Eazie Zaandam in Wijk 21 Oude Haven

I've been coming here for a while. It was very good at first. After a while, the dishes became dry (a small amount of sauce for a full plate), and they often forget or mix up the vegetables. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here again.

We couldn’t even drink our cappuccino and ‘homemade’ lemonade they were that bad. I barely could eat half my food and i have came away so bloated. Deffo wouldn’t recommend

Ordered food via terminal, menu items with pictures and quite easy to put together. Wait for them to call your name or number and be served at the table. Excellent food, vegan options and diverse. Nice job, Q-Park Hermitage garage is underneath so parking is no problem. (Is a short walk from the station)

Never had such disgusting rice, really not tasty, do not order rice, wok noodle is good, but a bit too sweet

Food was really let down here. It’s nowhere near Asian food standards. Ordered chicken teriyaki noodle and other dishes, and everything was completely bland. There was absolutely no taste.

Great nasi and bami to go, but 3 pieces of chicken (crispy chicken) for 4 euros is a bit meager.

1) The food was served incredibly hot. So hot that I burned myself and even had to wait 10+ minutes for it to be edible. Such a shame. 2) The woman at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. She was even rude when I calmly asked a question. The waitress was very friendly (and I think she was embarrassed by her colleague's behavior). 3) There was a lot of water in the wok... This made it a bit bland and tasteless. Hard to describe, but a real shame about the taste. 4) Again: The woman at the counter!!! No more Eazie for me, and you've been warned.

The dishes could be better, but the quantity is good. The problem with this place is the girls cashiers. They're selective with their customer service, but overall, they're rude and provide unpleasant service. I asked several questions, and they struggled to answer, and were much less friendly when choosing vegetables, instead of coming over to help, they just stand there with unfriendly expressions, which makes eating there an unpleasant experience.

A good place for those who like rare food

All the food was very salty. Low on protein. The server dropped a stack of the table number thing right behind us which made very loud sounds and startled our group. We were visibly shaken and they didn't even apologize. The tables were either lacking chairs or had dirty surface. This place is lacking thoughtfulness in staff training and flavour of the food. Price is too high for the quality. The food does not taste authentic. This food is an insult to the actual cuisines. Save your money and don't come here.

I had an amazing japanese ramen. I didn’t expect this. Wow. Price was really affordable and the portion was enough. It is actually cheaper than mcdonald’s. I’d highly recommend to come there.

Always a regular customer of Eazie Zaandam. We politely indicate that the wok that we have been taking with every visit for 10 years now tastes a bit different this time. Probably because little satay sauce was used. The lady at the cash register asks if we can come to the cash register with the plate. Not that they want to come and have a look themselves, but oh well. Then she indicates that less satay was used in one wok. So she can see that without tasting it. But she thinks the other looks good. She says that they use a standard amount of satay with every meal. And if you want more you have to pay! Since they use a standard amount, how is it possible that there is more satay in one plate than in the other? No, the lady has added extra satay to one plate with difficulty. If we wanted extra satay in the other, we had to pay. I didn't argue. But very bad service! That you can make it so difficult for some sauce. I don't know.

Ate here today the food was delicious I had the soup noodles and it was perfect

Extremely slow service & small quantity, I leave hungry after waiting for 45 min, even though the local being deserted (I wonder why)

Waited for 40 minutes after ordering and they didn't even start on our order. Unable to bring out food quickly and workers seemed unsure of what their jobs really entailed. Shameful, we asked for our money back but you'd expect better for the price point

A fabulous restaurant with HALAL food. Just superb...love your food, all from sandwiches to the noodles. This restaurant should be introduced in sunny Singapore!. Will return to your bar if we visit Amsterdam again.

Food is always dry and no taste, I thought I would give it another chance, but since today I am completely done with this restaurant. When you order it takes a long time before you receive your order. Today I waited 1.5 hours for my order, called the restaurant but they were very nonchalant and laughing. They said it could take another 20 minutes because the delivery person had to come back. And they did not want to cancel the order either. Very bad service and no empathy. Very unprofessional!

