Delicious fries🙂. Great service. Always cozy and a welcome feeling. Cafeteria for take-away, now also a few tables to stay and eat. Excellent😍

We had a delicious meal; a farmer's fries and a fries with stew. It was supposed to be a large fries with stew, but it wasn't really more than a regular portion, which was a bit of a shame. The restaurant is cozy and clean. The waitress who helped us was very friendly.

Dear Family Sterrenburg staff, unfortunately, we've already been told twice that you're closed without any communication about it on social media. The website is unavailable, but Google says you're open until 9:00 PM today. I called to place an order, but the phone keeps ringing without a voicemail message with any information. Any small improvement?

The snacks are good, but I found the fries very dry, just not tasty. Customer-friendly and good service, snack bar Moreno can still learn from that, although their fries are many times tastier.

This snack bar is really starting to get bad, after they switched from plastic containers to cardboard containers you get less for a higher price. April 16, 2025 ordered a fries of stew, I counted 4 pieces of meat, the rest was just sauce... and to make matters worse, the fries were also raw. Once upon a time it was a good snack bar, but after several worse experiences this was the final straw for me and I had to seriously assess those friendly Asian people. A big fat 1! just don't go there. They don't care about crappy food anymore.

Such friendly people there, and great food. The XXL frikadel was so delicious. Definitely worth repeating.

I have been coming to the Family Cafétaria-Restaurant for years, delicious fresh food, always very friendly service, nice & sweet people. Even on Valentine's Day. Another customer paid for my friend and myself. the two of us were perplexed. But I give Family a big 10 - No: 1 Cafétaria Frietzaak... a Top and Cozy Restaurant.😋🍳🍟🥗

Fine, kind of luxurious chip shop, with restaurant area. We had not made a reservation (recommended, especially during the weekend) but after a while a solution was found. We will definitely go back again.

Nice combination between a snack bar and a cafe. Tasty food, friendly staff. Sometimes a bit (too) busy on Saturdays and Sundays, but that's okay if you can eat/take away well P.s. Parking is possible in front of the door, but there are far too few spaces. It is better to park on the parking lot of the shopping center and walk down the stairs.

Snack bar with the option to eat on site. Extensive menu with various menus. Friendly staff who are also very attuned to each other.

Nice people, they still know the people personally, which you don't often see these days. The peanut sauce is the best in Dordrecht and the surrounding area. One thing I personally still hope for is that they will bake fresh fries, that would be worth the 5 stars for me

Always been good, but the last few months have deteriorated sharply, the food had a nasty greasy taste and I suffered from stomach problems all evening. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is good, but pay attention to the food, otherwise this will cost you customers. I'll skip for now.

Just got food, including a macaroni meal, always eaten well. We come there quite regularly, but now the macaroni was very disappointing, it was just white with a little herbs, nothing else, I just threw it in the waste bin, which is a pity, we will not eat at this place again or I understand that they want to earn something and that is allowed, but if I pay for it I also want to eat good food.

Delicious food and the salad buffet is great. Service excellent so highly recommended. With a large group (6+), reservations are recommended, but a nice table for the 9 of us. Very fair prices.

Geweldig gegeten voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Goede kwaliteit en ruim voldoende. Alles is ruim opgezet en genoeg ruimte om te lopen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Altijd goed eten tegen een eerlijke prijs. Daarnaast bied deze Family echt sublieme service. Je word warm ontvangen voor zowel afhalen als ter plekke eten. De glimlachen van het personeel spatten eraf. Geen puntje kritiek heb ik voor deze zaak. Top!

Zojuist hier gegeten op onze terugreis van vakantie vanuit frankrijk, fantastisch!!! Heerlijk gegeten,erg vriendelijke mensen en alles netjes . Een aanrader! Bedankt voor de snelle service!

Voor een snackbar/cafetaria is dit toch wel mijn favoriet. Ruim assortiment, nette zaak, vriendelijke mensen. Aanbevelenswaardig.

Altijd lekker zitten voor een snelle hap in een super schone zaak en buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. We komen er al jaren voor frites en snacks halen voor thuis of zoals nu beide voor een maaltijd te nuttigen.

Opnieuw hier genoten van een lekkere maaltijd. Eten wordt snel geserveerd, je kunt daarbij ook gebruik maken van het saladebuffet. Heel vriendelijke bediening 👍🙂

Prima snackbar met breed assortiment

Na lange tijd weer een keer hier gegeten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Eten was erg lekker. Saladebuffet was ook erg lekker. Voor een kleine prijs wel erg lekker en genoeg gegeten.

Kwaliteit eten is een stuk minder dan 1 jaar geleden.

De etens bakken zijn vaak leeg vooral als je wat later komt. Jammer want voor de rest goed. Doe hier iets mee anders raak je klanten kwijt

Goede cafetaria, lekker eten en ook nog eens op maandag open, en dat in Dordrecht! Top, wat wil je nog meer? Schappelijke prijs? Dat hebben ze ook nog eens. Netjes geholpen, daar zouden anderen nog iets van kunnen leren, aanrader!

Zag er keurig uit binnen. Vriendelijke personeel. Eten vond ik niet zo goed. Friet was te donker gebakken. Chicken wings vreselijk zout!

Hele fijne frietzaak. De frietjes zijn altijd warm, knapperig en goed van kleur. Altijd vriendelijk personeel.

Zag er netjes uit. Best veel ruimte waar je kan zitten. Het eten was warm en porties waren groter dan verwacht.
