Piet Pann is more of a beer pub than a restaurant...but that doesn't mean the food is of any lesser quality. I ordered the spare ribs, which were excellent and more than enough, but they used a dry rub and served the sauces separately. Personally, I would have preferred a wet rub, but that's different for everyone, of course. I'm often the first to complain about too few fries, but they apparently knew I was coming because we literally got a plate with enough fries to feed half the pub. But you won't hear me complaining, challenge accepted. The service was also good; the staff is simply friendly and attentive, and they know exactly when you need attention and when you don't. The only downside might be that Piet Pann is more focused on being a beer pub, meaning if you dine later in the evening, you'll be sitting among the beer drinkers. I can understand that not everyone likes that, but you can certainly keep that in mind when deciding what time to eat. A positive is that it generally improves the atmosphere. Overall a great place to eat, good service and I expected nothing less than a varied beer menu.

A super nice piece of music during the annual fair, Vlacor, played wonderfully and the terrace filled up quickly, the team from the Cocobar provided refreshing drinks,,no dissonance,,super Sunday event and entertainment🫶👏
