FEBO Oostzaan - Drive in Wijk 00

I think the bami snack was reheated outside and was rock hard. The peanut sauce has too much soy sauce, and it's overpowering. The fries, mayo, and peanut sauce were served with onions without asking. The croquette sandwich was only okay. I threw it all away, it was really inedible, but €12.50 poorer.

I was a regular at Febo Oostzaan. I had dirty fries twice, small pieces, and once a pile of fries stuck to the milk. I threw them away for €30 a day. I'll never go to Febo again, so I won't buy the specialty fries I always order. It was a waste of money. After 3 months, I tried them again, but I really regretted it. There was a lot of salt on the fries, I could have thrown them away. Now I'll NEVER EVER GO TO FEBO OOSTZAAN AGAIN!!!

Fakka, I only get small fries. Is it so much trouble to make new fries? Every time the same here.

If you're looking for a tasty side of fries, with or without a side, this is the place to be. Thanks to the drive-thru setup, you can literally use the term "fast food." Wait times are minimal, and in terms of price-quality ratio, this Febo falls in the mid-range. Not too expensive, but not cheap either.

I ordered fries and a hamburger without a chance. The fries were just tiny pieces, half of them cold, and seriously, the hamburger... I opened the way-too-small box and it was a bun with a 2mm thick piece of meat!!! Wow, really, wow, I didn't eat it and threw it in the bin, wasting €13 and something! I will NEVER, EVER come back here again!!! HOPELLESS.

This Febo has never messed up an order for me, and the food is always super fresh and hot. I did take off a star for the prices, though, as I think they're too high.

It's pretty funny when you order a grilled burger and a croquette sandwich, and you get three croquettes and a special. How hard can it be?

Got food today, nice trick with the paper under the fries to make it look like it's thicker. The burgers are the best; they used to be about 12mm thick, now they're 0.5mm and tasteless. I don't think the management is too bothered by that. So I'd say just drive on to the small snack bar, maybe they'll wake up then. Best, Jaap

Watch out for cockroaches in your food! Open the burger box and a cockroach immediately runs out. Luckily, I managed to catch it with the napkin. Pick up the burger, and a mosquito or something flies out from underneath. I called immediately because I was already on the highway when it happened and was on the hard shoulder going home. No apology, but I had to call the main office when I asked for the manager. When I asked to check your containers, no response.

It's familiar what's being said about the paper that's now placed in the container to reduce the amount of fries, while the price of fries at Febo is quite high compared to other snack bars. That's a shame.

Absolutely fantastic! I happened to see it. I'd never seen a Febo drive before. So I decided to test it out right away, right? Awesome!😋

Food is ok it is FEBO same as always , but the atmosphere and attitude of staff was terrible. I don't think I will come here again , I would rather drive to next FEBO.

I thought I'd grab some fries. €4.80 for fries with grill sauce! They don't fill the container with fries; no, they throw in a thick FEBO wrapper these days, which means even less goes in the container. (Because that looks nice, and probably costs 1 cent to buy.) The fries were delicious, but it's the last time. It's nice to go to a local snack bar.

This location has parking for trucks. Very convenient for a truck driver.

I ordered food through Thuisbezorgd. It was supposed to take half an hour to 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called. A rude and unhelpful young man answered the phone. The food hadn't been prepared yet because he was apparently waiting for a delivery driver. He insisted I should make all sorts of calls myself to arrange for the food to be delivered. I tried to cancel the order, but it was impossible. When I confronted him about his lack of customer service, he started yelling and eventually hung up. Now I've paid 30 euros and still no food (two hours later). I don't expect it to ever arrive. PEOPLE, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS GRAFTAKKENTEER. What a farce. FEBO, shame on you.

Even though they are a franchise, they are able to project the image of a family run business. And yes fast food means you get the food fast.

Not special, very expensive and the employee could be a bit friendlier. A big -point is that it is a pin-only restaurant, you really miss the mark with this!

Unfriendly and rude staff, who joke among themselves, but I think customers are just an annoying interruption. 2 fries with sauce, 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes for more than 30 euros! The fries came out of the fryer in a big lump so it had to be taken apart with the ladle, which turned the fries into mash. Chose to eat on the spot but was simply stuffed into bags and placed in front of me under the text "here". When I said that the receipt said I would eat it here, it was taken out of the bag and bags with deep sighs and dumped on a tray!! Sorry, but that is not how you treat customers! WHAT A DISGRACE!

