A friendly welcome from the parking attendant and a hostess inside. We opted for the mixed grill menu of the day. The food was excellent.

A great place to relax! Very friendly and helpful hosts who are happy to help! Excellent parking, restaurant, and bathrooms. Parking is €20, showers are €3, and they give you a stamped receipt. Showers and toilets are available at night; street access is possible with a code, which the restaurant will kindly provide! You can use the €20 food voucher until 12:00 PM the next day (I arrived at 10:00 PM, and the kitchen was already closed). 👍💪

The parking lot is excellent, one of the best for drivers. 20 euros per day = the same amount to use at the restaurant, showers are 3 euros, entrance is from the street, and when you pay, they write the shower code on the back of your parking card. The food is delicious, portions are large, and the service is friendly and patient with drivers who don't speak the language.

The girls are very polite and smiling. Everything is delicious and fast. It's too bad it's closed on Saturdays and there's nowhere to even go to the bathroom. I've seen this problem for years, and the owner doesn't care.

A true diner. Nothing more, nothing less. The menu is extensive and the price-quality ratio is excellent. A generous plate of that "uitsmijter" (fried sandwich) from the old chain. Fresh and well-prepared. The service is polite and prompt. A brief conversation revealed that the mother and daughter are in charge and enjoy their work, and it shows. Everything is clean and tidy. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll make sure to have lunch there again. There's ample parking.

We had a wonderful meal here, and I'll definitely be back. De Oude Ketting is one of the oldest truck stops in the Netherlands. Parking isn't a problem, even for trucks. If parking is busy, you'll be guided to a suitable spot. It's a great place to spend a night; the terrace is very inviting. Next time, I'll take and post photos so everyone can see what it looks like. (Also, the food.)

My goodness. Not a single table clean, woman behind a column shouting “hello” and the first to say the dog has to go outside. Strange, because our dog was probably the cleanest ‘thing’ inside. I don’t know what the standard is in this part of the Netherlands, but we set the bar a bit higher…. We will definitely never come here again.

You can come here for a delicious drink and snack that look perfect. You can also come here for a nice dinner. The only disadvantage is: this restaurant is located on the busy entrance/exit roads to and from Boxtel. Especially if you sit on the terrace.

De Oude Ketting is an eatery on a busy main road. We paid €5.50 each for a pastry with coffee! A lot of money is made from that. We'll never come back. It should remain fun!

I arrived in the morning after a 9 p.m. program, an old woman who doesn't want to eat her pension quietly in her insensibility at home, I think she's the patron of the restaurant, I'm not interested. Going to pay for the parking, she arrogantly and insensitively introduces us to the so-called regulation ok ... we want to take a shower, she forces us to stay and take food from the voucher offered, we wait 30 minutes until she succeeds in bringing us food. After we served, we were forced to at 11 o'clock and the fact that the presented regulation specified that we cannot take to the truck and we are not allowed to eat in the truck. Finally a young lady stood up from the table and brought us the bill. Every time we went to the toilet, he had a look that scared you. Woman, you're horrible, stop this wickedness because you won't take anything with you. Great restaurant, truck parking costs 20 euros, if you want a toilet or shower during the night you have to pay an additional 3 euros. When you pay for the parking lot, you get a 20 euro voucher to use in the restaurant - dinners are served from 5 p.m. The food is delicious, the dish worth 22.5 euros as seen in the photos. It was delicious, and the service was very nice and polite, and you can easily communicate in English. I've only been going for 5 years, but this is the first time I've encountered food of such good quality. Warm regards. I will definitely come back here :)
