Today we got two Jägerschnitzels, among other things. They looked like mini schnitzels. We were still hungry after the meal. For those high prices, you would expect more. Also, the Jäger sauce didn't taste like Jäger sauce at all. Poor value for money. We won't be going back here anytime soon.

Had a wonderful time; everything ran smoothly and the service was very friendly and helpful. I asked for sambal sauce and got it right away; it is the little things that make all the difference. Large portions, at least my partner and I thought so; the baklava could also be packed up to take away. Thank you for the lovely time.

Absolutely not recommended. The service and reliability proved to be very poor when things went wrong: a problem with an outstanding balance on a gift card. Due to an error in their own POS system, this was not clearly visible, but there was still nearly €40 outstanding on a €75 gift card. Instead of offering a proper solution for this outstanding balance, the owner simply stated: "Just throw the card away, it can no longer be used for payments." There is no willingness to think along or respond, not even to emails, and they try to get off easily by claiming there is a lack of clarity in their own system, but that is naturally customer-unfriendly, suspicious, and arrogant. It is not worth visiting in this way, and I advise against it.

I ordered pasta pesto and even explicitly asked if pine nuts were available. The order was taken without any problems. To my surprise, I subsequently received pasta pollo with tomato sauce. I immediately indicated that this was not what I had ordered. The employee reacted defensively right away and kept insisting that I had ordered pasta pollo. I calmly pointed out that I was certain I had asked for pasta pesto. Eventually, she said that the dish would be replaced. After a long wait, another employee with red hair brought my pasta pesto. I was on the phone at that moment. As she placed the plate down, she said in a sarcastic tone: “Are you absolutely sure it is pesto?” After my phone call, I walked over to her to indicate that I found it unacceptable that I was treated as if I were lying for the second time. I simply wanted to eat the pasta I had ordered. Instead of showing understanding, she kept insisting that the receipt stated “pollo” and that I had said so myself. I understand that misunderstandings can arise. What I do not accept is the way it is handled. Instead of an apology or a customer-friendly solution, I was treated as if I was not telling the truth. In the end, I asked for the bill without eating the pasta, because the attitude of both employees had completely ruined my appetite. Everything on the table was paid for properly, which I did not mind, by the way. I am not looking for free food; as a regular customer, I only expect respectful and professional treatment. Making a mistake is human. Calling a customer a liar multiple times is not.

I was given the menu and indicated that I would like pasta pesto. I even explicitly asked if pine nuts were available, which make the pasta pesto tastier. The lady took my order; so far so good. I was on the phone and she put the plate down and said, "Are you sure now that this is pesto?" I didn't say anything and finished my phone call. After finishing the conversation, I walked over to her and indicated that I didn't think it was normal to be labeled a liar for the second time. After all, I just wanted to eat my pesto pasta in peace. She stated that the bill said "pollo" and that I had said so. I couldn't believe what was happening; what rudeness. I asked to pay the bill without eating the food, mainly because both colleagues continued acting as if I was lying. They charged for everything that was on the table, which I don't mind, by the way. I am not some kind of scammer.

Had a good meal. Unbelievable that you always have to make a reservation here. It is always full.

Unfortunately, we had to change from 5 stars to 1 star. I gave a friend a gift voucher, and due to an error in their own system, it is suddenly no longer valid? No alternative is offered... we are staying away from here.

Got a kapsalon last night. Food poisoning today. The place looks good, but the preparation is disappointing.

Not customer-friendly at all. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were well received by the staff, but when the owner came, he immediately made it clear that we were not welcome because they wanted to go home. Adjust your closing time to 5:00 PM, then everyone will be home on time :)

The food is good, but if you order a €10 lamachun chicken dish and now you ask for a mixed dish with dorum? Oh, no problem, that's fine, but don't tell them it's €3 more expensive. For what!!! And the amount of meat is exactly the same as usual; they should just say it's €13. A cheaper meat mix and €3 more expensive makes no sense. And then they try to convince you it's extra meat. What jokers! It's the last good meal for me because I don't like these kinds of things.

Just grabbing a bite to eat, the waitress wasn't very friendly. The order wasn't even complete, so we had to chase that up again. It was about 10 degrees outside, but they thought it was probably 25 degrees outside. The door was actually open!!! We had to eat with our coats on. So, not exactly pleasant in a restaurant!!!!! The food was fair to good. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience, so I won't be back. Especially not when it comes to hospitality.

The food is good quality, but nothing special. 7.5/10 The price is a bit high compared to other places offering similar meats and preparation methods. Sometimes the meat is a bit drier, which is a shame. Usually, it's good. Please get simple knives and forks for takeout. Eating rice with your hands when ordering takeout isn't possible, not even with the small fry forks. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the place is nice.

