Delicious food, excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Friday cocktail night, which allowed us to enjoy delicious cocktails with our meal at a more affordable price.

Enjoyed a delicious meal in a lovely setting. Prawns in curry sauce as a starter and cod as a main course.

I was there with my colleagues, it was a beautiful place and the food was delicious, it just took a while for my order to arrive because they forgot. The staff was friendly ✅

When you talk to chef Diego, it is all about passion for his profession. A young professional who clearly radiates pleasure. And you can see that in his company and certainly on your plate. What beautiful and refined dishes. Surprising in taste, prepared and presented in a completely unique way. Really nice meal. Unfortunately, there was a large group of young people at the table. Which really made a lot of noise, I barely heard my husband. This really put a damper on the evening for me. We came for rest and relaxation, but that was not there at all for the first 1 1/2 hours. Didn't even hear what we were served. We rarely have an evening just the two of us (busy family with young children) so this was a real shame. I've been here before with my eldest son and it was quiet. Now unfortunately it was just a younger pub.

Delicious food at the best restaurant in Wijchen

Celebrated mother's birthday here on Christmas Day with family (13 people). Chairs were good, sofa was terrible. The food was great, the service was extremely friendly and the wines paired perfectly with the dishes. It was just a very long session of 6 hours, way too long in my opinion.

Flavor lives up to its name. It is by far the best restaurant in Wijchen. I can tell a whole story here about my excellent experiences, but you just have to experience it yourself. Let chef Diego tantalize your taste buds with surprising flavors. Have a nice evening!

Had fantastic meals several times. In my opinion the best restaurant in Wijchen. It has everything you want. A nice menu with some more unusual dishes that are all correct. Not only in terms of taste, but also the presentation. Where Flavor really stands out above the competition is the service. The hosts who helped us were wonderful. They know what they are talking about and also give advice and suggestions. For me that is just as important as the food itself and it did not disappoint at all! We will definitely come back more often!

We opted for the 3-course menu with appetizer and cocktail. Very good price-quality ratio! All dishes are very tasty. The verdejo is delicious. The service is very friendly and provides clear explanations of all dishes. Highly recommended!

Even without a reservation we got a table for two. Positively surprised with polite service that takes time for the customer with advice and explanation. Since the room was full, the relatively long wait was real, but every minute of waiting was worth it. I am very impressed with the quality of food (high quality ingredients, thoughtful and tasty dishes, great presentation), service (friendly and professional staff), drinks (great selection of wines, great pairing with the food) and atmosphere (nice interior and good music). In my opinion the best place for relaxed fine dining in the town of Wijchen.

3 course menu for 49 euros: I think you can expect quite a bit. Was tasty, but portions could have been a little more. We should have indicated the cocktail when we wanted it, the service said... we assumed that the service would indicate this... so we left the cocktail alone. Service could have been smoother: there was too much time between courses. Atmosphere was friendly and casual.

Just had dinner at Flavor and tried the new menu. We enjoyed our evening very much, and the food was fantastic. Perfect flavor combination. We had a 3 course dinner and all dishes were good. Highly recommended if you are ever in Wijchen. The waiter also gave a good explanation about the wine and food. In short, a successful evening and highly recommended. regards Nick van Heel

Delicious lunch and a cozy place with hospitable service. We also went to dinner in February 2024. 5 stars for the friendly service and just as many for the delicious and very creatively served dishes. Not the cheapest place, but one of the best in Wijchen. Top!

That was quite a good experience! Upon entering we were welcomed very friendly. The atmosphere inside is also very warm and friendly. We already received a delicious house dish at the table. They also had a good sense of when to come to take an order. In any case, customer friendliness and customer focus are of a high standard. We took 3 starters together (gyoza chicken, Beijing duck spring rolls, Jamon Iberico). All 3 were very tasty. As a starter I had Scallops. Those were great. As a main course I had Picanha. Unfortunately it was too tough. That friend of mine had pork belly. I got a piece of that. So that was really great. For dessert I had Limoncello Cheesecake. That was really great too. I actually wanted about 3 more. I sat for more than 4 hours, I think. Was a great pleasure for 4 hours

What a very nice restaurant Flavor is! After looking at the menu at home and what struck me was that this is an incredibly tasty menu, this made the choice difficult. Start with the beef tataki which is not only beautifully presented but also extremely tasty, everything is right about this dish, the soy pearls complete it. Then the "piece de résistance", the pork belly as a main course, also beautifully presented with seasonal vegetables, but the taste, texture and tenderness of the pork belly is something I have personally never experienced, what an incredibly delicious dish, this is something if I ever had to make the choice of what I wanted to eat for my last Supper, I would do it in a split second. By the way, you can wake me up every night for it. Really fantastic, this chef is a true artist. We ended the dish with the cherry chocolate bomb, nicely presented with a nice show element. All the delicious food is served with the utmost friendliness and professionalism. I dare say that this is the best restaurant in Wijchen. I will definitely come back to Flavor!

