The food is great. The delivery is terrible. It's never been on time. And I'm not talking about 10 minutes, but at least half an hour.

The last time hadn't been so great, but that was a while ago. Saturday isn't the best day for food delivery, of course, but we still wanted to give it another try. When we ordered, they said it would take 45 minutes, so we'd already made up for it. After an hour and a half, we called to ask where it was. It was leaving any minute, so we'd have to be patient. We called again about half an hour later. They couldn't tell us what had gone wrong again, but this time they were really trying their best, and we were allowed to choose free drinks for the inconvenience. Two and a half hours later, the order finally arrived. It was amazing. It was tasty and hot, hence the two stars, but with a set menu, you expect something like a salad or something. But this was definitely the last time.

Ordered a large shawarma sandwich, which wasn't very big, but the meat was okay. No salad included. Disappointing, unfortunately.

Shoarma meat was overcooked, hard with no taste and the vegetables were a small bowl of lettuce with 4 slices of pickle. casserole falafel, with potato slices too salty. Pizza calzone, gray inside and zero taste. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else, if this is the best snack bar in Groesbeek according to your own account, then better move to Nijmegen. Positive it was on time but that's all.

Ordered Shawarma hawai, couldn't eat it, the Shawarma was a big lump of fat, everything was thrown away

I asked for tomato soup, on the menu it was saying ''tomato soup'' without ingredients, so I expected normal. I got tomato soup with cheese, I don't like cheese and had never seen someone put ingredients before without telling. The owner looked very mad.

The best snack bar in Groesbeek. Mostly friendly staff, tasty food and normal prices. Sometimes a bit more chaotic when it is busier, but usually with new(er) staff. Just a good option for your dinner!

Nice hair salon brother, lacks some herbs, otherwise good service and food

We ordered for 7:30 on a Saturday evening at a quarter to 6. Try to call after 7:30, but they cannot be reached by phone. Too busy? Food was very oily and not tasty. After this was a disappointment for the 3rd time in 1 year, we will not order from here again!

What a bad restaurant and service. Employee took order by telephone and then hung up, without asking my telephone number and name of the group where it should be delivered. Waited for three quarters and then contacted by phone when the delivery person would arrive. The delivery person was on his way, they said they waited 10 minutes but there was no delivery person anywhere to be seen. In the end we waited a total of 1 hour and the delivery person asked for a delivery fee of 2.50, but this is not stated on their website. While eating I discovered that the fries were old, the croquettes were empty and the milkshake was sour. 🤮 Contacted the business by telephone and I did not receive any compensation or compensation. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT THERE!

Ordered food and had it delivered. A snack was missing. Then called by phone, the line rang up to 5 times but no one answered. The line then goes "black" and is no longer reachable. Got in the car on principle and drove there, despite paying for delivery. Then there are 2 employees who are working hard, sweat on their heads. They forgot and were supposed to deliver, but forgot that too. Due to the crowds the telephone had been switched off. In the meantime my appetite was over so I asked for and received a refund. Furthermore, no compensation for delivery costs or inconvenience. Food was okay, service unacceptable. It is not due to the efforts of the employees, even though they switch off the telephone. Owner needs to think about what he is doing. In any case, he has lost a customer this way and I can imagine that the employees will not be interested in it for much longer.

You get a lot of food for the money. It is recommended to eat outside. Very warm inside and unfortunately order inside to eat outside.

I once got sick after eating a hair salon meal. I then waited for more than an hour and called, after half an hour I drove there and it turned out that they were not yet processing the order, even though I was first told by telephone that the delivery person was on his way!?! I ended up getting sick from that hair salon, it was really horrible. Now after one year I gave them another chance. The food came again more than an hour later, even after calling where the food was. Once we arrived, we were given half a milkshake which was basically tasteless. Snacks were very tough or they had been there for a while but were no longer warm. And the hair salon was also not nice. Never again..

Many different dishes on the menu. Friendly staff. You can sit inside or outside. The food was very good. We had a Doner with veal, a plate of chicken fillet with fried onion, mushrooms and peppers, a large cheeseburger and the chicken burger. Everything was very tasty.

Pizza's van het Eethuis, zijn altijd uitstekend, kan niet anders zeggen. Jammer dat er bij de pizza shoarma, wel saus wordt meegeleverd, terwijl we aangeven deze niet te willen. Correcte bezorging, kortom aanrader!

