I went in winter and it is lovely, I can imagine how nice summer is and the atmosphere! The cook is super kind and friendly.

Nice food court with some choices of food and drinks and nice views. Especially during good weather recommended to be able to the views as well:)

Tabels not cleaned. Mouse walking on the floor. Worst part personal did not care after telling. In short not to be recommended. Expensive beer. Please don't go here y will be disappointed. Maby it was good back in the day.

Beware of food poisoning! Looks nice, but staff is not very helpful. Very little choice for an eatery (especially if you expect a food court), several choices from the already limited menu were already sold out. The wine was delicious, the food pricey but tasty. Unfortunately, the chicken burger was not cooked properly and my daughter spent the night vomiting. So not worth repeating!

Amazing service. We visited during lunch time on a weekday and it was completely empty, which was actually really nice and made for a calm vibey lunch. Sadly the food wasn't very good as the falafel seemed very overcooked and crunchy.

Nice location, however very bad experience. QR Codes for ordering food seem to be compronised: we fully paid by Credit Card and could prove it by my account - recipient: Fenix Food. However, they did not see the order in their system, so just refused to serve us, nor support with our problem. The restaurant manager was not open to help us and even got unfriendly. So after 1 hour we left. Paid and no food!

Out of date guidebook said this was a buzzing collection of shops, bars and cafes. It has since moved and is owned one rather sad looking cafe/bar. Not worth the trip.

Location is nice but as others said, not a food market concept like it was before. Still too expensive for what it is.The service is also terrible.

2 stars for the location. it's nothing special, if you expect kind of a hall with different dishes, cooking cultures, you will be disappointed. it's small and you can find the food offering in some other places. overrated in my opinion.

You should buy your food to go. Depending on the weather conditions, you can have a great time by the water. It is a place where you can have a pleasant time with two smokes of happiness.

Terrace: beautiful view over the water. Meal: long wait for serving. Drinks: order yourself, wine at one bar, beer at the other bar. Not very convenient.

Awesome location sitting outside at the water. A lot of dishes were not available and the Fenix Platter was a disappointment coming only with 3 very small pieces of bread and it surely it needs much more to enjoy the ham, cheese and the other stuff. For what it was it was way to expensive. Fries were great and an awesome selection of beers!

Nice eclectic place with the 28 taps of the Cape Brewers as the main attraction for us. When the weather is nice, sit outside by the water or inside with a view of the outside. This time we also ate something and it was great bar food! Good burger and falafel sandwich with homemade fries.

At this locations there are a couple different stalls that sell different kind of foods and beverages. The prices are pretty fair and the staff was really friendly.

Fenix ​​Food Factory is a place definitely worth visiting! They have an impressive selection of draft beer - everyone will find something for themselves. The location is great, close to the water, which gives you the opportunity to admire beautiful views from the terrace. A perfect place to meet friends in a cozy atmosphere!

Delicious dinner in the phoenix halls, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, although a bit sparse and delicious snacks

The food was tasty. The location is quite empty. There was a door that you were not allowed to go through because of drafts. However, the staff went through it every now and then, which meant that we were constantly being tripped up by cold and strong winds.

Gorgeous setting in summer along the water. Great concept. The only negative is the wine is Natural / Organic wine and it smelt and tasted terrible. So guys, some more alternatives please. Also, why no Aperol or Hugo ?

Unfortunately it doesn't have much to do with the original food market that was here a few years ago. At lunchtime there was only a very small selection of warm dishes. Nevertheless, the mixed platter we ordered was very good and there was pleasantly little going on.

It is an original place with different beers to taste and savor. Without a doubt a place where you can go to spend the afternoon. You can also eat, I mainly recommend the 'bitterballen'.

Super fun concept and highly recommended if you are in Rotterdam! In addition to a beautiful indoor area, they also have a very nice and large terrace with a view of the Wilhelminapier. It's kind of the same idea as the food halls. You can order all kinds of tasty dishes and snacks at your table using a QR code. Drinks, including wine & beer, must be ordered and collected inside.

Fenix Food Factory is definitely one of my top food spots in Rotterdam. The delicious food and refreshing Kaapse beer, combined with the stunning views, make it a must-visit. Just keep in mind that the service can be a bit slow, especially on weekdays

If there is nice weather it is an amazing place to spend the afternoon. Nice environment but the service in general can be quite slow and the prices are high, so I won't visit to often. But if you are looking for a new way to spend the day in Rotterdam, for sure is a good option. There are also really nice things to see around.

