Now 3 times in a row that orders don't go well and the errors increased (coincidence?) per order too. Last time 4 people ordered. 1 person was correct/complete.

The “Our family croquette” and the normal beef croquette are just the same, the family croquette is only 0.80 more expensive. Order 2 normal croquettes and then charge the expensive ones and make a fuss about it when you say something about it. Furthermore, for the price you pay, everything is meager and of low quality. As far as I am concerned, the Meerburcht should come back. Tip: just go to the galley or Sammy's corner or buy a deep fryer yourself

I regularly order food here and it also regularly goes wrong with sauce, additives etc. They don't listen to the customer and there are a bunch of children working there, it looks like a play castle. Today I order sauce separately from a girl who just lets me pay, so I paid for it. Then I see that it is not done separately so I ask the gentleman (older man) if the sauce is done separately to which he says "yes certainly madam I put a separate container in the bag of chips" Then I get home and see that there is sauce with it, not separately. So the gentleman just lies to my face... I then call and eventually get the gentleman on the phone. So I speak to the gentleman about what happened to see if he has an explanation for it or if that is the way of dealing with it there... I get an answer "yes madam otherwise next time you can go to Febo, they are much better than us" Sorry but I find this very unprofessional especially when you act like that towards your customers as an adult man.

I came in here by chance. Note that you can also take a seat in the restaurant section. That's just chill. Extensive snack menu with standard snacks. Friendly priced. To my surprise, there were fries and stew on the menu. Very good. The friendly young man takes my order with a smile and my food is served in no time. Last Thursday we decided to have a bite to eat here. We took a seat on the benches and after 15 minutes of not seeing anyone, I walked to the counter to ask if we could be helped. One of the boys then asked what we wanted to drink and gave us the menus. After waiting another 20 minutes, we were so fed up that I went to pay. There were 7 young people behind the counter, 2 of whom were working and the rest were chatting with each other. We were looked at and laughed at. This was the last time we visited here.

Opening hours are until 9am I come in at 5 minutes to 9 to be told they are closed. Because every time I pick up my order there, it is never correct, which is a reason for me not to come here anymore!!!

Our order went wrong because a new employee put sauce and extra onion on the burgers instead of sauce for the fries. I reported this by telephone and have never been treated so rudely and a manager (an adult man) who shouts that they are not going to do anything about it and unceremoniously hangs up on me. Apologizing and solving the problem turns out to be very difficult for this "manager".

The food is delicious, I order at least twice a week, but I think it's a shame that the portion of fries has been reduced from what I was used to getting and that nothing was done with it after I indicated. And the Sundays are better mixed and like to give spoons. Other than that it is a nice place and the staff is friendly.

Only children work here who don't know how to fry the noodles and the fries, the noodles were still full of oil when I took a bite, oil was dripping from the sides, absolutely unedible.

Attracted by big banner of Sundar ice cream we went to this place and were highly disappointed. The strawberry sundae had not a single piece of fresh strawberries. If you are looking for gelato then this is not the place to be!

Normally I am satisfied with it, but recently it was not treated so nicely. I think I forgot my order, it took so long and when I got home the veggie burger turned out to be burnt, the fries were now limp/not well done. Expect better for the prices you pay there.

I visited it for the first time because I discovered it had changed hands. I thought I'd give it a try! When I entered it was like entering the kitchen of a Hilton hotel! It was also as if I was standing in the Hoofddorp Hortus botanist with all those fake plants! I can't really call it a snack bar anymore! She barely knew the name Shawarma dish! I think it's expensive too. That luxury has to be paid for! I liked the Meerburg much better. That was a real snack bar with the chewing gum machine in the corner for the children. In my opinion that had a bit more charm! Maybe a lot of whining, but that was my experience! 😆😂🌞🌹

Ordered a takeaway dinner for almost 30 euro. At home is discovered that the Hamburger had raw meat and two completely different portions of fries. After I made a phone call a staff member apologized that it was buzzy but gave no solution. Bit weird for a burger off almost 10 euro. Last time for me.

