I don't understand the bad reviews. We had a large order, and it arrived a little later than the 41 minutes, but the quality and quantity were excellent. Communication between the company and the delivery driver was also excellent.

Scammers, ordered and paid online. When it was delivered to me they asked to pay again. No english communication, show them the receipt saying paid, after they couldnt scam me took the food back and just went. SHAME!!!

Terrible food and quite a long delivery time, I waited like 3 hours!! Food seemed old and meat looked black, burnt and spoiled, better give it to the dogs... don't buy anything here!

Bad food, bad service, frozen pasta and pizza you have to put back in the oven after delivery because it is delivered ice cold!

Very disappointing experience at El Aviv Express I recently ordered one large and two small hair salons from El Aviv Express, but it was anything but a positive experience. To my surprise, the small hair salons were more expensive than the large ones, and when my colleague asked for an explanation, the owner gave an irritated response. He explained that the higher price had to do with extra lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and sauces in the small hair salons. What I found strange, however, is that I've never heard of having to pay extra for lettuce at a hair salon before. When I called the owner back about this, I was again treated unfriendly. He explained his explanation again in an irritated manner, and when I indicated that I did not think this was appropriate for a hair salon, I was abruptly cut off. After I made it clear to him that I was not happy with this and would post a review, he kept calling me back. I ended up blocking his number. To my surprise, I received a voicemail crudely taunting me with terminal illnesses. I found all of this incredibly unprofessional and rude. It's a shame, because I was hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business due to the lack of customer service and the rude behavior of the owner.

Ordered a hair salon, just got a hair salon without lettuce. I wanted lettuce. Maybe the lettuce was gone. Don't know. I call that man, that man pushes me away. Call him again, he's lost count. 🤷‍♂️

Ordered from here, food never arrived. Waited 1.5 hours before calling, when I called they said it would be there in 15min. Guess what, it didnt come in. Called again 30min later to ask if it was ever going to come in, guy on the Phone was very rude saying there were other people waiting and that it would come. I asked to refund it since I had a feeling it would never come. The guy just hung up the phone. NEVER CAME IN, literal daylight robbery.

Ordered food via home delivery, 5 pizzas in total. All pizzas were ice cold and one pizza was missing toppings. This was sent to home delivery, but El Aviv indicated that it did not want to compensate. This is a VERY bad company

Food was so dry, felt like I was eating sand. Delivery also took longer than an hour. While it was close.

Delivery sucks and every time your delivery sucks.

It took an unprecedented amount of time to deliver food. Finally the food arrived and the fries were half lukewarm, the doner was not cooked. You also had to pay extra money for sambal and garlic sauce. From this I can conclude that I never want to order from El Aviv again. Very disappointing.

I come here often, the food is tasty and very nice people work there. I ordered for the first time today and the delivery person arrived quickly and the food was good as always!

Ordered food and asked if it could be delivered at 2:45. At 4:00 there was still no food. Called the restaurant 100 times but heard nothing. Paid money but received nothing. Terrible service!

Ordered here at 3:00 am, 15 minutes drive. It is now 05:90, I have nothing yet, the phone has already said 15 minutes twice (50 minutes ago). I can understand being busy, but then you have to say: it's not going to work, don't keep saying '15 minutes, 8 minutes'. Can only advise everyone against ordering anything. Maybe it's in good taste.

Having to wait 2.5 hours at an overpriced hair salon in the middle of the night. Kapsalon was with thick fries that tasted like nothing. The delivery person was nice, but at 4:40 am I want to be in bed and not waiting for my food.

Cancer ready service man I ordered food it never arrived I called the first time and I was told that the pizza was in the oven the second time I was told that nothing had been ordered.

We associate food with an experience of happiness. An old-fashioned craving for a tasty shawarma turned into an evening of frustration. "Then throw that sandwich away," he said to me. Because I think it deserves sauce. In 45 years I have never had to order sauce with a shawarma sandwich, it is an unwritten rule. He himself admitted that everyone complains about this. Yet he doesn't understand... Apparently this place only exists to make money. May he make all that money minus the luck! Is what I want to wish for in the first place. But for the sake of Allah I will restrain myself. May you receive guidance?

