I come here regularly and have already been told multiple times that the cash register isn't working and that we can't pay with cash. Now, I don't want to order at the order kiosk because every time my order isn't there when I place it, which usually goes well at the counter. This time, we were told again that the cash register is malfunctioning and that we can't pay with cash again. Then I see that other customers are being helped at the counter. I don't mind ordering at the order kiosk once in a while, but I find it very rude that customers are actively being lied to.

Very fast service and good value for money.

A great option for a quick and easy meal in the city. It offers good value for money. The salmon bowl is very generously portioned, and the option to build your own meal is also good. However, the chicken option comes in smaller pieces, as mentioned in previous reviews. Nevertheless, it's still worth the price. We had no problems with the service.

One star. I ordered tofu teriyaki with rice, assuming it would be vegan. Halfway through, I ended up with a piece of chicken in my mouth! I didn't say anything because I also thought it was a waste to spit the piece of chicken out. Then its death would have been completely in vain. But 1 star anyway, because vegan food isn't prepared separately there!🤬

I ordered a small meal with chicken, which cost €2.29 on top of the €7.99, and I had extra chicken for €1.79... the chicken was practically non-existent. 2 slices..... never again.

We came here on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. There's a good selection, and everything is freshly prepared. To be honest, we can't understand the negative reviews here. Everything was perfect for us, and we received friendly service. Even forks, spoons, and napkins were brought directly to our table. So, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great, and we'd gladly come again! 👍

Very bad and disappointing experience at Eazie Zaandam Hermitage. The customer service from one of the staff members was downright unprofessional and disrespectful. When we wanted to discuss our order, she simply walked away to talk to someone else. She interfered annoyingly with the conversation and acted arrogantly. Worst of all, she used abusive language (such as 'Idiot') towards us. Furthermore, she tried to prevent us from scanning the QR code to leave our honest feedback. This is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment, and we will certainly not be returning here.

Well, this is the second time I've been here since the old owners left. There is a chubby Dutch girl working behind the counter who looks scruffy. I don't know what's wrong with her, but customer friendliness is nowhere to be found. She has no way of communicating. For the second time now, she reacts incredibly rudely when you ask for a spoon. I was offered a hot drink but I refused to take it from the fridge. And her way of speaking is super aggressive, and she does this to multiple customers. I would give her a proper talk and see if the position actually suits her. Pay more attention to your staff!!!

The place is beautiful, I have to say, but it was unbearably hot. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment — it had almost no flavor at all. The worst part of the experience was the service from one of the women working there. I’m not sure if she was the manager or what her position was, but she was very unpleasant and showed zero empathy. Her attitude made an already disappointing experience even worse. It’s a shame because the place has a lot of potential, but I definitely wouldn’t come back.

Ordered food via terminal, menu items with pictures and quite easy to put together. Wait for them to call your name or number and be served at the table. Excellent food, vegan options and diverse. Nice job, Q-Park Hermitage garage is underneath so parking is no problem. (Is a short walk from the station)

If you want to get food poisoning, feel unwell, and get diarrhea, then order your food here. I got so sick, thought I'd order it for the first time, AND ON THE SPOT, IT'S THE LAST TIME! Gross, really, I actually just want my money back. This is really unacceptable, that explains just how UNHYGIENIC THEY WORK THERE! THIS IS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. PEOPLE, SAVE YOUR HEALTH! The waitress didn't feel like taking our order. She pointed us to the screen. With 3 children, I wanted to make an extensive selection, but the waitress wasn't interested at all and just stood there staring. This is the last time I eat here.

Asian restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Everything was delicious. Prices are average for the country. There's a children's area. Very centrally located. Highly recommended.

I really loved the food here. My family with 2 children visited. One of the healthiest but tastiest meals I've had whilst abroad in Europe. We went at lunch time so it wasn't too busy. The food came out quickly. The staff were helpful and kind. I was informed that all the food is HALAL so that was great. The salmon Poke bowl was so good surprisingly everything went well together and tasted good, especially with the sesame sauce. I ordered a make your own dish where I chose udon noodles, Thai curry flavour sauce, chicken and some veg. The chicken was fresh and good quality. All the veg was cooked the correct amount, slightly in the firmer side so there is room for it to be cooked a bit more but it was still good so no complaints. The kids enjoyed their bowl of udon noodles, chicken and veg with no sauce. It was a healthy and balanced meal for all of us. Highly recommend it from this experience. I can see lots of other negative reviews which is ashame as I look forward to having another meal there and hopefully it will again be a good. There was a small children's play area

We kindly asked if we can take our dog inside, waiters ask to manager or whoever she is, she ignored them and didnt reply, we were just standing and waiting for a reply. The answer is simple, yes or no! It is not something that you should process in your head. I was coming here regularly, will not come ever again.

