It was handed in late and the food was cold.

I have now ordered from Easy Alkmaar 3 times. The first time via Thuisbezorgd before 12:00; the website states that they are open from 12:00. The person indicated that they only open at 13:30 and that Thuisbezorgd hadn't processed it correctly. But it says so on the internet too. I didn't receive my food until 15:15/30. And that was after calling 8 times. And they only answered once. The 2nd time via their own website. I ordered first, called at 12:00 just to be sure, and then he indicated that he was open. So I ordered and only received my food 45/50 minutes later. Now I ordered online for 5 people and we could pick up our food at 12:30. We were standing at the door at 12:30 and the employee indicated that they were still closed. ...This was the last time at Eazy.

The quality has deteriorated VERY badly. Super dry and hardly any sauce to be found. Paid for extra sauce and ingredients. Nowhere to be found. A disappointment every single time. No more Eazie for us.

The service was poor; ingredients were missing from the food, and unfortunately, it tasted like nothing. The portion size is good, and the concept itself isn't bad, but the execution is lacking.

I wouldn't go there again. Orders can only be placed via online banking. The employee at the counter seemed quite annoyed when we asked if we could pay in cash. There's a cash register visible in the store, but no sign indicating that it's a cash register. The wait was incredibly long, and then they brought us the wrong food, even though we were almost the only ones there. The portions are small, but the price is reasonable.

It took about 15 minutes before anything was cooked, even though we were the only ones: the staff went to the back to do God knows what. There was barely any meat in our wok dishes and the Thai curry wasn't tasty. This will be the last time for us. There was also a strange smell in the restaurant.

2 out of 3 products in the order were wrong. Had to wait another hour for the order to be corrected. Ordered 2x cashew nuts, received only 1 small container. One euro for coriander, and there were seriously 4 coriander leaves in it. How dare you deliver this at all? And on top of everything, the delivery person arrived with a torn bag and containers half open. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Ordered here twice. The first time I overpaid and almost got charged unfairly. They were out of salmon, and the staff member said chicken was just as expensive, which did not feel right. This time they had Indian specials. I asked for one, but that seemed to be ignored. Then I was shown a menu, so I ordered something else instead. They were also out of cola. Overall, the service felt confusing and unreliable. I will skip this place next time.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes great. It's freshly prepared, so it takes a little longer to get it. Everything is very clean.

3x wanted to dine it but the shop is always not open on time even with specific timing of operation. 4th time came, your So Pho was nothing like pho. It was like water with 5gm of beef powder. The amount of stock and noodles was not proportioned. The garnished was no way closed to pho. When asked for lime to squeeze on the pho, I was served with half cut yellow lemon. This makes me wonder if your kitchen team was taught and introduced well to the product. How can you sell when they dont know the product. The lumpia filling was still frozen cold. I think your team should drop by as a mystery shopper and see how the kitchen is managed. Having youngsters is ok but not teaching them proper SOP is another next level. Can't blame the crew but the management.

Fast, friendly service. The seating area is neatly maintained and clean. The sofas are comfortable. Ideal for a quick bite while shopping or for eating something a bit longer. Highly recommended, also for the wallet!

Food was decent but lacks taste. Almost like it's microwaved. The back of the restaurant had a strong urine odor which you could TASTE when eating. Same 2 songs on repeat.

I went there for dinner with my husband and daughter. The staff was unfriendly; we ordered three different dishes, but the food had little flavor. My daughter had to use the restroom, and the restroom was disgusting. I'll spare you the description. The floor in front of the restroom was very slippery, and the toilet was soaking wet; my daughter simply slipped. As you can imagine, we lost our appetite afterward and left without finishing our food. I won't be going back.

Last Sunday I ordered from Eazie Alkmaar. The poke bowl had opened in the box, the wok wasn't hot, and the chicken bites weren't even included. I've since sent two emails, but haven't received a response. So, this is the last time I'll order from Eazie for now.

Delivered on time and well packaged, but the food was inedible. My rice was hard, and my husband's poke bowl was ice cold with clumps of rice that had to be chopped up. The sauce and vegetables were excellent, but the quality has deteriorated.

