I think this is so far the most hospitable coffee shop in the heart of Leeuwarden, the employees are all themselves and I like that. At some of them I can smoke my joint without getting anything if the weather is bad, except for the gentleman with long dreads who let me in but I also had to get out. The rest of the employees are funny, enthusiastic, compassionate and friendly. I am not saying that you have to be the best person for a product that makes you sleepy or drowsy, but a little humanity is always a great gesture for people who think a lot within themselves, it gives them even then an immediate feeling of welcome than that you are in a store with permissions if you ask with a smile they always let you in just considering the effort of the Dreadlock guy the weed is very clean and the pre-rolled joints are good and sometimes excellent the price is worth every penny Don't try to show off you don't have to be better or be the best person but a smile on your face can change a million thoughts all love to this beautiful store PS after this review I am literally no longer welcome so I actually give this store one star

I am of nobility, family tree holder of: van den Berg (grandfather known from rebellion in the peat) I refused Odd Vellows in 2000, there was a big search for me on the radio (where is the real Netschaap (my activist name) because of Netscape, then involved in 911 (coffee shop starts art, with Andre from Gorredijk and Peter from Heerenveen (2 from Heerenveen police)) put my work on pause 2 weeks before 911, resigned at 911, earned 10,000 guilders per 4 weeks, then involved in Wesam, Zwarte Piet (via Conda Lisa Rise), then Assange (via Pirate Bay) a few years after 911, Aivder Indo Albert came into my life (offered me a lot of yellow money to rebuild my life after 911, he got the middle finger) via Cristien (coffee shop owner of downtown Leeuwarden, then AIVder Bert Dalmolen (via coffee shop Cannupa Heerenveen) stalked me for years asking if I would please enter politics and in the process they messed with my relationship, etc., etc.

Always fun here, wide range of drinks, excellent coffee, music and people. Even your own food (no drinks of course) can be consumed with DownTownio: the best I know!

Great shop, very good hash and weed plus super nice people and staff.

If you find the quality less favorable elsewhere, I am sure you will always return here. Very knowledgeable, nice, loving people work here. Just try it.

Gezellige shop en een goeie sfeer zeker een aanrader om te gaan zitten en goede producten

Downtown is een super leuk plek, waar zelfs je hondje welkom is. Niet alles dat ze krijgen ook nog wat lekkers. De zweer is zachtaardig en iedereen is welkom..er kom dan ook verschillende mensen. In verschillende maten vormpjes en kleurtjes. Dikke aanrader Ps helemaal vergeten. Er is een breed aanbod 😉

Beste shop Friesland. Als je niet blowt kun je hier ook chillen met kopje thee of koffie. Aardige vaste kern met klanten.

Gezellige zweer, vriendelijk personeel, en altijd top kwaliteit van weed en natuurlijk niet te vergeten de koffie 😉

Het is echt super super kwaliteit super gezellig en geqoon super fijn om een joint te roken

Wen hele bijzondere plek, waar iedereen welkom is. Je zult niet raar worden aangekeken en ook de bezoekers zijn altijd wel in voor een gesprek. Het personeel behandelt de klanten liefdevol, dit is wat anders dan klantvriendelijk. Ik kom er graag en vind het een fijne plek. Groeten Stanley ter Haar

Dit is een coffeeshop maar je kunt er gewoon ook sociale contacten opdoen of gewoon wat drinken je bent er niets verplicht

Wiet is zeer matig, je krijgt wel een goede hoeveelheid hasj. Verder kun je er goed en lekker zitten.

Visited the downtown last week on my travels from ireland and found the staff to be very friendly and made u feel at home.. The bud is top notch and the hash is really nice 5* all round this is the place to visit and forget your worries.