After 1,5 hours they finally delivered my order: a simple poke bowl, kids menu and a protein meal. All three of them were bad. The salmon was spoiled, the protein bowl tasted like nothing and the kids menu was even worse. Don’t order here, it’s a waste of money.

I used to come here very often years ago! So when I was in the neighborhood I thought, yes! But what a terrible disappointment! The vegetables were raw. I understand that they shouldn't be cooked for long, but they were super hard! There are so many people behind the counter, it's a shame that they don't take the time to prepare it properly. I am vegetarian, so it is just vegetables; what could go wrong? This is no longer a passion for food, but purely a business model. No gloves, no neat or tied-up hair, Either it has a different owner or it has really deteriorated extremely, what a shame!

We ordered a japanese combo offer: The food was very salty and very low in tast. The ordered Edamame were forgotten and the Macha was warm/ no ice and ( as you can See in the picture) has nothing in common with the offered product in the menue. We ordered 3 different Macha drinks but as two of them do l ook the same we ask the waitress wich Macha is the mango one. The answer: I don‘t know. I didn‘t make it. Than she walked away. The worse servce ever!!!

We wanted to try this place located opposite the famous Inntel Hotels in Zaandam. It wasn't very crowded when we arrived. You place your order yourself using the screen inside the restaurant. I chose the peanut butter option. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. You can choose the thickness of the pasta. You can also add chicken, vegetables, and other ingredients to completely customize your plate to your liking. I think that was a nice touch. We waited a bit long for our food after ordering. Our drinks arrived, but the food was served a little late. We used that time to explore and take photos. When my order arrived, it was my first time trying a peanut butter sauce. It was a truly unique flavor, and I liked it. However, it might not appeal to everyone who doesn't like peanut butter or isn't used to the taste. Also, it might get a little overwhelming if you eat too much. Despite that, I enjoyed the plate I prepared. Overall, it's a place worth considering for those who want to try different flavors in a touristy area. The ability to create your own plate is a nice advantage. However, I would say the orders arrive a bit late and the prices are above average in my opinion, which are the negative aspects.

Ordering a small dish (small wok meal) via the ordering kiosk; the only extra I wanted (no extra meat or vegetables) was cashew nuts, but my dish ended up costing 18!!!! Euros. How much does the large menu cost then? You can't advertise starting from 8.99 when it ends up costing double that and I have almost nothing extra. Update following owner's reply: I only chose cashew nuts and steak (no extra portion); if that costs 18.99, something is not right.

After 75 minutes I finally got my soup 3 pieces of chicken, half an egg and two slices of mushrooms and a mess of bami noodles, even though I had called ahead to say I wanted the thinnest noodles And that for €16 Not polite on the phone These have really gone downhill I won't order from there anymore

Products in the refrigerator are not offered to customers in the store. The checkout is closed, you can only order via online machines, and the staff is unapproachable. The chicken breast has a rancid taste these days. In the refrigerator, there are literally certain vegetables that are intended “only for delivery orders.” I might as well order online from now on instead of boosting revenue IN the store? Tips aren't given anymore either.

I placed my order well in advance because I had to catch my train. When I arrived, I was a few minutes late, but only my wok dish was ready. The rest of the order was not yet. It was indicated that the spicy chicken just needed to be heated up and that this would take about a minute, but ultimately it took much longer because other orders were being placed in the meantime. As a result, I had to wait unnecessarily long. Additionally, I found it strange that the spicy chicken had been cut in half. I don't order a half portion. To be honest, I thought it looked awful! I hope that this will be monitored more closely in the future, especially for orders placed in advance.

Even though my wife ordered something from the restaurant, I wasn't allowed to order from another establishment. The food was extremely salty. I no longer recommend it to anyone and we will not be customers again.

Really terrible! If you order, you can easily wait 1.5 to 2 hours for your food; this has happened multiple times, so the review isn't based on just one experience, but on multiple. In the end, I had to cancel my order for the second time. Also, 100% halal? It's supposed to be an Asian takeaway... I would just order somewhere else.

