Eet en Drinkerij De Stadskamer in Wijk 02 Hasselt

Good food Friendly staff Reasonable price Nice terrace Cozy inside

Two super friendly waiters! Best burger of this vacation, the salmon was also perfect, and the fries were really delicious! The only downside was that the area by the street was occasionally noisy, but you can't hear it when you're sitting inside, so full marks. We'll definitely be back!

Great location in the center of Hasselt where you can sit on the terrace or inside. Here you experience what hospitality should be like!

We went on a bike ride towards Giethoorn with 25 cyclists. We met up in the center of Hasselt for coffee and cake. This was served quickly by the staff, for which we commend them, as it is not easy to serve such a large group. Excellently arranged by De Stadskamer.

Delicious food, lovely rosé. Pleasantly full terrace and last but not least: incredibly hospitable staff!!

Top-notch service, a pleasure to see someone with skills at work. This creates space for contact with the customer; it is absolutely no problem that you charge three times as much for a cup of coffee on the terrace: practice makes perfect, and well-deserved earning potential. Thanks for the hospitality.

Our bike tour took us through the tranquil town of Hasselt. We happily stopped here for lunch. The staff's exceptional friendliness and perfect German made ordering easy. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly and the food was super tasty, all my friends here say the same thing!

Great restaurant where you can also celebrate a fun party!! Delicious food and flexible and friendly staff. In short, highly recommended!!

What a wonderful welcome! A waiter who knows his profession. Cheerful and friendly!

We had high tea. It was delicious and the staff was friendly.

What a delight! A young, incredibly friendly chef will enchant you with her own creations. The asparagus melts in your mouth. The ambiance and price are excellent.

Had a lovely lunch in the sun on the terrace. Extremely friendly and helpful service.

What a huge disappointment! We therefore do not understand the positive reviews. Two weeks ago we chose the surprise menu. The portion size was so small (4 very small pieces of meat, a dessert spoon of mashed potatoes and some small side dishes) that we had to order fries several times just to feel full. And that for €54.00 p.p.!!

A really cozy location with nice and friendly staff. Helpful and personal. Simply top-notch and highly recommended.

Extremely friendly and warm welcome and service, top-notch! Menu with a wide selection and excellent value for money. Delicious food!! Highly recommended!

Super friendly, welcoming staff. Delicious food, highly recommended.

Had coffee and pastries. Nice atmosphere and decor. Super friendly service.

Friendly and hospitable staff, pleasant atmosphere and above all a delicious lunch!

A truly fantastic place. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I tried a new dish on the menu, and they genuinely asked for our feedback. The atmosphere is also great.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was good but quite expensive.

It was pleasantly busy. We had a delicious meal. Service was good and quick.

Sooooo nice. We only had coffee, but the gentleman who served us was great. The coffee too.🤭

A cozy place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, for example. They offer a variety of delicious flavors and a fantastic iced coffee. The personal attention from the staff is superb.

Friendly service and okay prices.

I can't recommend it. Unfriendly service, poor value for money. Angus steak on the menu isn't Angus steak, but it's indefinable, and not Angus steak! No response to a complaint. Unfortunately, no photos.

How lucky we are! It's Dweildag, a really nice party atmosphere inside and outside, super cozy! Great to stay so cheerful and hospitable when it's super busy and super warm. Compliments for that! We enjoyed the nachos, even ordered them again because they were sooo delicious! Beautiful terrace and nice (not too cold) air conditioning inside. Everything exudes craftsmanship.

Delicious food on a beautiful terrace, friendly service, super tasty carpaccio, fries had a lovely lasting crispy bite, main course also delicious, definitely recommended

Cosy in the centre. Excellent choice for lunch.

A short visit to Hasselt was preceded by lunch in the Stadskamer. Smooth personal service, delicious coffee and a tasty omelette with cheese and mushrooms, which was not on the menu but could be made without any problem.

The salmon is indeed delicious and the desserts are delicious 🥰

At the Stadskamer, in addition to well-prepared dishes, you will receive entertaining and entertaining service from Gijs. Highly recommended!

Delicious food in this small restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and cheerful. Truly a man who enjoys his work. The food was good. Nice explanation of which side dishes came with the salmon The salmon was delicious! Highly recommended. The burger was also very tasty. And then the desserts. Make sure you save room for that. The cheesecake was delicious and the warm Liège waffle was also very popular. If we are in the area we will definitely eat here again.

