Delicious food with fresh products prepared with love

I normally never leave reviews, but with such poor quality I have to warn the world. Today I ordered a crispy chicken kapsalon and CLEARLY indicated that I only wanted iceberg lettuce for vegetables/toppings. Then after almost an hour my order arrives. It is ice cold and filled with tomato, cucumber and olives. I don't think tomato and cucumber are the end of the world (in my case). I normally eat that, but I just didn't feel like it now. I know people who are allergic to tomatoes. So if I had been allergic and not paying attention, there would have been a much bigger problem. I hate olives and now the entire kapsalon smells and tastes like olives, because there were so many on it. I honestly think this is unprofessional. I am hungry and had a terribly long day. I just wanted to eat something nice at the end of my day, but also had to be screwed by these people. I honestly took three bites and threw them in the trash... Never again.

Best food, nice clean and warm, nice service and friendly staff

I don't normally write reviews about businesses, but this is the height of a health risk for the customer and should be taken seriously. I recently ordered food from this establishment, and when it arrived, it was cold (extremely dangerous), soggy, and soft. I threw it all away after just one bite.

Fast delivery and delicious food

Except for 1 time, always got great cheeseburger menus there for a very reasonable price. The coffee and mint tea are also delicious. And the opening hours are also a plus. Great place.
