Last Sunday, September 6th, we had brunch at Fer with Ward de Graaf, and it was fantastic. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, cool music, and even a little gift afterwards: a tasty dessert. Thank you very much for the delicious brunch!

The coffee was delicious and the employee was very, very nice and smiling the whole time.

The person who made my coffee is a perfectionist. He brewed a coffee for me but didn't think the quality was good enough, so he produced it again and even let me taste the difference. That was class! I went back later for the match. Also highly recommended.

Yesterday, I had delicious coffee here with friends. A very nice place with friendly service. We were spending a weekend in Leeuwarden, and so we wouldn't have to walk around with a backpack all day, they offered to store our bags with us. Incredibly sweet. It's a shame we have to travel 4 hours by public transport, otherwise we would definitely come here more often.

Our first stop before we go discover Leeuwarden. What a great atmosphere, what a delicious cup of coffee and an even tastier cookie, we love it!

Last Sunday, just after opening time (11:00 AM), we went for coffee at Fer with a small group. A cozy place. The cappuccino and coffee were served in the correct cups, but the espresso in a regular coffee cup. Unfortunately, the coffees were lukewarm and sour.

Tuesday morning started in Leeuwarden and before a full day of driving around the Netherlands, I needed to recharge my batteries☕🚴‍♀️ A stop at @ferkoffie was the obvious choice – delicious cappuccino, a nice atmosphere and a caffeine boost for the next few kilometers. Now it's time to discover more beautiful places🇳🇱

One of the better coffee bars in Leeuwarden! It's just a shame that you sit so close together inside and there's no terrace, but that makes sense given the building they are located in. Nevertheless, a nice place to sit for a while.

We visited the café twice during our holiday and have nothing but good things to say. Espresso, coffee, iced matcha, banana cake, toasties, cinnamon rolls (which were particularly outstanding), everything was delicious, the service very friendly, and you get free water in a fish-shaped carafe.

This cafe has definitely become a new favourite of mine! The drinks and pastries are delicious, the vibe is lovely and the staff is honestly super kind and attentive. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and enjoy a nice cuppa during a trip out in town, Fer will be absolutely worth your time!

A pleasant cafe in the city center. Lots of young people. Menus in English, thankfully, although I didn't see any other tourists here. Service with a smile, reasonable prices for the city center. There are options for vegans. Pleasant atmosphere.

I had coffee, it tasted great. We also ordered cappuccino, which was also excellent. The service was very friendly, the weather was lovely, and the overall atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it.

Having a quiet coffee on Sunday morning isn't really possible. It's a popular spot, so pleasantly busy. The coffee tastes great, by the way.

Ate a super tasty almond croissant and a delicious flat white coffee, the staff is friendly and if you ask for a glass of water you get a small carafe of water at no extra cost, top service!

Great place for chitchat and drink

Super tasty pastries; I often go there for the pastries with my coffee. Unfortunately, takeaway orders are not packed in a suitable box, which is a shame. The biggest downside for me is that it is primarily a coffee-oriented place: If you are not a coffee drinker or do not like trendy drinks, the selection is unfortunately very limited. The coffee itself is good and they have nice side products, but something else, such as the hot chocolate, is just boring from a ready-made carton, without any extras. Personally, I find the one from another shop nearby tastier; there they make it with real chocolate and you can choose between white or dark chocolate made from instant chocolate. I have also tried the tea once and didn't find it particularly special for the price.

Outstanding pour-over decaf – beautifully clean, floral, and expertly brewed. The barista was very welcoming and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell there’s real passion behind the coffee here. Highly recommended!

I had a decaf cappuccino and a matcha latte, and both were excellent. The cappuccino was smooth and well-balanced, and the matcha had a clean, fresh taste without being overly sweet. You can really tell they care about quality.

Definitely the best coffee in town! I highly recommend everyone try their Biscoff cookies — I’ve been obsessed with them ever since I tried them. The best people and the best vibes!

All super! Delicious matcha and supersoft cinnamon buns what we got . Wide selection of fresh cakes. Coffee equipments, tools, coffee beens on the shelve. Just highly recommended this cozy, colorful, bright place!

This was a really nice little spot in Leeuwarden. It's a bit hidden in the shopping street. They had fantastic coffee and a good chai. I highly recommend it if you're in Leeuwarden. You have to order at the bar, but then you can take a seat and they'll bring it to you.

Very good option for coffee and cake. Limited selection but very, very high quality. I tried the vegan apple pie which was to die for! There is a savory cheese toast option which is really very good in style and very typical. The coffee was high quality. Pleasant decor and atmosphere. Well located in the city center.

I had coffee to go, and the coffee was undrinkable. It was disgusting. They're obviously known for their iced coffees and such, but they shouldn't be serving black coffee!

For specialty coffee, this is the place to be. It's a great coffee bar, delicious pastries, the baristas are all around, and we had a nice chat with the owner.

Here you can drink the very best coffee in all of Leeuwarden. The pastries are also great, they even have (delicious) almond croissants 🥐 The atmosphere is very nice, the service is top notch and Fer (and the girls) know the drill when it comes to the barista profession. Highly recommended!

Legitimately and without a doubt the BEST coffee spot in the entire north! Amazing people who know what they’re doing and they love doing it. Also one of the only places in europe I have received a decent matcha latte!

FER Koffie is my favorite place in Leeuwarden. The staff is more than friendly and helpful, the place looks cozy and nice, nice things are sold (some of which are made by local small entrepreneurs), the coffee (and the rest) is top notch and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is good and welcoming.

Fer is the best coffee spot in Leeuwarden!! Not only is the atmosphere and design great and relaxing, but also fer is such a nice guy who is soo friendly to all his customers and greets everyone with a welcoming smile! I come here to study and relax with friends regularly and the experience is great everytime. The apple pie is wonderful and be sure to try the special chai latte, with coco lavender and other spices🤭

Great place with the best Chai latte in Leeuwarden! We regularly come here for a drink and to sit and relax. The atmosphere is relaxed and a bit homely. They also have very tasty chocolate for sale. Definitely recommended.

I entered the shop and a dog came towards me. I'm terrified of it myself. No one paid attention and noticed my discomfort, but I quickly left the business. This was a terrible experience