The garlic and cashew toppings were loose and open in the bag. That's already messy, but it got worse: my girlfriend's teriyaki noodles were practically soup. Furthermore, I literally got two pieces of broccoli in my container, even though I paid extra for them. For €21 per container, you really should expect better quality and care. As if that weren't enough, the phone goes unanswered when you call the number provided with your order. This was downright disappointing.

Tasteless, everything actually… not what you expect from Asian food… I won't come again

It's a bit sparse. Vietnamese menus are advertised, but when you try to order, you discover they're only available after 4 p.m. This is nowhere to be found. Not on the menu, nor on the many brightly colored smartboards. The food is decent. The rice and noodles are prepared earlier in the day and kept warm. The rice is therefore delivered in lumps. Customer service isn't great. It's mentioned that they're not responsible for creating the menu. The door handle in the men's restroom falls off, making it impossible to close. In short, plenty of room for improvement, and not what we've come to expect from Eazie at other locations.

What terrible service. It took over two hours to deliver the food, and then we received cold food. On top of that, they lied on the phone, and the delivery was on its way every 15 minutes. Shameless.

Ordered from the hotel. The meal was still very warm with plenty of vegetables and was tasty.

Wow, I'd never been to a restaurant before and waited an hour and a half for our food. Because it was so busy, orders were going out quickly, but not in-store orders. The service was incredibly poor; we ended up getting a spring roll that was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. No apology, nothing, and our wok was served lukewarm! We didn't even hear an apology. We'll never go back!

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for several months and have always appreciated the food and overall experience. However, I'm extremely disappointed with how the loyalty rewards program is being handled. After collecting points over many orders, I recently tried to redeem them for the prize that was being offered. It’s been a month now, and not only have I not received the item, but nobody from the restaurant has contacted me regarding the issue - despite multiple attempts to follow up. This experience has made me feel undervalued as a customer, and it's unfortunate that such a long-standing relationship is being soured by poor communication and unfulfilled promises. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle customer rewards. Eazie.nl, goodbye forever!

Ordered a poke bowl with salmon with extra ingredients such as extra salmon and extra avocado and also paid a lot extra for this, unfortunately there was nothing extra of either to be found in my poke bowl. The rice also tasted like it was already 2 days old and the wakame had turned completely brown. Too bad for such a price you expect something

Ordered extra ingredients and paid a lot extra for them. Same weight as normal without extra. So I called (owner) no, then I was just spoiled with extra the previous 2 times.....say what now?? I was able to get a credit for the next time of 1.50. I paid over 19 euros for a pokebowl with extra salmon and extra red cabbage. It is a mini container with 1cm of rice This is making eazie money and it wasn't even tasty!

What a bad thing. I order a container with extra vegetables and the garlic dressing. And I get a container with almost only bamboo and water. Never get anything here again!!

Food ready way too late. Garlic sauce without garlic tastes like water. Choose 5 vegetables and only get 1. Certainly not the store of the year.

Normally I am not one for writing Google reviews, but there is a lot to be said about Eazie in Alphen, and not in the positive sense of the word. Today at 5:50 PM I placed an order for a wok and some small chicken pieces as a side dish. During the ordering process you can indicate the desired delivery time, which was 6:30 PM. Then you think: fine, in 40 minutes I will have a delicious stir-fry dish on the table. However, this was all very disappointing. Nothing had been delivered yet at 7:15 PM, so I called. It was busy and the order would be delivered within fifteen minutes at the latest. I expressed my dissatisfaction about this and was promised a 10% discount code for a next order. I indicated that they could email me that discount code, but so far I have not received any email (not even in SPAM), which is strange... As if this wasn't enough, the delivery person was not at the door within the promised fifteen minutes. I picked up the phone again and called, you almost start to worry about the delivery person cycling through Alphen in the dark. I was asked to wait another 15 minutes because it was busy. I understand that more people order food on Saturday evening than on a weekday, but I don't think the whole of Alphen ordered from Eazie tonight, which it almost seemed like. The food finally arrived at 7:38 pm to be precise. The chicken pieces were stone cold and the wok was lukewarm. Not crazy after such a long time, but certainly not pleasant and what you would expect. Called again to complain about this and I was offered another free order or the order could be remade, but that would also take some time. I indicated that, free or not, I was not really looking forward to another order, but was offered a 'nice' offer after all the hassle. The Eazie girl even called back to offer this again, because she really didn't think it was possible, but I indicated that we would leave it at that, because I was really done with Eazie and I didn't feel like waiting indefinitely for a newly prepared order. Because it is a shame to throw away food, I heated it up in the microwave. Then I started eating and came across black pieces between the chicken pieces. I can't even post the photo because it violates Google's content policy... Not really healthy for a chain that calls itself a Healthy food restaurant... The heated wok was also not really special. By the way, something in the category 'we don't think this is strange, but just very special'. At Eazie you pay € 0.25 extra for each payment method (Ideal, Mastercard or Visa). In order to be able to pay at Eazie at all, you already pay... Perhaps redundant to mention, but Eazie was once, but never again!!

