Enjoyed the 5-course Mother's Day lunch at Drechtfort! Surprising, refined dishes with a nice wine arrangement (also in bob variant). Nice atmosphere, good sunny weather to sit on the terrace, warm hospitality. Thank you Marco & Thamar for a wonderful afternoon. Absolutely recommended!

We had dinner here for our wedding, and we can confidently say that it exceeded expectations. From the first contact to the last dish, everything was perfectly arranged. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, the staff friendly and professional, and the food… truly sublime! Our guests were very enthusiastic. Every detail was perfect, and that really made our evening unforgettable. A big thank you to the entire team, you contributed to the most beautiful day of our lives. What an experience! Delicious food and very friendly staff who do everything they can to make you happy. We succeeded in that. The food is excellent and the wines paired perfectly with each dish. Culinary tour de force. Highly recommended to go.

We had dinner here for the first time last Friday. It was a wonderfully beautiful presentation. The lady who brought it explained nicely and clearly what we got. She did that really very professionally. We also had the wine pairing which was very well matched to the dishes. Nice service by the host. In short, a wonderful evening out for dinner.

We have been spoiled again with culinary delights! Every time we taste something new, such as wasabi ice cream with the steak tartare and espresso jus with the sukade. Marco, Thamar and Floortje you are the best! We will definitely come back often!

Once again in one word great! You are very hospitably received by the host Marco. Tamar knows how to create something very special every time as a chef. The further service is also friendly and nice. If you indicate that you may not or cannot eat certain ingredients, this is taken into account in a nice way. Eating at this cozy restaurant with a special atmosphere gives you a "feel good" feeling that stays with you for a long time.

I was called where we were staying, unfortunately we couldn't come that evening. This was no problem at all, we immediately looked for a new date and enjoyed a delicious and pleasant dinner last night, worth repeating!

Perfect Birthday family dinner. Great venue & atmosphere, great host, even better food! We were there for a family dinner (mum in law turned 83). They were actually (almost) fully booked, but made some adjustments so that we could chip in. We had the greatest night out. Recommendable to anyone who loves good food & service in a different setting. 🙏🏼

Al meerdere keren geweest, zowel met vrienden als met familie. Het eten is heerlijk en elke keer weer een feestje op je bord. De bediening is ook geweldig, je wordt echt in de watten gelegd. Elke keer is het verrassings menu anders en dat maakt het zo ontzettend leuk! Een een avondje uit, zoals uiteten hoort te zijn in mijn beleving. Wij komen hier heel graag en het volgende diner is alweer gepland. Tot snel!

Prachtige locatie, heerlijk eten en goed personeel. Eigenaren erg vriendelijk en doen hun uiterste best om er elke keer weer iets bijzonders van te maken. Zowel bistro- als diner op 't fort zijn zeker de moeite waard om te proberen!

Last night we enjoyed a delicious 5-course dinner in an attractive environment. With a perfect host (Marco) and a great chef (Thamar) who made very beautiful tasty dishes, with Marco pouring a beautiful wine to match each dish. All in all an asset to the area.

After looking at several locations for our 50th party, we chose the Drechtfort. And what a good choice that turned out to be, a great atmospheric location with a top kitchen. Marco took the time with us in advance to discuss all options. They provided us and our guests with good wines, special beers and gin and tonics including varied bruschettas throughout the evening. Thanks to the large terrace, which is partly covered with a beautiful tent canvas, you can always go here (regardless of the weather), and there is also the option to hold the party inside the larger space. We have received only positive reactions from our guests about the location and the quality of the drinks, snacks and staff.

What a wonderful place for “Dinner on the Fort”. Atmosphere, great service (informal but knowledgeable!) but above all delicious dishes. We would love to come back again!

This restaurant is located in a beautiful location, just outside the center of Uithoorn. Lunch is excellent; very tasty and slightly different from the average menu. Dinner at the fort is also highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In short; a hidden gem. Definitely recommended to visit!

We got married at the Drecht Fort last weekend. There was good, honest and fast communication in advance and they really thought along with us. On the day itself, everything was done to make it, in our opinion, the most beautiful day of our lives. Everything was arranged down to the last detail and the food was super tasty. Highly recommended

Celebrated my birthday with the family on a Sunday afternoon. The contact beforehand was very pleasant, but the day itself also went perfectly. The location is already great but the food and service are also great! Definitely recommended and 5 stars!

Wat een heerlijk plekkie om even te lunchen of een feestje te geven! Lekker gegeten onder een prachtige overkapping, De sfeer van het fort is uniek en de medewerkers/ eigenaar doen er alles aan om jouw ervaring nog mooier te maken. Wat een leuke mensen!
