Dirty place with a filthy owner flies on the food kilo of garlic sauce and to the diarrhea and food poisoning the owner would do better to cook with their long nose and vacuum the flies away

I've ordered from here before, but right now I've been waiting two hours and it still hasn't arrived. We can't reach them either. This was the last time we ordered from here.

We ordered from this döner shop via Uber Eats, but unfortunately, we received the wrong order. It took ages for them to even answer the phone, and when they finally did, they gave us a very condescending attitude. Instead of resolving the issue in a customer-friendly manner, they blamed us. They said it was a long way from where we live, and the shop was busy. Actually, the food couldn't be changed. It took an incredibly long time for them to bring us the correct order – we didn't actually get our food for an hour, when you'd expect such a mistake to be corrected quickly. It's understandable that it can be busy, but this was definitely not customer-focused. The food itself was okay, but due to the poor service and unfriendly approach, we wouldn't order from them again.

Regret trying it. Better spend your money for real food

Medium kapsalon afgehaald. Vriendelijk personeel en goed gevulde kapsalon smaakte heerlijk. Medium was wel een goed volle portie, volgende keer kan ik met small af. 👌

The place is very nice and Hes a chill guy and the food is delicious.

I just went with friends and we had to wait fifteen minutes for a cheese soufflé and a large bag of fries. The bag was big but for 5 EURO it is WAY too expensive. When we got home the whole bag was soaked with grease (fries) and the cheese soufflé had very little cheese in it. And there was also some kind of paprika powder on the fries, even though we had not ordered it. I will NOT go there again.

Ik kreeg een kaassoufflé zonder met een zakje. Die in de frituur heeft gezeten zo vettig was het. Mijn Vriendin had friet besteld en het was met paprika poeder er op terwijl ze zonder had besteld en het duurde een kwartier tot het klaar was.

The food is tasteless. Staff puts everything on your doner even though you say you don't want it. And, best for last, there are mice running around in the restaurant.

Been to the Grand Prix and didn’t want the hassle of a sit down meal so decided to go for kebab this was the closest to my hotel, staff very friendly and helpful and food delicious definitely recommend

People behind the cash register are rude!!! They spit in your food if you ask them to make kapsalon without raw vegetables for you. I saw the Syrian "delivery guy" spit in my food because they were "busy" and he had to help. Immediately walked away and will never order here!!!!

The kapsalon was very salty, probably to disguise the taste of lower quality meat. I also think that the bowl was overfilled with vegetables and fries (while you actually paid for the meat). The man behind the counter was grumpy and curt. And there was a table that hadn't even been cleared. Had expected something better. Fortunately, there is plenty of other choice in Leiden

One of the best Kebab I had in a long time. Also a huge Portion of what I paid. Service speak. Dutch and en lisg. It is within walking distance of the train Station.

Food is delicious! Kaassouffle with crispy bread, love it! Fries were good. We got a lot. Comfortable chairs, plus point! Also very clean. We hit a mosquito, so less mosquito's, no problem... we recommend to everyone! It is 4am.

Turkse pizza was aangebrand en smaakte heel zuur. De knoflook saus was geen knoflook maar cacik of yoghurt. Want er was nergens een smaak van knoflook te bekennen. Broodje van de hamburger was steen en de hamburger net rubber. Enige wat smaakte was de friet met patatkruiden.

Niet echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vlees was oud en taai en weinig ook. Portie friet was waardeloos. Saus op broodje en kapsalon was weinig, toen ik nog wat saus vroeg voor op het laatste stukje van m'n durum zegt ie ja je mag de saus mee naar de tafel nemen ??!!! Waarom geef je die niet meteen erbij dan????. We gingen weg en zeiden totziens niemand reageert!!! 1 op zn telefoon en andere 2 deden of ze doof waren. Voor het eten en de porties hoef je niet te gaan en voor de gezelligheid al Helemaal niet!!! Als je toch gaat vraag vers vlees en je sauzen los erbij!!

Kom hier altijd naartoe als ik in de buurt ben voor een kapsalon die zijn aangeraden en je krijgt altijd lekker veel saus het gebouw zou wel een beetje opgeknapt kunnen worden

Kapsalon gehaald voor op de terugweg naar Amsterdam, zaten er geen vorken of servetten bij! We moesten de kapsalon the asian way eten, met onze handen. Vraag er dus altijd vorken bij. Servetten waren ook fijn geweest. Verder lekkere kapsalon!

Voor het eerst een kapsalon besteld en ondanks de best wel grote bezorgafstand kwam deze prima warm aan. Uiterlijk: prima, ingrediënten: ruim voldoende, smaak: voortreffelijk, hoeveelheid: prima. Bezorgtijd: perfect. Bezorger: erg vriendelijk. Meer dan tevreden over Ak-Al.

Estaba en Leiden con amigos recientemente. No pudimos decidir a dónde ir a cenar. Se dirigieron al Domino's y divisé este lugar directamente al otro lado de la calle. Aunque no hablo holandés en absoluto, el menú y las ofertas fueron bastante explicativas. Pedí el menú 7 - falafel, patatas fritas y una bebida. Tengo todas las salsas encima, junto con muchas ensaladas y una salsa amarilla tipo mostaza / rábano picante en la mitad de mis papas fritas. ¡Encantador! Gran valor por solo € 5 para llevar o sentarse y un servicio súper rápido.

Ga ergens anders eten halen, hier is het koud en te vet. Erg jammer. Gelukkig zijn er genoeg andere plekken waar je beter kunt eten.
