Eethuis Saray in Wijk 01 Aarle-Rixtel

We wanted to try something new and ordered from Saray. We ordered half an hour before closing time, only to be told we'd have to order earlier from now on. Such a shame. The food was otherwise fine, but it's a shame this had to be said. They should probably change their opening hours.

Ordered for €90, delivered promptly. Food was bland and tasteless. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Ordered a pizza Calzone with a salad via the website. Ordering and paying was very easy and clear. You were also fully informed by email about the delivery process. And the food was again very excellent!

We have ordered from Saray quite often, mainly because they have delicious Greek food. But because the meat is quite wet, we always ask for the fries to be packaged separately. We have to pay 2 euros for that, and this is really too scandalous for words. The meals are already very pricey and we have to pay for this too! Today we ordered again and then I received a call telling us that we had to pay 2 euros for the fries. When I asked why this was, I was told that I would get extra fries and I had to pay for them. I'm not asking for extra fries...I'm asking for the fries to be packaged separately, so that I don't have dirty, wet, soggy fries. This was the reason why we almost stopped ordering from Saray, but my husband was looking forward to it so we ordered again and then we just received 2 bags of fries, so I don't understand why we have to pay those 2 euros . This is really very customer unfriendly and this is really the last time we order from here.

We hebben best vaak bij Saray besteld en dan vooral omdat ze lekker Grieks eten hebben. Maar omdat het vlees nogal nat is, vragen we altijd om de friet apart te verpakken. Daarvoor moeten we 2 euro betalen, en dit is echt te schandalig voor woorden. De maaltijden zijn al erg prijzig en dan moeten we dit ook nog betalen! Vandaag bestelden we weer en toen werd ik gebeld dat we er rekening mee moesten houden dat we 2 euro moesten betalen voor de friet. Toen ik vroeg waarom dit eigenlijk is, kreeg ik de uitleg dat ik dan extra friet kreeg en daar moest ik voor betalen. Ik vraag niet om extra friet…ik vraag om de friet apart te verpakken, zodat ik geen vieze natte kleffe friet heb. Dit was al de reden dat wij bijna niet meer bij Saray bestelden, maar mijn man had er veel zin in dus toch maar weer besteld en toen kregen we gewoon 2 zakken friet geleverd, dus ik snap er niets van waarom we die 2 euro moeten betalen. Dit is echt erg klantonvriendelijk en dit is ook echt de laatste keer dat we hier besteld hebben.

heerlijk eten , en je krijgt hier zeer zeker waar voor je geld , goede grote portie ,s ook vriendelijke bediening , kortom goed eten voor een betaalbare nette prijs .

I had a delicious meal here, it was hot and more than enough, I had a dish with shawarma and pineapple, rice and Turkish bread, they have a nice menu with many different international dishes and very friendly staff, it was absolutely wonderful, it has been a success for years. us in the village very well, I can recommend it to everyone to go here

Slechte ervaring. Via de telefoon bestelling geplaatst bij Eethuis Saray. Jammer genoeg niet door gehad dat er 2 Eethuis Saray’s bestaan met het zelfde logo etc. Per ongeluk dus bij de verkeerde een bestelling geplaatst (de twee “restaurants” zitten ver weg van elkaar). Toen netjes opgebeld met het feit dat ik perongeluk bij de verkeerde besteld had en dat er waarschijnlijk een oplichtingssite is aangezien het logo etc hetzelfde is. Kreeg helaas een akelige man aan de lijn die vertelde dat ik beter moest op letten en ik niet zomaar had moeten bellen etc. Iedereen maakt wel eens een foutje toch? Nou ik kreeg de volle lading. Ik gaf aan dat ik ook niet had kunnen bellen, maar dit juist besloot om wel te doen. Ik wilde mijn fout toegeven en ze een heads up geven over de (waarschijnlijk) scamwebsite. Ik zal dit nu echter nooit meer doen en zal hier ook zeker nooit heen gaan of het aanbevelen. Zeer teleurgesteld, we zijn allemaal mensen..

WORTHLESS! The delivery person had all kinds of excuses not to deliver to the front door, even though it was simply paid for. “The boss didn't allow it”, in the end the boss managed to say that the delivery person just wanted to go home quickly. She didn't want to deliver to the front door, fine then I'll refund my money and I'll come and get it the next day. That was not allowed because we were not welcome there! Only to be told that the delivery person came to the door anyway and that we could never order from them again!! What a joke!!!! Shame on your utterly worthless company.

