Delicious fries. It might take a while, but it's worth it.

Cold, hard fries. Always. And far too small portions. One star for the effort.

Order incomplete for the second time. I called, and then I had a choice: pick up the snack, get a refund, or have a snack with my next order. Someone didn't have a snack, and everything would be cold upon pickup (the fries were cold and half-raw anyway), so I didn't do that. The satay sauce was just like water. If you provide regular service, you'd bring the missing snack, but that wasn't the case. I won't be coming back because that's definitely not a good thing to do.

The fries were ok. Nothing special. The owner was not very customer friendly, the rest of the staff was.

These were the worst fries I've ever eaten! The fact that they still sell them was a big plus, so we regularly ate them when we were in the area. They were always fresh and excellent, so no factory packaging. But there are probably other people there now. I've never had such bad fries. They were like they were three days old and refried, hard and soaked with grease. This was the last time.

When Richard fries the fries they are fine, the owner doesn't do so well, doesn't say good day when you come in or when you leave, and the bill also says €0.20 if you eat your meal there. For me it's not about the money, but the idea is ridiculous.

My daughter asked me to get fries and snacks. She was treated unfairly and given incorrect information about the ingredients.

Far too small portions of fries. A medium is just a little more than a small one, I haven't tried it yet, but it probably won't be much, a large one is like a medium size fries. Stew looks like it comes from a can and with the satay you barely get enough sauce to put sauce on each skewer. Becoming more and more economical. Shame

Quite tasty fries, only the portion, large in this case, is much smaller than an average medium, the medium is therefore smaller than the average small fries. Croquettes are limp and too greasy. The prices are higher than average. Shame.

Too bad I had to wait another 20 minutes, I had called 40 minutes in advance to place the order and pick it up at 6 p.m., several people who came in after me when I was waiting and ordered at the counter left even faster than Me, the fries were tasty...that's for sure.

It was great the first few years! Service, but especially the fries! But I don't know what happened. The fries are not always as tasty as "before". Last year, I forgot something about the order twice in quick succession. That also happened the year before. Then came apologies and the forgotten croquette was not included in the next order. But after that??? "Ohhh"....And no excuses. And no compensation either. Yesterday it went wrong again. Our (grand)children were there and we had a large order. The youngest always wants chicken nuggets. Just don't leave them there again. Hope the child is sad!!! I'm curious how (and...if) this will be resolved. And eh... am I imagining it or is it really significantly less busy these days than it used to be??? And the owner rarely looks cheerful... that is something I often read in the reviews.... Too bad, it started so well. Dam Square was not our favorite, but it is now a lot better!! And open longer in the evening.

Once back home, the rest of the order was of course completely cold... total order amount (4 fries and 4 snacks): 28.50... quite a shame.......