It's a shame, a small change to fries instead of rice isn't possible here. All the menus except the grill are terrible, as if it were free.

The service was good. The stuff was really friendly and place looked clean as well. We ordered two doner boxes. Those itself was hideous. The meet didn’t seem to be real meat. Felt like some fake made, like flat breadish consistency. The fries were not done, salad was bad, cheese was the probably cheapest cheese ever and tasted so horrible. The sauce was okay. But most importantly we were so confused about the meat. As we love meat. Overall 1 out of ten. Still feel this horrible taste after hours.

I can recommend a quick bite to eat. The prices are a bit expensive.

This restaurant doesn't resemble a real Turkish restaurant at all. The service is poor and the staff is rude. I entered the restaurant, but no one even looked at me. They didn't even come to take my order.

The price-quality ratio is excellent! You can still have a great meal here for two for under €50! We recently had the mixed grill, which came with several drinks.

Been waiting 35 minutes for my food in an empty restaurant takes a really long time

Eetpunt Doetinchem was my low point. For the first (and last) time I got food. Fries too salty and (partly) overcooked. Fries turned white from the amount of salt. Lettuce brown, I don't dare eat it, pita bread is old, cold and dry. Pulled meat was cold. Really very disappointing. Is in a nice spot, that's why 2 stars for atmosphere.

Kapsalon ordered chicken doner. there was a (large) piece of raw chicken in my chicken doner!! I got seriously ill from it. I had severe food poisoning. Never again for me!

We had beyti and doner pizza. The beyti's lavash was too thick, instead of tomato sauce, a sour tomato paste mixed with water was poured on it. The rice on the plate was porridge from 3 days ago. The bulgur pilaf had no taste. The yogurt and ayran were sour. There were plenty of peppers, mushrooms and other things on the pizza, but there were very few things resembling doner and those things resembling doner had no taste. We couldn't taste the baklava either. It was a waste of our time.

To start with, ordered 2x lamb shawarma when I got home and it turned out to be doner.. Kapsalon doner = about 10 percent doner and cheese. 90 percent fries. Ultimately had to pay 42.00 for almost nothing. Incredibly bad business where defrauding the customer with profit as the goal is number 1. Never again for us.

This was really great, I was here on May 2 with my grandmother and the food was really tasty, the staff was friendly and for the rest it was just classes

Because no one else is open on Mondays (kudos to the entrepreneurial spirit!), we treated ourselves to a culinary delight: fries with mayo, fries without any fuss and three snacks whose names have escaped us due to sheer disappointment. What we got in exchange for our hard-earned euros? A true spectacle of thrift. The portion of fries was so minimal that we thought we had accidentally ordered a sample. Maybe it was art? Minimalist fries? For the astronomical amount of €3.50 (including a lick of mayo - so luxurious!) we got an impressive 170 grams of fries. The version without sauce was generous in comparison at 193 grams, and cost only €3.00. Really, a bargain for those who like to pay for air with a hint of potato. In summary: we will never buy anything here again. Unless we suddenly crave the feeling of being ripped off with a smile.

Despite the crowds, we were assigned a table. Then the waitress told me that I couldn't just sit down by myself. Told her that her colleague had put me here, had also given me a menu and that I would like a Coke Zero. 2 minutes later she came back without a coke and with the message that I had half an hour to order and eat. I have never felt so unwanted anywhere and I just left. Never come back here again.

Very tasty food for a reasonable price. Alcoholic drinks are not available, enthusiasts must look elsewhere. Non-alcoholic beer is present as 0.0 and is advertised as Radler. Meat dishes from the grill are highly recommended. Ribeye and mixed grill are definitely worth ordering. In terms of atmosphere, it has the appearance of a decorated cafeteria, but the distinction is made on the menu and on the plates.

It's just a shawarma tent version de luxe. But it also remains just shawarma tent. Too bad it doesn't serve alcoholic drinks. I certainly won't call it steakhouse.

The last time the fries were in the fryer for too long and were too hard/dry. The service varies, some are friendly and quick, others distant. Tip: With a little more training, table service could improve. Price was just over 20 euros pp.

Veel keus in gerechten, de kapsalon en lachmachun zijn prima. De pide is lekker. Familievriendelijk eetcafe en ook altijd wel plek zonder reservering. Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar niet consistent in wanneer je geholpen wordt. Soms wordt je snel geholpen en soms totaal niet. Deze keer werden we snel geholpen. De grillgeur blijft hangen in het restaurant, dat is wel een minpunt.

Ate here with my family. All the food was very tasty. My veal spare ribs were especially yummy for a pretty reasonable price. Very small minus: it is quite cramped when the restaurant is full. I will definitely come more often!
