Eeterij Strix in Breda west

We ate here today (August 30th). I had the asparagus ribs and my wife had the satay. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere matches the location—a campsite, but with a lot of charm.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. The atmosphere is very bucolic, the staff is super friendly, and the food is generous and tasty. We recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and local restaurant (no tourists, only Dutch) in North Brabant.

We've been to Strix several times for both lunch and dinner with two adults and two children. The quality and presentation of the food are perfect. They have an extensive menu. The atmosphere is surprisingly cozy (for a camping restaurant). It's neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also very affordable. For the kids, they can enjoy a generous and elegant mini dinner for a small fee, including ice cream. A nice outdoor playground for the kids. There's a beautiful view of the fields and, in the distance, the Martinus Church and Grote Kerk (Great Church) of Breda. We love coming here!

We hebben super lekker gegeten. Er was genoeg keus uit voor en nagerechten. Ik koos voor de lekker biefstuk met champignons en als toetje te sorbet. De bediening was super aardig en bracht ons eten snel. Dit restaurant is zeer aan te raden
