Great snack bar. We'll definitely be back!

During our recent visit to Euro Snack Emmen, we were very dissatisfied with both the food and the service. The food we received was lukewarm and tasteless. The atmosphere and customer service were also lacking; we felt unwelcome and were treated curtly. We are concerned about the hygiene and freshness of the products, as one of our experts was feeling unwell afterward. We would like to bring this to their attention so that improvements can be made. Based on this experience, we are giving this snack bar 1 star and hope the team will use the feedback to improve the quality and service.

They don't listen at all there, I sometimes order fries with mayonnaise and friksaus and then I get wippie saus or something, they can't listen there and put very little sauce on your fries

If you think delivery in Emmen can't get any worse, there's Eurosnack. We had to wait a really long time, but then we got the completely wrong order. I was treated rudely on the phone, and then they sent a new order, and then the order was missed again. After waiting two hours for your food, there were disappointed children, and €30 wasted. It was absolutely disgusting and greasy. Last time I was here, I was told.

We come here often, always good service. But today, July 18, 2025, I wanted to order something. A new girl, small with dark hair, took the order. I hadn't finished paying yet, and she walked away. I didn't have a chance to ask for the receipt. When I asked for the receipt, she started talking to another customer and threw mine away. Meanwhile, the woman in charge came in, and when I had the chance to ask the girl for the receipt, I told her she was walking away and that I didn't have a chance to ask. The girl asked, "Do you need the receipt?" (a silly question), otherwise I wouldn't have asked. The older woman wanted to know what was going on, but I said, "It's okay." The woman was being rude, with the manager standing next to her. She took my receipt from the trash can, placed it on the counter in a very rude manner, and said, "Here's your receipt." When the food was ready, the girl again rudely threw my bag on the counter. All I said afterward was: "Next time, be a little more polite." Next time, if that girl is still working, I'll leave and buy my food somewhere else.

Great food. Especially the fries and pedal boat. Only, a guy named Pascal is really antisocial.

Simply, the best snack bar in the Emmen area, and cheapest, best service, and delivery service is fast, with nice people, good food and promotions such as Pedal Bike = large fries special with 2 frikandels for €5, etc. Large parking lot in front of the door and even a snack wall. Super.

I waited there for more than an hour. all the people who came after me were long gone. it appears that regular customers and acquaintances take precedence over people who come there occasionally.

Ordered online, stated delivery time of 5:50 PM. Half an hour later our order still hadn't arrived. Called the snack bar and they indicated that it was going into the fryer at that moment. I was spoken to and it was dismissed with a 'it is very busy'. That may be the case, but you should not offer a delivery time that you cannot meet. In addition, I have always been called by other eateries when they would deliver late, with apologies. During this telephone conversation, no excuses were heard and only a haughty attitude was heard. My brother ordered 45 minutes later, but had now finished eating... Very bad service.

This snack bar is really focused on cheap and lots of food. By the way, there is also good food available for those who are not looking for fries and frikandel. Fries are standard, so no special features in this area. The store is very neat and clean and the combination with favorable prices often causes a lot of crowds. So pay close attention to the time when you come to pick up. Delivery is also possible You can eat in the restaurant itself, but in bad weather you have to eat inside and the small restaurant fills up very quickly. Eurosnack is almost always open and is adjacent to a large car park where you can park for free.

Very friendly, delicious food, delivery always on time and can be paid in cash which is very important to us. Always friendly, fast service in the snack bar. Only positive!!! Always open even on Mondays!! Toppers!

Heerlijke snacks, mooie locatie centraal gelegen,ruime parkeerplaatsen Angelslo centrum.

Heerlijk eten altijd! Komen regelmatig uit Parc sandur hier een waterfietsje eten! Zeker aan te raden

Heel vriendelijk personeel (toen wij er waren vandaag, 2 dames). En zalige patat, lekker krokant, goed van smaak en extra lekker door de heerlijke patatkruiden. De frikadellen waren ook weer lekker.
