Don't order from this place!! I order food from here through uber eats before 1.00 and it never arrived. I decided to walk to the place just to see that they aren't even open. Even thought their Google says they are open until 2.30 at night.

One of the best kebab places in Maastricht! Highly recommended.

I had a delicious döner! The meat was fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly prepared. The portions are generous and the ingredients taste fresh. Additionally, the service was friendly and the order was prepared quickly. The place is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Definitely recommended for anyone in the mood for a good döner. I would love to come back here again.

Ordered a pizza with ham and mushrooms I did not know it was possible to combine this many ingredients and yet have 0 flavour. I am giving it 2 stars just because they cooked out all the flavour so well. :))

Today I ordered 4 pizzas online. It says a salami pizza costs 12.50, which I ordered twice, but instead of paying 25 euros for it, I had to pay 27 euros for the 2. I confronted them about the fact that they had overcharged me, to which they replied: if you order online you pay 12.50, if you order like that it costs 13.50, to which I indicated that this is a scam and that I want my 2 euros back on principle, was the answer.

Delicious chicken strips, super friendly staff. I'd definitely come back after a night out! The cat that came with them was especially cute.

Ordered a tuna pizza here today for 14 euros. It was literally a ready-made pizza base with cheese and tuna on top. For that price, you should be able to get a truly fresh pizza.

It is not even a service at all. Not responding to the phone calls and no sign of tracking…. How do this place even operates without taking responsibility. Where is my order ? Where is the refund? Where are the rights???? Stop doing what you doing if you can’t deliver it!

I went to ZamZam yesterday for baklava, bro, I swear, never again. The menu says 5.50 for 4 pieces, in the end I had to pay 7.50 for THREE pieces? What do you mean “new supplier”? What does that matter to me, put good prices on the menu or something. That baklava too, wallah half frozen. They just pop it in the microwave. How can you disrespect baklava so much? Really dry and not even tasty man. And that service? Bro, those people don't even look at you normally. No vibe at all, like I'm coming to get something for free or something. ZamZam, you should be ashamed, this is not baklava, this is a scam.

Zam Zam is a little piece of Turkish heaven in Maastricht. Unfortunately, this piece of heaven is divided into 3 tables and a handful of chairs. This makes it extremely complex to move through an extremely narrow piece of heaven with a lack of energy. Once you arrive at the counter and you have pulled the third thumb out of your ass (the enormous line behind you just keeps pushing) you can finally order. The ordering process is very worth highlighting. There is a gentleman who takes orders and one who prepares them. The taker ('moustache' for convenience) writes down the order on a notepad. Mustache shouts this order to the cook (for convenience 'toupé'). Toupé is next to a mustache and shouting is absolutely unnecessary. This process brings with it a serene peace that cannot be described. If you ordered from moustache and are blessed enough to get a table, you only have to wait a few seconds for moustache to call out your order. While in some places you have to check whether everything is done, that is just the case in this piece of heaven. The hair salon then ends on a table, where the predecessor has meticulously made a mission of smearing the entire table with garlic sauce. This means your jacket is covered in garlic sauce and you have to constantly worry about where your elbows are. Then your pleasure can begin. The Döner turned out to be overcooked (yippee!!!) and the hair salon was brilliant, considering the enormous amount of alcohol consumed last night. Once filled from the hair salon and slathered with garlic sauce, your journey back to the world can begin. As you make your way back through the waiting crowd, try to spread the garlic sauce on your jacket onto as many others as possible. Filled with happiness you return home and go to sleep satisfied.

Food was not delivered via Uber eat, no Ben and Jerry and no ribs... I called and that guy still refused to deliver!

Food was just left at the door after I didn't get to the door fast enough (I live at the very top of my building). I then called but couldn't hear the delivery person because he was talking on the phone on his scooter so he didn't know the food was outside. Half an hour later I called the store and was then called by the same delivery person who threatened me and drove to my house again to get a refund. Police have been called

29-09-2024 Hair salons ordered all bins were broken. If you send us photos, they don't respond. Ordered very often, but I certainly won't order from here again. Maybe work a little on the service or delivery. Photos must represent hair salons.

ordered this online and it was gross. the burger meat did not seem to be real beef it tasted so artificial. the french fries were soggy and bathed in ketchup, the crispy chicken was barely edible. the pizza was ok. overall do not recommend!