The food we ordered and received was ok. The order was missing items, salads had obviously been prepared long before we got them. The order wasn't fully completed, missing side dish, and the adjustments made to one item were not accomplished. It is possible their online ordering system doesn't mean well with the in-house system. All the food is premade and dropped in the fryer. Salads were skinny at the bottom as if frozen then thawed but the fries were good. It is more on par with McDonald's quality but a much higher diversity in selection. The physical location is nice though it can be loud inside.

Fijne snackbar, gezellig ingericht en vriendelijk personeel. Wel jammer dat je bij ter plaatse eten er niet voor kan kiezen om je saus op je bord te krijgen i.p.v. in een plastic bakje.

3x gegeten tijdens verbouwing van ons huis. Elke keer uitstekend gegeten. Veel jong personeel, erg aardig allemaal. De eigenaar is voortdurend aanwezig en stuurt aan, houdt alles in de gaten. Echt een aanrader!

Drinken besteld voor dochter en vrouw. Menukaarten ook gehad. Na het drinken gekregen te hebben nog ongeveer 15 min gewacht op bediening en het maar opgegeven. De dame die eerder drinken kwam brengen ging naast ons maar zelf pauzeren. Tent werd weer gerund door schoolieren. Meestal als dat het geval is, is de bediening beneden maats. Alomal is dit een moment opname Ik kom hier vaker en toen was de bediening prima op orde met een oudere er bij.

De werknemers zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze hebben heerlijk eten. In het restaurant is ook heel erg goeie service.

Kassa storing (door nieuwe belasting regeling), online bestelling was niet doorgekomen. Maar super netjes opgepakt! Mn bestelling op mn bruine ogen blind aangenomen. En duidelijk stond de klant op #1 ze zeggen alles onder druk smelt, maar deze crew staat stabiel productie te draaien Top zaak!

Mooie, grote en schone snackbar. Veel keuze.. Werd vriendelijk ontvangen, en super snel geholpen door een vrolijke jongeman. Het eten stond zo klaar en smaakte lekker.. Aanrader!

We kregen genoeg lekkere doorgebakken frietjes. Alleen jammer dat we aan snacks niet gekregen hebben wat we besteld en betaald hebben. Dan zit je thuis, doet het zakje open en blijkt dat ze de verkeerde snacks hebben meeegeven. Controleer dat Family! Dat moet toch niet moeilijk zijn!!!

We zijn er talloze malen voorbij gelopen, maar deze keer hadden we trek in een hapje, naar binnen dus. Family ziet er prima uit: knus ingericht met tafeltjes om te zitten, alles is spic en span, een mooie vitrine, uitgebreide kaart en vlotte professionele bediening. En last but not least het eten was goed bereid en lekker !

Hele lekkere eten, vriendelijk personeel hele aardige eigenaar. Iedereen is vrolijk, een plek waar je altijd zou moeten eten. Herhaling absoluut vatbaar. Wij komen altijd thee en patat eten , en dat is altijd lekker hier bij de family toolenburg.

Nette zaak, lekker eten, best veel keus, vriendelijk personeel. 1 ster minder doordat de kennis over de snacks bij een deel van het personeel lijkt te ontbreken: Vraag: 'hebben jullie ook vegetarische draadjesvlees kroketten of alleen groente kroketten?' Antwoord: 'is hetzelfde' .... Vraag: 'hebben jullie ook kip-frikandellen?' Antwoord: 'We hebben halal, dat is hetzelfde' En de persoon die bijdehand verkeerde antwoorden gaf was niet eens diegene aan wie ik het vroeg. Diegene aan wie ik het vroeg verbeterde de ander gelukkig en dat was top. Maar ja... die andere gast moet echt even een snack-cursus krijgen of lekker niks zeggen als hij het antwoord niet weet. Overall, dik tevreden hoor. Lekker eten.
