Cozy location for a quick bite to eat. The service was good, the food tasted good and was sufficient.

I ordered the special full focus (with steak chili sauce and rice) and special stufi saver. Shared both meals with my mother. The food arrived in 34 minutes. We had a delicious meal. I will order from them more often

I wish I could give zero stars, the food was so bad that I had to run to the toilet. Like a tsunami of diarrhea but also a huge pain in your belly. Not sure what the terriyaki was supposed to be after eating that from a real Japanese chef but some soy sauce added to half baked beef could not be it. Never going to order or eat in there ever again

Delivery time stated as 30 minutes when ordering, was quickly adjusted to 59 minutes. Called when no one had come after more than an hour. Told it was on its way, only got it after 85 minutes. The employee remained friendly but said it was very busy (between 8 and 9:30 PM). The food was as always delicious, fresh and nice and hot. My medium portion was not large but enough for me, larger can be ordered for an additional charge. Well-known staff shortages are also palpable here in terms of delivery. The restaurant food is fine, prices are high everywhere but nowhere as healthy and fresh.

Good Asian food made with fresh veggies. You can also create your own dish. If you order in, the food is always hot and tastes freshly made too. The delivery is always on time.

Very nice and respectful staff, the salon was clean and the restaurant was quiet. The dish was served hot and fresh, and I really liked this dish as it had a lot of different vegetables.

Food tasted fine. We ordered online with a pick-up time of half past seven. When we arrived it was not ready and I had to wait about 20 minutes, while the home delivery app indicated that it would already be ready. Staff seemed very stressed, several mistakes were made with orders. There was a lot of noise in the restaurant itself due to screaming children, which is a shame.

Where do i begin. There was no flavor in the food whatsoever, we had high expectations due to the rating of this place. there was very little flavoring in the teriyaki and sweet and sour sauces. and the the prices was high for what????????? I really do not recommend ordering from this place. the only nice about it was the delivery guy. I would much rather go to a supermarket and get ready made ramen. 👎

I ordered a Kids box satay with beef, and paid more, and I got chicken.

Updated 2024-07. I have been coming for a while now and a number of employees even know me by name. When I pick up my order, it is given to me with a smile, no matter how busy it is. Even when I'm waiting for my turn. Haha. Fantastic. The wok formula, choosing your own vegetables, meat and sauce, is a winner for me. The white rice is fine for me. Easy parking. Oh yes, counter staff are friendly. Would love to come there.

What a disappointment. There was no one in the shop. Still waited 25 minutes for a bowl of tasteless juice with cheap bean sprouts. Letting others go and then the home delivery. So little for 10.90 euros. I'll make it myself from now on! Goodbye Eazie.

Ordered food here on Friday evening, July 12. Food is normally super tasty. However, I had to wait 1.5 hours for delivery, and after calling I was told in an aggressive tone: "bro, he's on his way brother, bro already said, brother" from the gentleman on the phone. This is no way to talk to customers, unacceptable. After delivery it turned out that there was little to no sauce on the food, tasteless.

Ordered here often and was always satisfied. On May 31, I received three meals that made my entire family sick, so I immediately informed customer service. No answer. 18 days later I send another email. No answer. I eventually receive an email from Eazie Alexandrium: you can't have gotten sick from our meal so you won't get your money back. Too ridiculous for words! I will NEVER order from here again!

Nasty, tasteless. A waste of my €20.00

Waiting time was 30 minutes and was adjusted to 50 minutes. After 60 minutes they were not there yet. Then you call and you get 1 IQ person on the phone. Yes sir, what do you mean by I have been waiting for 1 hour? Yes, of course I have to wait 1 hour for my food. Then they hadn't even made the food because the delivery was already gone and would take 10 to 15 minutes, I live 5 minutes by bike from easy, very bad. food is good, rest is a mess

I saw poke bowl on the menu so we thought we would get that and wok dishes. Friendly employee who sorted everything out for me. We picked it up...when we got home, what a disappointment. Stir fry dishes very salty, bland, the rice was dry and not even mixed with the vegetables and chicken. Pokebowl 1 disappointment. Very little salmon, container full of rice. The menu features sushi rice (soft and sticky), because that's how it should be. This was just the same dry rice that is used in the wok. Also very bland. Then the soya beans were full of salt. You could still eat the top one, but there was a whole layer of salt at the bottom. Price reasonable.

Super friendly and pleasant young people who work there, I don't come there often but when I do I am very satisfied. Keep it up guys!

Super nice service! Was well explained how it works, later asked if it tasted good! And after explaining my stomach reduction, I was even given the option to take what was left, if I was full, with me for later! Was also delicious and not expensive at 10.95

Delivery person super friendly and on time. Food was fresh and warm. The amounts you get for what you pay is downright anti-social. 4 euros for 12 edamame beans? First and last time. My husband counted 5 pieces of chicken in his mediocre dish. He will also skip next time. Shame!

Literally 3 pieces of chicken in my poke bowl, and 5 pieces of steak (for which you just pay a few euros extra) in my husband's bowl. Ridiculous how small the portions were for that money!! That wasn't the case before! The last time we ate eazie was a while ago, but never again now.

Delicious homemade bowl! Delicious with pieces of steak, vegetables, whole wheat noodles and that delicious garlicious sauce of yours! Really enjoy.