I saw the reviews and added Korean BBQ sauce and chili peppers just in case. It was a perfect meal. Since I ordered rice, it wasn't salty and was good.

Extremely poor service. Cash is legal tender. They keep saying, "Order at the kiosk," which is simply not possible, is rude to customers. And especially the employee who's been there for a while now, the short, curvy woman, is always very unfriendly. Please, put people there who actually feel like working.

A few weeks ago, I had dinner delivered here with a friend. First of all, it was really delicious, and the delivery driver, Viggo, got it there very quickly and was quite friendly. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I had a lovely lunch here yesterday. I had a full salmon wrap and my wife a healthy wok meal. The food was delicious in a pleasant, modern setting. We had some trouble ordering at the machines, but luckily it was quickly noticed and we were helped! Excellent service!

We had a super delicious wok meal at Eazie in a lovely atmosphere. We were able to order quickly and were served promptly by a friendly lady. At the end, we were even asked if everything was to our liking :) Tip: Combine Indonesian coconut with Thai curry sauce if you can eat spicy food.

Worst service ever, you walk in without a hello, nothing, then the girl behind the counter says she can't take 50€. I had to change, so I came back to wait another 20 minutes for her lazy behavior and a phone call so she can then tell me that debit card is faster, cash is slower, and I had already said that I only have cash, super stupid.

This is truly a top-notch place, and this is only the first time I've been there. Large portions, well-seasoned, and no joke, the food was on the table within just 8 minutes. There are many healthy options, and they take into account not only dietary requirements but also personal goals. I will definitely be back more often.

The stir fry technique in this restaurant is not that bad. The food is freshly cooked and the portions are reasonable, but sometimes i feel they cheated and lower the number of proteins.

Good food and atmosphere but what really ruins this place is the attitude from the service. Witnessed a couple get spoken down to by your blonde server with the most dramatic false eyelashes I’ve ever seen. She was confronted and her excuse was it was busy. Okay? We watched you behind the counter not exactly under pressure but you had the help of your fellow coworker who was lovely and apologetic and showed no attitude even during a busy time. You carried food so high up we watched your braid touch the food. Your service and behaviour and attitude is damaging to the business. Your response is not to apologise and commit to de-escalating customer requests, instead you act like it’s an inconvenience to yourself. To the management, as a restaurant manager of 7 years myself. Either coach and retrain your staff or get rid of them. I would’ve fired that girl on the spot and would make sure she doesn’t find another job until she changes her behaviour. There are many people actively looking for a job, instead give yourself the option to find better people

Instead of noodles, they put rice in my order, even though the receipt said "noodles, no rice". And then the waiter asked me five times, "Don't you want rice?!"

Cross-contamination is 100% guaranteed. For celiacs/gluten-free people, you can make your own bowl, but they then make everything in the same pan they used to make everything else. It was delicious and cheap.

I've been going to Eazie Wok for years, and the food is always delicious. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. However, on hot summer days, the restaurant is almost unbearable: it gets very warm, there's a lot of sun, and there's no air conditioning. If that doesn't change, we'll have to look for a better-ventilated place.

The advert is just the beginning of the price. When I order 10 euros, I find I have to buy half the items, ending up at around 18 euros. 18 euros is nothing special for such a dish. Personally, I'm very disappointed with this place.

I've been coming here for a while. It was very good at first. After a while, the dishes became dry (a small amount of sauce for a full plate), and they often forget or mix up the vegetables. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here again.

1) The food was served incredibly hot. So hot that I burned myself and even had to wait 10+ minutes for it to be edible. Such a shame. 2) The woman at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. She was even rude when I calmly asked a question. The waitress was very friendly (and I think she was embarrassed by her colleague's behavior). 3) There was a lot of water in the wok... This made it a bit bland and tasteless. Hard to describe, but a real shame about the taste. 4) Again: The woman at the counter!!! No more Eazie for me, and you've been warned.

The dishes could be better, but the quantity is good. The problem with this place is the girls cashiers. They're selective with their customer service, but overall, they're rude and provide unpleasant service. I asked several questions, and they struggled to answer, and were much less friendly when choosing vegetables, instead of coming over to help, they just stand there with unfriendly expressions, which makes eating there an unpleasant experience.