3 times nothing, the food 0, service 0, atmosphere 0 ice cold! I'm experiencing this for the first time in my life. The staff there is impossible to talk to! 1st and last time I order something from this place.

Ordered a hair salon and even though the delivery via home delivery went perfectly, I was still very disappointed in this company. A kapsalon should at least consist of fries, doner, cheese and salad. Unfortunately, from this company you only get a bowl of fries… and that for that price. Very, very disappointed, not recommended at the very least.

Damn cancer crooks don't deliver anything

Ordered food last night via Thuisbezorgd, food never arrived so I contacted Thuisbezorgd, they told Thuisbezorgd that they came by and called while this never happened and they don't want to give me my money back!!!!! This is a very bad room, don't get any food here!

Very expensive delivery, food is not worth it at all, chicken dry and taste like rubber, I order a menu and received a bag of fries and a few small pieces of chicken, when I called to ask for the missing items, they said they will call back and they didn't. If there was any lower ratings this place would get even less from me.

It says open, but it's closed, man. While it says open every day but this os a lie, no pita cheese for me

The people working here don’t remember that you ordered and you have to remind them. After that they use the excuse that you are waiting for only 5 minutes (it were 20 minutes). Then they ask what you ordered because they forgot. If you don’t do this you do not get your order.

First a miscommunication that meant the order did not arrive properly. Finally received the order a day later with friendly service.

The food arrived alright and was still kinda warm, the meat tasted like rubber and had a bunch of stringy bits. 2 of us didn’t want to finish because they were scared they’d feel sick afterwards.

Everything 5 stars, new impetus in pizza base, gastronomy as it should be.

Wat een top service zeg eten was overheerlijk. Aan de telefoon was er een Damen die niet bepaald goed Nederlands sprak, een beetje grof gebekt maar toen sprak ik een collega van haar die wel goed heeft geholpen met me bestelling. Tot de volgende bestelling ✌🏽✌🏽

The Kapsalon was good but overpriced, the service is rather mediocre, they took too long because we ordered from their website which they barely even check, aside from messing up the order, the guy on the phone was rather rude and I think he blocked my number, because I had a complaint. Although the woman that works there is very friendly. They're fine if you buy from there in person (although not the price), never order from them!

Hele vriendelijke personeel en het eten was ook heerlijk heb een kapsalon en een Turkse pizza met vlees besteld en mag niet klagen heb genoten.

Al weken klant, lekkere eten snelle bezorging en waar gewerkt wordt kan fouten gemaakt worden dan komen ze met snelle oplossing super zaak en gezellige mensen dus een aanrader voor iedereen. Jullie zijn TOPPERS jongens ga zo door. Daarom voor jullie 5 sterren

Net besteld bij jullie. Vanuit parkhaven, dat jullie laat kwamen kan ik nog wel begrijpen! Maar om alle sauzen te vergeten vinden we wel beetje jammer. Volgende keer beter

Wat een lieve mensen , meisje aan de telefoon was heel klantvriendelijk en lief. Ik kreeg zelfs speciale groenten bij mijn shoarmaschotel omdat ik daar zo trek in had , helemaal GRATIS speciaal voor mij komen brengen. Iedereen uit de keuken en bezorger was super lief . Eten was een 10! Heerlijke smaak. Ik raad El aviv express dan ook zeker aan.

Top zaak met prima voedsel. Goede service en over het algemeen hele snelle bezorging. Reden voor mij om voor de late hap bijna standaard bij El Aviv te bestellen.

Snelle bezorging, aardige bezorging. En die pizza was echt lekker, En het belangrijkste de korsjes ja de korsjes ze waren krokant 🤩.

Vanavond voor het eerst pizza's afgehaald die zeer goed zijn bevallen. Ook pluspunten voor de ruime openingstijden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Vaak eten hier besteld, vriendelijke bezorgers en eten altijd goed.

Goed en lekker eten... niet ziek van geworden of iets (gebeurd namelijk vaak met shoarma!!!). Snelle bezorging en een hele vriendelijke bezorger aan de deur gehad !!!

Pizza is niet wat het moet zijn, veel te vet.