Drive order board is unreadable, order goes wrong every time

Orders go wrong here time and time again. Last one even with two regular fries, ... how do you manage this. I won't come here anymore.

Extremely expensive, extremely bad and unfriendly staff. And guaranteed food that has been prepared a long time ago and is well aged before you get to eat it. Drive on quickly.

Alot of choices in this little restaurant. Additional to the normal stock, they have more ice options and sell chicken! I liked it!

Special, a bucket of fries for €15 euros, but in the bucket I can't find anything other than leftovers with a few normal fries. Too bad they messed it up like that. In addition, it is very scandalous that “vegetarian” options are offered, but these are simply prepared in the same oil as “meat” dishes.

Constant quality, that is what Febo delivers. The business itself and the tables could be kept a little cleaner/fresher and a little more friendliness costs little effort, but yields a lot.

Great service, very kind staff, but if you go there for fries, then it's a big No No. They sell there the lowest quality chips possible as if i was eating plastic. Peanut sauce is the worst possible sauce that they have. The fries were sticky from inside. They were cooked quickly while they were frozen on a very high heat. Disappointed with FEBO, they used to be much better.

It is freezing inside the restaurant because the door was wide open all the time while it is 2 degrees outside. Absurd! So keep your coat on while eating! At least, if you can call that food. The grill burgers are tasteless. Fries overcooked. Mayonnaise is not mayonnaise but the cheaper version of fries sauce. Febo is getting worse and worse! And that for great prices! From now on, just go to Boer Geert for a really good sandwich. But not this crap anymore! 😩

You can only pay by card. Febo is no longer what it once was. Burgers small, little lettuce, little sauce, but much more expensive. Received croquettes without mustard.

Ordered a veggie chicken burger without sauce, received it with sauce. Woman who works there eats the leftover fries in the container while waiting for hot fries. Now that's not very hygienic, but if you lick and use those same fingers when serving customers... Sickening.

Had something to eat at Febo today. It's 8 degrees outside and freezing in February. When I asked if the door could be closed, I received an unfriendly No. Everyone is wearing a jacket. Why can't the door be closed? Food is good. But your order will be called for you to pick up yourself. In Alkmaar it is brought to your table.

Once every two or three weeks I go here to have fries, satay croquette and frikadel. Fries with satay sauce are a favorite of mine and the satay croquette is just incredibly delicious. - Long time since I've been here and not many changes. An order has been placed (just like in the MAC). That's easy if it's busy.

Nice and friendly staff, food was ok... now it comes... interior needs to be replaced, strange arrangement that makes it look crammed... didn't look clean either, probably because it is old... I would say replace that bite, it's not your staff's fault, they are TOP!

Staff not really patient or anything, even if you are quick they sound like they have better things to do. But a Febo burger or croquette is always tasty, I don't think you go there for the party atmosphere. Go for a shawarma burger and the milkshakes are very tasty.

Eten altijd lekker, alleen de service is ver te zoeken. Alleen de drive open, wordt niet aangegeven wat het bedrag is, pinapparaat wordt voor je gezicht gehouden en doei!

Sehr guter febo mit sitzgelegenheiten und bildschirmen bei dennen man bestellen kann.

Keer op keer verbaas ik mij over de onvriendelijke mensen die het woord staan bij het opnemen van je bestelling en bij het betalen één dingetje vergeten kan opnieuw in de rij gaan staan voor een frikandel zonder belachelijk compleet klant onvriendelijk

Eten is prima zoals bij elke FEBO. Mijn ouders zijn op bezoek en wilde graag een Berehap. Die hadden ze niet meer. Mijn vader staat nog even te kijken wat hij wil. Roept 1 dame “een gehaktballetje misschien”. Mijn vader is verward dat ze het tegen hem had maar geeft aan nog even te kijken. Ze draait zich om en trekt een zichtbaar gezicht naar haar collega. Totaal onnodig en alles behalve netjes gedrag naar een klant. De collega die de bestelling opnam was heel aardig en geduldig.

Ben niet binnen geweest. Maar service was top. Kip en grilburger was lekker.

Na kort ritje vond ik thuis bijna koude en slappe patat vanavond 12-8-23 en niet erg welgemanierde jongeman bij de praatpaal. Niet eerder gebeurd.