The Cape Brewers is fantastical

The Fenix Food Factory's previous location had a more authentic charm, but it's still a great spot. Kaapse Brouwers offers amazing craft beers, and the terrace is top-notch. The Soda Pop Shop is a fun place for tasty lemonades and cocktails. Don't miss the delightful natural wines from Blije Wijnen.

Unfortunately, what a deception. We enthusiastically took a seat on the (empty) terrace with the phenomenal view. Unfortunately, there is no place anywhere without the nuisance of 2 giant music speakers at full volume. But yeah. After some time I saw that we had to scan a QR code and we got the card. Our group had varying preferences from cappuccino to coke. Unfortunately, the menu only has many types of coffee and burgers, etc., but no soft drinks. Don't worry, you can order inside. Unfortunately, I reported at 3 (three) points and was always referred to a different counter for the other choices. You could get the coffee here, but you have to get the wine there, etc. We left. The entrepreneurs must see that this does not work. The terrace in New York was full! Not a soul at Fenix ​​on a warm Tuesday afternoon!

Nice atmosphere but the beer is extremely overpriced and not that good.

You can sit at a table by the water, or have a drink at one of the chairs closer to the shops. There are lots of ppl that come here during a hot day, so be ready to wait for a place to sit down. It's a first come first serve type of thing. Inside there is a small "restaurant" and 3 different bars, one that serves wine, another for spirits and the last serving mostly beer. It's a nice place to hang out with friends for a happy hour or something.

Nice place to enjoy the nice weather. Tasty snacks and the cook was very friendly (Dien).

Relaxing National Trust garden with plenty of walks and plants to look at. We went to see the bluebells (the website said they were out) but when we arrived they'd mostly gone past their best. Check before you visit.

Some really innovative drink creators, beer and wine shops. Unfortunately, there was no food at the Fenix FOOD Factory, as the „chef was running late“ and „could not be reached“ and the drinks suppliers simply asked customers to grab drinks but then go across the street for food.

You can get everything yourself at different places, but the seats and the view are so relaxed that I am happy to do so.

Had a coffee there, which was really tasty. The ambience is really nice, with a view of the harbor.

I loved the site. It has wonderful beers and super friendly waitresses, including a Spanish one.

Had to press "no tip" before paying on already very high prices. Would not recommend going, very awkward to ask for a tip.

Ordered vegan bitterballen, received meat bitterballen that were still frozen. Sent back because they were frozen. They realized that I had received the wrong bitterballen but lied about it. Then had to wait a long time for new ones. When I asked, they forgot about me. Finally got the right bitterballen that were not frozen, but what poor service!

Good beers, welcoming but overcrowded. If you're in the area, be sure to go there but don't detour. A visit to Deliplein is highly recommended if you want to eat more comfortably.

We really liked it here, the atmosphere was really chill, the music was good, what would you want more. You have to get your beer or else stuff you want inside and get it yourself. We were a little confused because it was called food factory and the only thing you could get was a Board with cheese and some other stuff on it.

The staff never smiled. There were a bunch of curmudgeons sitting near the door and the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. It also smelled really bad there. A nasty atmosphere and the interior was also terrible.

Not recommended. We came from a dance performance and wanted to have a drink. Tea was no longer available at 9.30 pm. The mice walked around without shame and fear. The furnishings are shabby. There are dirty clothes and it doesn't smell fresh. The table was sticky. There was a bar with natural wine, but that must be your thing. Instead of ice tea, they charged 5 euros for a small glass. No, I won't go back here again.

Miss the old Fenix. The new hall is uninteresting. Shame.

Racist place, unbelievable. Came here with a be-your-self club to celebrate our friend coming out as an Arab oil magnate and he was simply refused. They put hormones in food and drinks to reduce your masculinity. Disgusting tent, where you can't be yourself.

Attention: The old hall that is often mentioned no longer exists! Now it's just a café with the old name with rather poor service. What a shame!

Coffee at Sophia... waiting 10 minutes for 1 cup of coffee at the counter, then getting lukewarm coffee. Coffee is heated by steaming (especially this way of heating instead of new coffee), then the coffee is still lukewarm but now also watery....

It is nice, however there is only 1 food stand, which was a bit disappointing.