What a beautiful place, friendly service who know what they are doing and care about the guests. And a nice composed dish named after the business. Delicious food! And highly recommended!

Had a really nice lunch here. A charming place, very friendly staff who enjoy their work and the food was delicious! In addition, it was also cheap, but that was certainly not noticeable in the quality.

Enjoyed a 5-course surprise dinner from chef Romy, with matching wine arrangement. The fish was delicious 😀. Nice service, recommended!

Food was delicious. Too bad about the noisy group behind us

Delicious food in a beautiful place in Hasselt

Beautiful menu and well prepared! A real culinary treat.

I had a delicious meal, highly recommended! The service was very friendly and hospitable. Definitely worth going.

Been here for the first time, but after yesterday's experience it certainly won't be the last time. Nice restaurant to eat in, good quality food, friendly staff who came to the table cheerfully and with a joke. The sirloin steak was cooked just right 👍🏻

Delicious food! It looked so good that we forgot to take a photo. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. We enjoyed a risotto, sirloin steak and pork tenderloin – all beautifully prepared and delicious.

I was there last Saturday, I just ordered a broodje with warm goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula and walnuts, and it took almost half an hour to prepare, and it was so expensive and so simple I was really surprised, it’s arip off. I have traveled a lot in the country and I’ve had way better broodje for this price or way cheaper for something that’s simple. And to have to wait for 30 minutes is not normal for something that doesn’t need to be cooked. I don’t like to be to give bad reviews because the service was friendly, but that’s all.

Food top, very fresh salmon. Until next time 👍

Enjoyed a delicious lunch, something a bit different from what you can order everywhere. Very friendly service and a nice place to sit for a while.

Top location! Delicious food, cozy terrace, great service. It's just a pity that they close quite early in the evening.

Delicious food, friendly welcome, no reservations but still made room for us.

We had such a delicious meal tonight, everything was great!

Very tasty food, friendly staff and service. Daily special corn chicken with mango sauce and cashew nuts was beautifully prepared and with lots of fresh vegetables and original flavor combinations. Recommended.

Remains a good and pleasant occasion

Had a nice sit on the terrace. Friendly service and Nachos were excellent.

Good restaurant with nice menu. Also a beautiful terrace. Friendly service.

Not the cheapest but super customer friendly and nice atmosphere...

Delicious chicken satay. Worth repeating. A nice varied menu and a cozy and attractive restaurant with top service.

Great food, super friendly staff

Cozy place with nice terrace on an old square. Delicious food, as befits this type of dining establishments. Pleasant and cheerful team. Accessible and with a cheerful undertone.

Delicious food, super friendly staff and always a nice atmosphere! Definitely recommended to go to.

Good nachos! Smooth friendly service.

Nice atmosphere on a beautiful square. Staff is very friendly with a good sense of humor.

We went out for dinner again after a long time and chose De Stadskamer, unfortunately it was a deception. The location is fine, but the service really needs to become less "popular". Made a lot of mistakes with the food, we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink, the time between the different dishes took too long. We understand that there is a group, but then offer a free drink. The relationship between price and what you get is very different. We ate the hamburger out of hand due to the lack of cutlery. The place is fine, but the whole atmosphere around it is a reason for us not to come again.

Had coffee, had pastries, everything was delicious.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, time for a chat. Food was quite good, a few minor flaws but would definitely come back again.

Very tasty lunch. Friendly service. We'd love to come back.

Delicious meal Saturday 20 01 2024 good service and friendly people top

Had a very delicious meal here last Friday. Nice casual atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Highly recommended!!!!

Cozy atmosphere and surroundings, but less food that we were not used to This means that everyone has to judge for themselves what suits the person It has become a beautiful location after renovation, so great for a cup of coffee or wine ☕️🥂

Leuk eetcafe, prima kaart, goede prijs, mooie locatie.

Zeer leuke sfeer en heerlijk eten..vriendelijk personeel! !

Prima, leuke en gezellige bediening

Gezellig terras, vriendelijke bediening.

Przytulny lokal z tarasem, fantastyczna obsługa, smaczne jedzenie i przystępne ceny. Polecam!

Zeker 5 sterren verdiend!

Vlotte bediening.

Lekker gegeten. Goede uitsmijter.

Gezellig gezeten + smakelijk gegeten. Top!

We komen zeker terug!

Heerlijk cafe.
