I ordered almost €50 worth of food and there was a cigarette butt on the pizza. I called right away and got a new one, but I was completely gone.

Shwarma Palestine is not recommended. I went past that Anadolu kebab shop, but it was closed. I went into Shwarma Palestine and politely asked that I just want a lamb kebab, not a ground beef kebab. So I politely ordered and waited for my sandwich. When I got a ground beef kebab, I politely walked up to the counter and spoke to the owner, telling him I wanted the original lamb kebab, some pieces, yaprak, or doner kebab. When she said I had to eat it and pay, I disagreed. He was an arrogant boss. I come from the hospitality industry myself; that's not how you treat customers. I paid promptly and left the sandwich untouched... he can eat it himself.

I called at 4:30 and asked for delivery at 5:30, but the food arrived at 5:00. But it's definitely worth the price; the döner sandwich (ordered without lettuce) has plenty of meat and is very tasty.

I had to wait an hour for my pizza. The delivery driver didn't give me enough change. The pizza was already cold upon arrival. The pizza tasted burnt. I will never order from here again. It was a waste of money.

Wish every restaurant the best, but if I order a kapsalon with white chicken, soggy fries, and only lettuce, I'm not satisfied. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. Shame on you for paying €13 for this.

The food is served with love, people are very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant, it looks neat and clean.

Good pizzas in themselves, but often too late and their own app states that they are open and can order...so done and paid online. Then after 1.5 hours I checked the opening hours on Thuisbezorgd.nl. Are they just closed! We are done with it and from now on New York pizzas will be ordered.

Dirty food! If you almost choke on an egg shell, they don't care, they would rather not have you back as a customer!!! Burger raw! And if you call to get your money back, they will come up with all the reasons not to do anything about it. Very bad thing food is terrible as well as the service. I have already thrown everything away in the container, but according to the owner I should just fish it out and bring it back/give it back, if you say you don't do this you will not get your money back. All in all, I still won't get my money back! 1x never again!!!!! So folks, if you want to stay healthy and alive, you better order elsewhere! I also reported threats, as well as reporting to the NVWA!

If you don't want to be ripped off in front of you, you better order somewhere else! Home delivery states that ALL PIZZAS except certain types after €7.50!!!!!. We drove there. The first order was as follows: Pizza Americana, Pizza ham. It was indicated that we would receive 2 free sauces per pizza and we had to add 1 extra. So total amount 7.50+7.50+0.75= 15.75 according to my calculations! But apparently no was wrong! It was suddenly 17.75 because it was suddenly 8.50 per pizza!! After discussion and the man indicated that it was 8.50 and the site was incorrect, I still paid with great regret! (SEE PICTURE). Order 2: Pizza half chicken half doner, and baguette herb butter with extra cup of herb butter. According to home delivery, it was 7.50+3.50+0.75=11.75 Then the side effect of that pizza, it should be 12.75. I had to pay 13.00! Then order taken home, then home, herb butter tastes nothing with a very strange aftertaste!!!! And the pizzas were burnt!!! Conclusion: We will never order from here again! This way they remove the delivery costs from you while you come and pick it up yourself! Simple BAH!

We had now ordered again for the first time in a long time, but it was not as we are used to from Palestine. Fries were old.

Goed restaurant met lekkere producten. Snelle bezorging, en ruime porties.

Bij verschillende eethuizen een kapsalon besteld, maar nergens smaakt deze zo goed als bij Palestina 😋. Naast een gevulde portie is de sla altijd vers en zijn de frieten mooi goud van kleur en is de verhouding van kaas in perfecte balans (niet te veel ... niet te weinig... precies als zoals het hoort😃). Verder hebben ze een uitgebreide kaart... Voor ieder die wat wilt. Ook al ben ik een kapsalon liefhebber zijn de pizza's bij Palestina ook echt een goede aanrader 👌. Ik zou zeggen bestel via de app of site... Je krijgt alles behalve spijt....😚👍!

Lekker eten altijd vriendelijke bezorgers

Bestelling gaat super makkelijk, betalen ook. Ook op tijd dat je aangeeft wordt het bezorgd. Maar belangrijkste....het eten is super lekker...Top! Ga zeker weer bestellen, en raad het zeker aan.

Op tijd geleverd, eten was lekker en warm. Niets om aan te merken. Prima 👌

Het eten was nog kouder dan het blikje cola dat ik erbij had besteld. Eerste en tevens laatste keer besteld bij deze "pizzaria".