At first we didn't want to order anywhere else. Now in recent months Saray has deteriorated VERY much and I am speaking in general. Atmosphere and the food! I think there are new people in there because the food is almost unedible anymore, and even if they burn the pizza you still get it burnt at home. Better order in Helmond at kismet, always satisfied! Too bad Saray, you have lost 7 regular customers from this house.

Over the years it only got worse, first having to wait 45 minutes for food, now you have to be lucky with 2 hours?! You get weak fries and when you call you are not exactly helped "sorry ma, we can't do anything about it...". Too expensive for what you get.

Delivered cold. Black hard pieces of meat in between.. would be resolved but never called back. Delivery person claims otherwise it was lukewarm, according to him it was warm enough .25 euros away... not what we are used to there, also very unfriendly lady behind the counter.

After 2.5 hours of waiting, still no food. Already called twice and the first time they said we are working on it. 30 minutes later still nothing, after the 2nd call they said it could be at the door at any time. 10 minutes later finally the food. In terms of food it is fine, but no more delivery for me.

Ordered a dish of chicken doner today (always chicken doner), but today it was scandalously bad, the dish in the photo below is what went into the garbage bin, because it was all slippery fat. Saray called with the complaint that I have to throw away more than I can eat and was told that they can't do anything about it, I should have ordered something that wasn't so greasy! No more Saray for me!

You order just before half past five, completed at 5:40 PM for delivery. No food at 6:30 PM. And if you call, it will take another half hour! Scandalous. I canceled the food because if they can't handle this they shouldn't take all the orders!. They've gotten really bad over the years!

After payment, you will receive an expected delivery time for confirmation. I think it was still on winter time. Then instead of 1 hour, I had to wait about 2.5 hours for burnt meat and limp cold fries. Yet again it takes a very long time and the confirmed time is not achieved again. Good food for a good price. On the days that I am with my parents in Aarle-Rixtel, I like to eat a hamburger dish here every now and then. Fresh vegetables, crispy fries and well-cooked burgers. Call in advance and often after 10-15 minutes I can pick it up: Absolutely great.

We are very pleased with the quality of Saray's food. But after not using the delivery service for years, we made another attempt today. 4 pizzas for our visit, including 4 small children. Had to wait more than 2 hours and was accused of words that were not said. Great restaurant, but we will never use Saray's delivery service again!!

Ordered here for the first time today, the food was hot, tasty and plenty of it. Satisfied customer!

We come from Sliedrecht (> 1 hour drive) and accidentally ordered online here on Saturday evening instead of at the new Saray eatery in Sliedrecht. They canceled the order and refunded the money on Monday. So the verbal agreement on Saturday was neatly fulfilled (and they were still about €3 per dish cheaper than in Sliedrecht).

Ordered a pizza for my girlfriend who had no cash at home and couldn't leave because she had a child. Rabobank malfunction that prevented me from ordering via home delivery. I was far from home. But this restaurant trusted me and delivered the pizza and gave me the opportunity to pay in cash later. Super sweet and thank you really for thinking of your customer.

Pizza Calzone met kipfilet en blikje Fanta voor € 12,50 gehad. Erg lekker, veel, goed gevulde pizza met veel vlees en groenten. Vriendelijk personeel, (7 man/vrouw) en schoon. Omdat het restaurant goed loopt is het rond 19 uur op zaterdag druk, dus het kan zijn dat je ff moet wachten. Top, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Voor die prijs vind je nergens beter en goedkoper.

Have had several bad experiences with Saray. Stood in the shop while they didn't want to help me even though they were still open. Ordered again today in good hope and they delivered something 3 hours later. Bad service and the food isn't even necessarily good. We were almost starving.

Food is quite tasty if you get it or eat it there. Only delivery is also part of the service. And it is far below par. Last ordered 3 times. Once, out of misery, I had to pick it up myself, once it took more than 2 hours and the last time she promised to deliver it, but the food was canceled after an hour and a half. Doesn't go anywhere about these times to wait with kids. We have now found another restaurant that delivers on time.

Well at 7:10 PM (after 2 hours and 10 minutes) I called again to ask if you were still going to deliver it. Yes, we'll be there in 20 minutes. Well okay. 8:20 PM (just over an hour later, delivery person at the door. Your food. Food tastes great. It was nice and warm. Unfortunately, this is the last time an order has been placed.

I went here with a group of friends to get some food, ordered at the door myself and it went fairly smoothly. We had to wait about 17 minutes for 2 pizzas and after we got the pizzas we could pay. YOU CAN ONLY PAY CASH, and we didn't have a PIN with us so we couldn't withdraw money, and you couldn't pay via your mobile either. They are customer friendly, they helped think of a solution. The food was tasty, a bit cold due to... the payment was fine. Kebab a bit on the economical side but tasty.