I went in for a take-out order. But this kitchen looks so dirty. I didn't order.

Complete bagger. Pizza smaakt naar karton en als t uberhaupt al gekruid is proef je t er niet vanaf. "Hot"wings zijn flauw. Ik ben zelf dol op pizza en het komt nooit voor dat ik ze met tegenzin naarbinnen werk. Met deze had ik oprecht moeite. Ik bestel hier nooit meer.

Friendly staff. We ordered a frikadel and a croquette dish. Very large portions and it tasted great! What's special is that the sauces (even large portions) are included in the price, even if you choose several different sauces, it doesn't matter!

Normally very satisfied, but today it was very disappointing. Ordered two croquettes, but received kipkorns. While I don't like kipcorns. Employee was very rude and refused to change it saying I said it wrong and better luck next time. What kind of service is that!

Ordered a medium hair salon for 10 euros worst ever. Add 2 pieces of lettuce and 5 pieces of onion. Should have ordered fries with cheese.

Ate here for the second time, the dishes are enormous, but above all delicious! On a warm day you can sit on the terrace, it is very warm inside when it is above 20 degrees, there is no air conditioning.

What a filthy dirty hair salon You should only add vegetables when the cheese has melted and they are stingy with chili sauce. Fries were not crispy because the vegetables lose moisture through the oven/grill and wasted money!!

Shawarma was cut very small and therefore unfortunately dry. Garlic sauce was too sweet

i ordered a simple pizza with tomate and cheese and there was a piece of chewed chewing gum on it. Also, they often forget to include thing hat you did pay for, or ignore request like 'dont put pepper on this'. Extremely bad service. Never ordering again.

In one word: damn. If you can't even make a decent chicken burger then I don't know what can. Old bread that is falling apart. Chicken still pink on the inside. Weak fries even though they only have to be delivered 200 meters away.

Waar Cairo binnen 15 min voor de deur staat lukt het eethuis pas na 2 uur te leveren. Eten is vaak aangebrand. Zullen nooit compensatie geven of toegeven dat ze je vergeten zijn. Nooit meer!

Echt DE perfecte kapsalon precies zoals je hem hebben wilt. Chille keuze uit 3 maten. Fijne verhouding van groentjes, vlees , frietjes en saus. Hier kunnen veel zaken nog wat van leren! Chapeau

Uitstekend eethuis: Nederlandse frituur, Italiaanse pizza’s, Turkse schotels. Heerlijke knoflooksaus. Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel, snel en precies. Geen 5 sterren want sommig meubilair is duidelijk versleten en het kan binnen erg warm zijn. Wel is er een terras aan de zijkant van het pand.

Opzich prima smaak maar friet ruim 40 minuten te laat en de pizza's bijna een uur. Bij telefonisch contact wordt verteld dat ze er bijna zijn (uiteindelijk 20 minuten later dan beloofd) service echt te slecht voor opnieuw bestellen

Vriendelijke mensen. Werken erg hard om het iedereen naar zijn of haar zin te maken. Eten prima bereid. Bij drukte wat langer wachten maar logisch natuurlijk.

We ordered for 4 people. It was very busy and the staff looked lost, like there was no direction. One of the people on the deep fryer was taking money with his bare hands and giving money back then picking up food from the cooler, again with bare hands and putting it in the deep fryer. That was a health code violation for sure. We thought the food took a little longer than normal to come out. It was hot and good but we were worried about getting sick from the bare hands money and food touching.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, iedereen !!! Sinds aanwinst hier in Groesbeek kom ik altijd al graag bij : eethuis Groesbeek. Top Personeel.

Woon er 5 minuten vandaan, o.a een pizza gehaald en nog wat andere etenswaren; bij thuiskomst was de pizza koud en de rand om de pizza was keihard........sorry maar ik haal hier geen pizza meer

Bestellingen aan huis vaak te laat en incompleet. Bediening in de winkel kan vriendelijker, chaotisch. Eten wel erg lekker.

Mooie grote zaak, met terras met uitzicht op een bedrijvig kruispunt. Alleen een frietje gegeten en dat was okay, geen prijswinnaar

Heerlijke shoarma gehaald voor op de camping. De rode sambal saus is zeker lekker pittig.

Wij hebben net bij het eethuis bestelt en hebben 6 euro te veel betaalt ik denk dat we opgelicht zijn door de bezorger