Just ordered, but it was bone dry. I think they forgot the wok sauce (Indonesian coconut) and 2 other types of vegetables. Since I had to wait for over an hour, I didn't send it back. It was probably busy, but annoying! I've been coming here since it opened, but it's getting worse unfortunately.

Delicious food at Ezie! Just take into account a delay when it's busy. I had to wait almost an hour and that can happen. But the employee behind the counter thought differently. Today I ate at Eazie Zaandam and without a doubt this was the tastiest wok meal I have ever had. This location has recently been renovated and that is clearly noticeable. The interior is modern and atmospheric; which immediately gives a pleasant impression. What made the visit extra pleasant was the sincere friendliness of the staff. We were warmly helped, especially by Dina who really excelled in service and attention. Even small gestures make a difference: my son spontaneously got a lollipop and walked out beaming. We drove 45 minutes for it, but it was more than worth it. I have eaten at other Eazie locations and similar places more often, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Definitely recommended.

The food is incredibly tasty and the delivery people are also very friendly. but with ordering via thuisbezorgd you have to be a bit sharper with adding drinks because that missed 3 times so far.

We came across this asian restaurant while walking around Zaandam and were very pleased with the service, interior and excellent food. There is definitely something for everyone here. I recommend it.

Heerlijke avondmaaltijden, veel opties voor in de wok. Sfeer in het restaurant is goed, aanrader voor als je van plan bent met je familie of vrienden te gaan.

Instead of noodles, they put rice in my order, even though the receipt said "noodles, no rice". And then the waiter asked me five times, "Don't you want rice?!"

If you want to order from a person, you must pay in cash. Otherwise, you order at a digital kiosk, where you can only pay digitally. Price was reasonable, see also the receipt in the photo. We had a self-composed wok meal and a salmon poke bowl with extra avocado and extra salmon. The service is friendly and the food was delivered fairly quickly. Food is more than reasonable for such a quick bite. Atmosphere is similar to McD's.

Always order there, the food feels a bit more healthy with not much spices unless you ask for more... No bad experiences so far 😊

I placed my order at 8:20 PM, 2 vegan woks. It was 1+1 free, great! Only the delivery time was 9:52 PM, which I thought was strange and I tried to call the business. And then no one answered, it said phone number is not in service at the moment. Called 4 times, no one answered, not very polite. Then at 9:05 PM the food came. Very nice, but service is super bad.

one of the staff was so rude, i tried to ask her a question she didn’t even turn and told me that the orders were at the screen? this is unacceptable. + when ordering at the screen i translated it to english and it showed a picture of brocoli so i thought there was going to be in the meal but at my surprise when i told the waitress she told me i had to pay extra? then don’t show a picture of a broccoli with broccoli named under. will definetly not come back. especially because of the waitress that was rude and unpolite. i don’t recommend

What is this?? Got a wok, small one for almost 12 euros. 2 pieces of steak and the noodles as dry as the sahara.. minimal sauce. And this is the umpteenth time it's been bad, what a waste of money!

It's outrageous that you have to pay 50 cents to take your food with you, it's really bizarre. I've been coming here for 10 years and I always take my food with me without any problems if I can't finish it and now after all the price increases it's 12.70 for a small meal with chicken also pay 50 cents for a box to be allowed to take it with me, but I'll never go there again

Mega bad restaurant! Ordered food for the first time, ordered at 6:06 PM and delivered at 8:45 PM!!! The female employee only answers the phone after you have called a few times and blames Thuisbezorgd. If you can't run a place, don't! The food was cold & we both felt very nauseous! Sad thing!! Disrespectful to customers!

Had to wait extremely long (1:45 hours late) for half-filled containers, one of which contained almost no vegetables. Certainly not worth the €30 for 2 wok boxes.

Order was not taken correctly and went back to the “manager” blonde girl with a bun. Doesn't even apologize for the mistake, but that they are just going to “bake” my plate again. Poor service and the fault is blamed on the customer instead of apologizing for their own mistake.

