I ordered from this bakery via Thuisbezorgd. The first time I called, delivery was 5 minutes away, and it was almost here. The second time I called 22 minutes later, asked what kind of clock they had and where the order was, and then I got yelled at with all sorts of things; not really polite.

I ordered a month ago because I was at home due to my back. It took a very long time, so I called to ask where it was, and the response was, "Oh right, we aren't delivering today." To which I replied that I wanted to cancel the order because I can't walk. To this day, I haven't received my money back and I can't get hold of them anymore either.

I placed an order for delivery via Thuisbezorgd. Unfortunately, I accidentally provided the wrong house number. I contacted the restaurant about this, but unfortunately, the conversation turned into an argument and we couldn't resolve the matter. It was subsequently stated that the order had been delivered to the house number provided. We therefore went to the address in question ourselves, which is only 4 houses down the street. There, we were told that absolutely no one had been there to deliver an order. The restaurant eventually cancelled the order. Four days have passed since then, but I still haven't received my money back. I understand that providing the wrong house number was my fault. Nevertheless, I find the communication and the way this was handled very disappointing. Especially since it was indicated that the order had been delivered, while the residents of the address in question state that no one was there. Hopefully, the amount will be refunded soon.

Do not order here!!! I placed an order that never arrived! Thuisbezorgd says I received it, but I didn't. Trying to call but no luck, nobody answers. This is the 2nd time already! The first time I got my food after about 2 hours, but now not at all. Truly a worthless place! Nobody answers the phone, you can't get in touch with anyone. It's time this company was removed from Thuisbezorgd. It is a total scam.

What an unfriendly and disrespectful place! My husband drops me off at the Action via their parking lot so he can drive on. I haven't even gotten out yet (so you don't know if it's a customer or not) when the door opens and all they do is scream. Considering the reviews that are already out there, it is highly recommended not to go here.

Order at your own risk; the bakery can choose simply not to show up and not get in touch. Happens often!

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The food is disgusting and cold. We waited almost two hours for our order after calling the restaurant. The man who answered the phone said he left the order at the door because there was a window and no one answered. It was impossible to get him to repeat the order. When I told him I hadn't received the order and no one knocked, he said it wasn't his fault, it was mine. It turned out he left the order at the wrong address—not the second floor, but the first. I sincerely do not recommend this place.

I was here yesterday and ordered 2 durum rolls. First of all, it took a long time; he was more busy on the phone than preparing my order. Secondly, it is too expensive for what you get. The roll is too small, and there is hardly any meat inside. I will never come here again.

I had a bad experience with the restaurant today. I ordered via Thuisbezorgd, and initially, the track and trace remained stuck on "almost delivered" for a long time. Subsequently, I received no response via Thuisbezorgd or the restaurant's number. Eventually, I finally managed to get hold of the restaurant on my own initiative, only to be blithely told that only takeaway was available today. When I indicated that I felt this was not very polite, they hung up. Unfortunately, despite previous good experiences, I have decided never to order from here again.

Food an hour and a half late, ordered an hour before delivery time. I called to ask where it was, just as the delivery driver was walking out the door. 50 minutes later, the driver actually came shuffling onto our doorstep while on the phone. I just managed to say sorry, a bit busy, while he kept talking. He didn't really appreciate any complaints and just laughed it off. Worthless company!

I feel downright ripped off by Turkish Bakery Emin in Barneveld. I ordered and paid via Thuisbezorgd, but nothing was ever delivered. I then tried to contact them, but you can't get hold of anyone: voicemail, no response, no explanation, nothing. As far as I'm concerned, this is no longer a normal mistake. If you accept money for an order and then fail to deliver and are unreachable, that is simply heavily misleading, and to me, this feels like fraud. I have since filed a police report. Thuisbezorgd isn't resolving it properly either, but this business is the one that should have delivered the order. Moreover, I see on Google Reviews that multiple people have similar experiences. So this doesn't look like a single incident, but a pattern. My advice: do not order here. Do not pay your money in advance to a business that subsequently fails to deliver and is unreachable. For me, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery business.

Very bad, waited 2 hours for 1 durum with garlic. I contacted them by phone to ask where the food was, to which I was told there were no delivery drivers. After 2 hours, a delivery driver arrived with 1 durum without garlic sauce. I called again and explained the situation, to which the man responded that if you want sauce, you have to wait. I said forget it, very bad service. The man got angry, swore in Turkish, and hung up. Afterwards, I found out that it was cold as well. I will never order from here again.

We ordered at 2:15 pm and it didn't arrive, so at 4:00 pm we called again and they said they would come in 40 minutes, but it's now 6:00 pm and they still haven't arrived.

Ordered food at 2:00 PM, still not delivered by 6:00 PM. In the meantime, I kept calling, promising new times when it would arrive. There was a lack of understanding, no apology over the phone, and no compensation after we explained it was no longer needed. If you have plenty of time, order here! Otherwise, don't!

This is very not good quality :/ i waited more like one hour for delivery and hi bring me this shit , together with cola and Fries30euro ;O my dog have better quality food ,

In the meantime, we're a bit fed up with the delivery person putting the food down at the bottom of the stairs and shouting at us to grab it. We order 40 to 50 euros worth of food every week and when you say that we're on the phone upstairs, it just walks away. We pay every time. delivery costs per week, you can expect that it will simply be placed at the top in plain sight

I order from these people regularly. I never noticed anything wrong with them, but for the past few weeks, they've been taking an hour and a half to deliver two things, and the food is practically cold by the time it arrives. The food is always good, but it's a shame the delivery takes so long every time.

At 5pm I placed an order full of anticipation worth €40. It's now 7:30pm and no sign of life, nor an answer to my many calls. 📞😡 They close at 8pm, so the tension is rising! Will I ever see my food? 😱😅 This will be a dramatic cliffhanger, but... Spoiler alert: probably not. 👎 Update: they arrive, soggy fries that are completely crumbly, two 'frikandel special rolls with curry and cheese', a dried out unchewable piece of Turkish bread with a hamburger? that was cold, no cheese and barely any sauce. Allergies reported: not listened to. In short: if you have extra money and are doing a challenge for the worst food/service in the world: RECOMMENDED!! 💞

Ik haal hier regelmatig een verse, warme Turkse pizza 😋 Voor het avondeten reken ik altijd 2 pizza 's per persoon 🤔 Meestal de vegetarische variant, mét sambal vind ík 'm wat aan de scherpe kant, ik word altijd heel vriendelijk geholpen 😃

Besteld via thuisbezorgd ruim op tijd, ook meerdere keren in de winkel besteld, zeer klantvriendelijk en hartstikke lekker!! Zeer zeker een aanrader!!

Supermarkt wat we in de jaren 90 gewend waren.klein,en leuke persoonlijke contact.je kunt er van alles kopen en betaalbaar. Broodje döner is wel een aanrader kijk uit vult goed.
