a bacon burger menu and a milkshake, and both were delivered promptly. The burger was excellent, and the fries were the right temperature. The milkshake was also neatly delivered in a special cup with a lid. I also received two cans of soda. Delivery took 30 minutes longer, but that wasn't a problem. All in all, it was excellent, and I've been a regular customer for a few years now.

Ordered at 3:30 PM, and we received our food at 5:20 PM. Ordered for two people. The fries were undercooked on both sides, so they were unbearable. I ordered a roll with a roast, but what I got wasn't a roast (and it was cold). I also ordered a beef taco, which you'd expect to get a hard shell. If your branch offers two options, put it on home delivery. This time, I got a soft shell instead of a hard shell, and I couldn't even hold it properly because it was covered in sauce, and there was barely any beef on it, more like rabbit food. A friend of mine had a bamischijfje with a roll and peanuts. The peanuts were so thick on the roll that I couldn't even hold it properly. And I spent €31 on this.

It always takes over hour to deliver. And when the food comes, there is always sauce or drinks missing.

I had to wait two hours only to be told they couldn't make my dish because they didn't have the right ingredient. I was a regular customer, but in recent months you've been completely unreliable regarding delivery times. It's consistently late, the phone is unfriendly, and the food tastes rushed.

Worst service ever!! Waited over two hours for two cold espressos and a cold chicken sandwich. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called and was told it would be there in fifteen minutes, with an extra espresso as compensation. After waiting half an hour, I called again. The phone was simply hung up on, no discussion possible. After 2 hours and 13 minutes, three cold espressos and a cold sandwich...

Was supposed to be delivered at 6:45 PM, but it was delivered at 8:30 PM, without the sauce I ordered. It was supposed to be delivered later. After half an hour, still no one at the door. The frikandel was next to the special. No friendly greeting on the phone, just a nonsensical reply that the delivery driver should have already arrived.

Dirty tables, the waitress who helped us wasn't very friendly, and the music was very loud. We'll skip this place next time. Double ff in Burgum is super clean.

My experience with Double ff wachten Drachten was unfortunately not good. Orders often arrive late, and if you report this, you're not taken seriously. The service is very disappointing, and therefore I won't order from them again. I advise others to choose a different store.

Just ate here, and the way they treat the staff is absolutely bizarre! The so-called "manager" was literally yelling at all the delivery drivers, which was anything but friendly. If I'd worked here, I would have quit after the first day because of this awful girl.

Unfortunately, a negative experience. The delivery person was friendly, but... the fries were cold! The mayonnaise was sour due to improper packaging. It was limp and cold. The cheeseburger was cold/lukewarm. €26 for fries, a beer, a frikandel, and a burger... not a good price-quality ratio. Not worth repeating.

First, we waited 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and then half of it wasn't even warm anymore. The table was dirty, with trash and debris all over the floor, and spider webs. This was our first and last time eating here with family.

The shop was dirty, the tables were sticky and unpleasant to the touch. The food was overcooked and only lukewarm. On top of that, we had to wait forever (30 minutes).

The delivery took a very long time, and they were impossible to reach by phone. The food contained mushrooms that weren't listed, which my husband can't tolerate. The wrap was so hard it crumbled and was very difficult to eat. The delivery driver drove very fast in our child-friendly neighborhood. This is the umpteenth time we've been dissatisfied. We won't be ordering from them again.

I always order from you online, and I heard you'd moved, so I was planning on having dinner with a few friends. That didn't happen because someone from the other side yelled "bacon from the kitchen" at us. If you can't behave in my restaurant, I'll throw your food away and give you a refund. Only toddler marchers work there Big mouth when I ask about my food, they could have called and emailed, nothing heard from either of them.. Order 2 pizzas, only deliver 1, say again upon delivery that there are not enough pizzas. Worthless that you offer food and can't even deliver... after calling they simply say, we don't have enough pizzas and will refund money.. no excuses nothing, except order again. after waiting 1.5 hours for food, they just say here you have your food. Only 1 person is allowed to go without food... the umpteenth incident with them. We have built up a 16 euro discount, but from now on we will never order from double ff again.