These guys didn't deliver my order and only informed me they won't 1.5 hours after I had paid for the order. They used racial remarks, verbal abuse and humiliation, laughing and mimicking me on the phone, disconnecting the line. Honestly it's pathetic and disgusting.

I can’t speak of their food quality, but I can speak about their customer service. And the lack there off.

They threw the cheese souflé into the plastic container too hot, causing the plastic to melt through the cheese souflé. When I realized this, I called immediately. I got a rude person on the phone who was so smart, after I had neatly explained what was going on. (Now I literally have plastic in my body.) Never again.

Uiteindelijk geen bestelling gekregen en toen ik had gebeld kreeg ik te horen tot het toch te ver is en dat ze niet komen. Zelf deden ze de bestelling niet annuleren waardoor ik geen geld terug kreeg. Uiteindelijk geld teruggekregen met veel moeite door uber eats. Conclusie niet bestellen!

The food is very tasty. And I'm mainly talking about the fries, salads, durums and burgers. They are always on time, but the last 2 times we were very disappointed with the delivery person. Honestly I’m very disappointed with this place. Firstly there was no hospitality, as soon as I entered I was greeted with the impression that I wasn’t welcomed. And when I asked for my meal they didn’t give me the opportunity to ask what sauce I wanted, and as I waited they had already added a sauce of their choosing into the dish and wrapped it. Overall I was let down, especially for the price I paid.

Disgusting! The work counter is wiped with a kitchen towel with which an employee has previously wiped his sweat. Food is sold that is still frozen on the inside and instead of returning the money, the food is thrown into the fryer by hand, including the mustard. The food inspectorate should take a look at this place. No recommendation for this shop!

Don't do this... it's just a money laundering business, there's no other way... it has nothing to do with good food. If you want to get sick you have to eat here. The pizza in particular is indescribable. Downright nasty. They are not friendly either and they don't want to complain about that. You get a big mouth instead of an apology.

Het is werkelijk schandalig dat ik überhaupt één ster moet geven, want eerlijk gezegd verdient deze plek geen enkele erkenning. We besloten om twee pizza's te bestellen, zonder enige verwachting van haute cuisine pizza's. Maar wat we kregen, tartte alle verbeelding op het gebied van afschuwelijke kwaliteit. En ik ben echt geen snob als het op pizza aankomt; geef me maar een vette, rommelige pizza en ik ben blij. Maar wat ze hier bezorgden, was ronduit walgelijk. We ontvingen pizza bodems die niet eens de moeite hadden genomen om fatsoenlijk te bakken, en de toppings zagen eruit alsof een peuter er willekeurig wat op had gegooid - als ze al de moeite hadden genomen om een peuter te betrekken bij dit catastrofale proces had het waarschijnlijk er beter uit gezien. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, waren zelfs de toppings niet gaar! Serieus, hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om een fatsoenlijke pizza te maken? Dit was een totale aanfluiting van de pizzakunst, en ik zou deze plek ten zeerste afraden aan iedereen die ook maar enigszins om zijn smaakpapillen geeft. Het enige positieve is dat ik nu een gedenkwaardig verhaal heb om te delen over de ergste eetervaring ooit.

Hi, I've never left a single review But here I order a Margerita pizza, but I get pizza with ham and cheese. Not happy with that, I'm Muslim and I'm not allowed to eat pork. I also called, but the scary thing I had on the phone shows that you made the wrong call.

My colleague ordered last Wednesday. Because it was way too much, I ate with it. The pizza had a very strange/bad taste and I thought it might be due to my pregnancy hormones, but my colleague concluded the same. After an hour I became ill and after a visit to the doctor it turned out that I had food poisoning. No pleasant thoughts during pregnancy. Never again for me.

Ordered Cheesebruger with samurai After waiting 1.5 hours I get a normal burger with curry and mayo, which is inedible and the vegetables still had dressing on them, so it was disgusting. Called afterwards and was told that it was too busy and that they would no longer bring my ordered burger and that I would get one the next day, but then they leave you hungry. I call the next day and they don't know anything about it 3x nothing so not recommended

Steeds dat we op het werk doen bestellen, continu klopt de bestelling niet. Als je dan contact opneemt, krijg je te horen dat wij iets ' flikken ' om gratis eten te krijgen. De laatste keer zelfs asosiaal behandelt en uitgemaakt voor leugenaars. Hier doen wij dus ook nooit meer bestellen en/of zaken mee. Groetjes een paar boze klanten.