I've been coming here for 10 years and things have gone downhill recently. Sometimes the wok is very tasty and sometimes not. For example, today I ordered 3 woks, asked for 2 of them with extra sauce and paid for it, but unfortunately I had a very dry wok. Very often ingredients are forgotten, such as omelette. Please pay attention to this.

Good food, healthy, friendly staff. Just very expensive. For that price you are better off preparing it yourself at home. But for once this is tasty and good.

The food itself is fine, but they often forget to add parts of your food (if you order 5 vegetables, they forget 2 for example). Recently waited more than 2 hours because they only had 1 delivery person (Mika, you are great!)

Ordered food via the website, chose delivery option as soon as possible. An hour later it was delivered. I thought the delivery person himself, Anwir, was great. Very friendly. The food tasted delicious as always. A good portion for this price.

I was surprised that after ordering Ramen chicken teriyaki I received a "dry" meal without broth. When I pointed this out to a lady who worked there, she told me this was correct. I feel misled by Eazie, you guys shouldn't call this dish Ramen. Tasty but very small pot. Could be better!

Yesterday I ate wok at Eazie Zaandam for the first time and enjoyed it! I didn't know what to take with the sauces, but I was given excellent advice by a nice lady at the cash register; the combination of garlicious and thai curry is very tasty indeed! Recommended!

Fell terribly sick after eating here. I had noodles with shrimp and I have no clue what happened but I fell awfully sick for an entire week. Fever, diarrhea, nausea all of it! I cannot believe I waited for 40 minutes for a takeaway meal only to fall terribly sick after. There was only 1 chef managing a crazy number of orders and 3 ladies doing so much work. No surprise that he probably didn’t have the time to cook the food till it was completely done. Still not an excuse but this is clearly a case of bad management. Change the layout, add more chefs and make the process more efficient. Food was not bad but not great either. I will definitely not be eating here again.

Me and my family came for dinner on January 18 at 8:45 PM. They close at 9:30 PM BUT SAY WE CAN'T EAT INSIDE BECAUSE THEY ARE APPARENTLY GOING TO “CLOSE”. Children who work there decide for themselves when they will close, for example they suddenly say that they will close 15 minutes earlier. I have been coming here with my family for years, but I have noticed that the service has deteriorated completely. SO IF YOU WANT A NICE MEAL WITH YOUR FAMILY DO NOT COME HERE. I hope they do something about this because this is really not possible anymore.

How unappetizing the food was! I order from Eazie Zaandam more often and usually find it very tasty. Today the wok was super bad. There was barely any sauce in it and literally tasted of nothing. I will never come back here and would rather go to an Eazie in Amsterdam.

Overall this place scores really good on the food and the service they provide. Definitely worth to try.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant (take out). Similar to recent comments, the service was poor. They couldn't get two dishes right and completely forgot about all the extras we ordered. The food was unimpressive with lots of sauce and some of the vegetables were still cold. I recommend walking a few meters further to a real Thai restaurant with good reviews.

I went to the worst restaurant that I’ve ever to been. The restaurant tells us to use the machine to order the food, the machine is really complicated. The food that I order is the worst food that I ever had, even worse than my school lunch. My dinner tastes like sour, salty, sweet and spicy adding together. I hate this. If I tell the full taste of the food you will never go to that restaurant.

40 minutes plus waiting time, however the food was fairly good. The restaurant seemed understaffed and the staff present seemed stressed. Would recommend if you have time to wait.

Time for a big cleaning. And perhaps also purchase an air conditioner for the summer months. Every employee curses at the boss because they cannot work normally on this day with 28 degrees. Everyone is sweating like crazy.

Very bummed, ordered 4 menus including 1 children's menu, when you get home, my daughter's entire bowl is covered in black pepper. Can happen, but not nice. Furthermore, the food was delicious!

I ordered a vegan wok. Sadly I found a piece of shrimp in it. Not great, but fine. Then I also found a hair in my food. Never ordering here again.

We ordered miso ramen and Vietnamese beef noodle soup, and it was a disappointment. The crazy coconut smoothie was good tho.