The meatballs were inedible, call about this. At first they ask us what we want to do with it, well a solution anyway... she asks, back on the line still no solution. Nothing is reimbursed, no new balls are suggested, nothing at all. Last time I went, I'm not normally one of these. But this company is really not recommended!

The place is very nice, the food was nicely served, but that's it, inside you feel the dust and the smell of old things, it's quite cold, what to eat, I ordered tortillas "kebab", the meat was very dry and burnt, the proportions of the kebab are about 30% meat, the rest is iceberg lettuce and a little tomato and onion, the fries are bitter, as if fried in old oil, the waiting time in an empty restaurant was quite long because we had to wait about half an hour for one wrap, will I come back? probably not, you should not have a sense of smell or taste to visit this place with pleasure.

The food was still (semi)warm, but that's about it. Ordered at 18:05, delivery time at 18:50. A bit long for two portions of fries and two snacks, but that's besides the point. Maybe it's busy. Finally called at 19:15, it would be delivered within ten minutes. Final score: delivered at 19:40. Frikandel special uncut. I can't imagine you'll be satisfied when you get your food delivered here. And if it's busy, call in advance and certainly don't make false promises. Save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else.

Ordered food, called after an hour to ask where it was. They were on their way... everything was cold, fries were inedible.

I went here yesterday and ordered a burger menu. It was possible to change the drink for a milkshake, which I thought was positive. But that was also the only positive thing for me. The burger was dry, as was the bun it was served on. To keep it all together, a wooden fork was placed upside down in it..... I think this is rather amateurish, I think there is something else to think of to tackle this problem. The tables in the restaurant were all dirty, as were the windows. There are a lot of young people walking around talking loudly to each other, which you as a customer can audibly hear, despite the unnecessarily loud music. For me this was once but never again.. A few weeks later they moved to the Zuiderbuurt in Drachten, maybe this was the cause. But that should not be an excuse.....

I ordered a sandwich godzilla spicy which was delicious, but that's not all I also had a delicious banana milkshake and for dessert some delicious crispy churros. All in all ABSOLUTELY TOP:)

ordered a double croquette burger. it was very dark in color and had a burnt taste. had a smooth compliance, but this was also a huge disappointment. slightly less dark in color but the frying fat dripped out. they had done their best with the subsequent delivery, and then next time they would not order this burger again. this has not been resolved. disappointing case!

I am so happy with you! The quality is great and it is “always” hot! Free delivery, free can of drink. Not a greasy bite, but very good quality! There are also many healthy products available, including beef with rice. My son is very happy with that. We wouldn't know what we would do without you, you are always there on time, keep it up! And oh yes, neat delivery staff! Just absolutely great.

The atmosphere is really wonderfully relaxing with the many 'fake' plants. Looks very calm and atmospheric, stress-free. Food is very tasty. And I had them delivered once. The service was also good!

Just ordered food, there were no free drinks with it, the two sauces I ordered were not included either. The time I ordered, the kibbeling was as soft as butter, this is the last time I order my food from Dubbel ff, never ever. Never again hope that you quickly lose the case and end up in debt

Nice competition with eating your ordered frikandel special XXL and regular frikandel special. The order arrived at 8 p.m. as expected. If you call them at 8:10 pm they are very sorry and will make a new one. When you call them again at 8:45 p.m., she (coincidentally) just wanted to get started on it. And it will only be delivered after 9 p.m.!! Is this customer friendliness or……. Anyway, we will completely ignore this case in Drachten.

Ordered a kibbeling plate... Kibbeling so hard that you almost break your teeth, indicated at Bali but they did nothing with it... Had 1 bite so went to Bali again but then asked for money back... Girl in blonde did this so not and could not offer me a kind word... 15 euros thrown away in burnt food... I'll never come here again

Very bad! Deep-frying fat definitely needs to be replaced. Flames almost black. Ordered chicken strips, but you just get 2 cheap well-done chicken cutlets that are cut in half... never again! Food is in the container.

My experience is that the staff works hard and is friendly to everyone. Always had a delicious meal, from fries to pizzas. The fact that an order arrives a little later is due to the busy location. How could it be so busy??? Good honest and delicious 👍🏻