Bad food and really nothing else

You cannot pay with cash. If I choose the pick-up option, I would also like to pay during pick-up, but that is not possible and then they speak to you as if you are a child who does not understand. Then you ask if you can order by telephone and pay in cash since you cannot pay with cash when ordering online, and yes, that is not possible either! Well then, never eazie again for me.

We ordered and received our 6 meals within 20 minutes. Super fast, tasty and more than enough!

Delicious food, delivered very quickly.

We were looking for a place to eat before heading home from Rotterdam. Our eye fell on Eazie because of its offering and location. What we expected was also correct: a kind of Asian “fast food”. Not so much fast food with ready-made meals, but fresh Asian food that is ready quickly. I had a poke bowl and my wife a stir-fry meal. Everything was on the table within 5 minutes. Everything tasted great, we had a great meal. Is it so perfect that it is 5 stars? Not necessarily, but 4 is also not correct. In terms of value for money, it is worth 4.5 stars. The ambiance is about 3.5, the staff gets another 4.5. All in all, 4.5 and you round that to 5, because 4 is so small.

Ik bestel altijd bij eazie. Dat is helemaal top! In het restaurant doe ik niet vaak, te remourig. Heel hoed eten en gezond!

Zeer vriendelijk bezorger. Bezorgen was snel en alles was nog gloeiend heet en lekker.

Als je snel een maaltijd wil is het oke. Ik koos beef.. dat was niet mooi in reepjes gesneden of dunne plakjes. T was gehakt achtig en als er een stukje vlees zat was het mega taai. Was ruim 25 euro kwijt aan 2 medium porties.

Afhaalmaaltijden besteld. Ik had gekozen voor kip met thai kerriesaus. Daarna kun je zelf kiezen voor rijst of noedels. Ook de groentes kan je zelf kiezen. Daarna wordt het gewokt. Alles smaakte heerlijk. Vriendelijke bediening.

Leuk plekje met prima eten voor een betaalbaar prijsje. Zitten ook gezondere opties tussen, wat we wel fijn vinden.

Prima alleen belachelijk veel geld..

We werden geholpen door een jonge jongen en hij deed zijn werk supergoed. Klantvriendelijk, sociaal, behulpzaam en erg attent. Eten was heerlijk en ze waren supersnel.

Goed eten, goede prijs, snel te halen en eten, zowel voor lunch als avondeten. Let op eetstokjes vragen tijdens het bestellen. Kijk ook voor de lunchdeals

Doen erg moeilijk als je bijvoorbeeld geen rijst in je gerecht wilt. Niet heel bijzonder.

Altijd vriendelijk personeel, goede wok-chefs en heerlijk vers eten! Muziek staat niet te hard en het restaurant is super schoon! Hun collega's van Zuidplein zouden hier nog veel kunnen leren :-)

eten was erg lekker en vers en goed warm ik hoefde niet meer te eten want ik zat vol en de meneer achter de kassa pakte het in super chill en service voor herhaling vatbaar

Heerlijk om eten te laten bezorgen van eazie! De keuze is ruim, de ingrediënten kun je deels of als extra zelf kiezen en het bestelproces via de website is makkelijk. Je kunt je eigen Wij zijn geen fan van maaltijden die je kunt laten bezorgen. Maar eazie is een uitzondering. Warme gerechten zijn nog elke keer lekker op de juiste temperatuur bezorgd, het eten smaakt vers en het zijn goede porties. De levertijd is ook prima en het is fijn dat je deze kunt volgen via internet. Eazie Rotterdam Alexandrium is een betrouwbare maaltijdbezorger die de moeite waard is om te proberen!

Food amount so poor for this price

After visiting Eazie after a long while, I must say it was quite disappointing. I got the salmon poké bowl deal which is good for €9,50. They used some type of basmati rice which wasn't what I was used to. Usually sushi rice is used. The rice was not fresh either. What I did like was the tiny fried nori sheet they added. I won't visit again.

Ik had via thuisbezorgd besteld en het eten was heerlijk. Had 2 medium wok teriyaki en een kinderwok teriyaki besteld waarvan 2 met udon noodles en 1 met rijst. Ik vind het prettig dat we de groente en vlees voor de wok zelf uit kunnen kiezen. Dit kon alleen niet bij de kinderwok teriyaki. Eten was goed bereid en smakelijk. Zeker een aanrader.

Prima eten. Een regular bowl met rijst is al echt een behoorlijke maaltijd. De ene saus vind ik lekkerder dan de andere, maar ik denk voor ieder wat wils. Ik vind de teriyaki wat tegenvallen en de satehsaus juist weer boven verwachting lekker. Verder niet echt een heel sfeervolle plek, maar voor een lunch helemaal prima.

Voor het eerst hier gegeten, wat een fijne service, echt super en het eten smaakte zó lekker.

Easie blijft lekker, maar niet geweldig lekker. Na zo'n maaltijd zul jij je zeker vol voelen. Het is voedzaam en gezond. Wel fijn dat er qllergene informatie er bij staat en calorieën info bekend is. Je kunt van alles mixen. Kan lekker zijn, maar kan ook verkeerd uitvallen. Wel een punt: voorkom kruisbestuiving.