i delivered through Thuisbezorg. food arrived 50 minutes late and cold. girl who picked up the phone said there was no manager in the store and the owner had left to deliver something. through 30 minutes of calling (delivery supposed to be at 6, called at 6.20 6.35 and 6.45) she couldnt do anything and didnt even know who would deliver my delivery. or when it was sent out. when the food finally arrived around 6.50 (all in PM) it was cold. after reheating it was just meh. idk who the owner is but please never let your staff unmanaged. this was a terrible experience.

Bad experience. Too expensive for what you get. Ordered pokebo and it was less than half a portion, and the rice was mostly dry. It also took an hour and a half before they arrived

Scandalous tent. Ordered and called after an hour and a half to find out where it was. Delivery person was supposedly on his way. Called again half an hour later. Then they came up with an excuse that the bike was broken and they had sent someone with the car especially for us. While the lady was still on the phone, the delivery person simply showed up on his bicycle. Horrible liars. By the way, the food was also inedible. Never order here!!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at Eazie in Alphen aan den Rijn. The biefstuk lacked flavor, and the dish contained insufficient vegetables compared to the amount of noodles. Additionally, my personal belongings were stolen during my visit, which severely impacted my overall experience.

Delicious takeaway food here. Unfortunately I can only give service 5 stars otherwise I would have given 10. My takeaway order did not go through properly due to my own mistake. The ladies helped me very quickly. Even though they were super busy, they still maintained peace and overview and helped me tremendously. I will definitely come here again!! First visit to Eazie for three hungry travellers on a random day trip to Alphen a/d Rijn. The place lives up to its name with the menu and ordering being exactly that. We had beef black chilli (x2: one with rice and the other with ramen noodles) and 1x chicken Korean BBQ with rice. Service was quick, courteous and friendly. Portions were generous and the food itself was superb, all factors combining to create excellent value for money. We are converts and will readily eat in an Eazie again. Yum!

I wasn't completely satisfied. Tasted delicious, but I thought "the extra" wasn't there. I ordered an assembled large bowl of noodles. Choices: Ramen noodles, Chicken + extra chicken, broccoli + broccoli + broccoli, pepper, mushroom. Sauce garlicious. In terms of contents of the container, it is a good size for a large. In terms of the content of the ingredients, really not enough. I had 3x broccoli and 2x chicken; couldn't recognize it from my choices. It contained as much broccoli and chicken as there were peppers and mushrooms, even though I had only chosen those once. I thought that was a really big negative. You should at least recognize that you order extra chicken for which you pay 1.70 extra and choose broccoli 3 times. 2 stars plus for the quantity and taste. It was delicious. I was especially disappointed that the extras were so unrecognizable in the container. Down 3 stars for no extra chicken, no extra broccoli and the price was a bit high for what you ultimately get. Because of the 2 extras that were missing, 2 stars less, and also one star less because of the price. Was it tasty, yes! If I had left out the extras, I would have gotten the same as what I now had with extras, but there is no evidence that this was a box with extras. Definitely recommend the food when it comes to quality and taste with the negatives as mentioned. 12/22/2023: Post edited because it included a photo that was not "correct" of my order. Hopefully it will be posted now and not that it will not be accepted as a "negative" review again...