Had a delicious meal at Flavor yesterday, the service pays attention to the serving and explanation of what was served. It is attractively decorated inside and is nice and quiet. The food was good and clearly a chef paid extra attention to the layout of the plates. The only negatives I had is that we had to wait a very long time for the dishes, And that 2 of the dishes could not be ordered despite the small menu. But otherwise good food and good service.

It was our first time in this restaurant, but definitely not our last time!! The food was absolutely incredible!! So delicious and beautifully plated. The staff was also very nice and we liked the restaurant a lot!! We definitely recommend going here!

Zo ontzettend lekker gegeten! En vanwege een gehoorprobleem kon de muziekbox die boven bij dat tafeltje hangt, uit. Super fijn dat, dat zo kon! Daardoor heb ik heerlijk kunnen ontspannen en kletsen en lekker eten. Hier kom ik zeker nog terug!

Super leckeres Essen, liebevoll arrangiert, nette Atmosphäre, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir hier wieder in der Nähe sind. Klare Empfehlung!

Great meal and excellent service. It's a shame the vegan options are gone from the menu, but there is still an excellent choice of vegetarian meals. Food is always of a high standard.

Heerlijk gegeten en goede wijn. De truffel risotto was de lekkerste die ik ooit heb gegeten. De akoestiek is wat minder maar de heerlijke gerechten en de fijne bediening maakt dit meer dan goed.

Uitstekend eten en vriendelijke medewerkers. Locatie is ook goed. Gezellig.

Mooie sfeervolle inrichting, goed zittende stoelen, vriendelijk personeel, prachtig opgemaakte borden, mooie porties, goede wijnen, goed gevulde glazen, maar bovenal fantastisch lekker gegeten. Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Nu al ons favoriete restaurant in Wijchen!

Perfect!! I would never have chosen pork belly, but it came as main dish with the surprise menu. Incredible taste and texture, different precourses and main menu for two, amazing colours, wonderful dessert. We would have come back the next days if they wouldnt have had their day off.

Op donderdag 23 februari 2023 hadden we een afscheidsdinner gepland. Telefonisch gereserveerd : prima. Gekozen voor Barramundi ( vis ). Doch teleurstellend dat slechts een stukje filet werd geserveerd. Dat stond niet op de kaart. Bovendien was de textuur niet geweldig. De bediening deed haar uiterste best om alle gerechten en ""specials"" toe te lichten. Helaas was ook de prijs van een tweetal flessen witte wijn hoog : € 105,00. Veel te hoog om eerlijk te zijn. Maar we hadden gelukkig toch zelf er een gezellige avond van gemaakt.

Vanmiddag van een geweldige lunch genoten waarbij alles klopte. De serveerster van de bediening had oog voor de gasten en gaf goed advies maar was vooral heel erg aardig 👍🏼. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Gewoon een topavond gehad. Gekozen voor het menu van de chef. Super lekker eten met goede wijn erbij. Snelle kundige serveerster die super vriendelijk was. Een absolute aanrader als je in Wijchen bent.

Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel

Vandaag hier gegeten. Had in het begin wel twijfels want ze hadden veel op de kaart staan wat ik niet kende. Maar kan nu achteraf zeggen dat dit 1 van de beste plekken in Wijchen is om gezellig uit eten te gaan.

Echt heerlijk gegeten, HET restaurant van Wijchen! Elk gerecht klopt en is helemaal af zowel als presentatie als met de smaak. Het is prijzig maar je krijgt zeker waar voor je geld!

Super mooi restaurant, fijne sfeer. Eten Super vers en lekker!! Service soms wat rommelig. Maar echt heerlijk gegeten en fijn gezeten op het terras

Ambiente war schön und gemütlich - schön gelegen im kleinen Dorf. Bedienung, Weinberatung und Wein selbst war erstklassig und Personal sehr freundlich. Eine kleine überschaubare Karte lässt Qualität erwarten. Die Speisen haben das bestätigt und waren spitze, sowie sehr schön angerichtet. 👌🏻 Hat uns alles rundum gefallen Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, werden sicher nochmal vorbeischauen. ✌🏻

12-08-22 gegeten. Vooraf Jacobs Schelpen, lekker, jammer deze waren niet vers maar ingevroren, Herkenbaar aan de reuk en de “witte melk” Dat op de bord komt na het bakken. Jammer, New York strip, aanrader. Super mals en smaakvol. Wijn advies en bediening perfect. Vis serveren en smaakvol kan alleen krakel vers!!!

Heerlijk gegeten! Net even wat meer aandacht voor de smaak en opmaak van de borden! Heel vriendelijk personeel en je zit er heerlijk. Prijs-kwaliteit helemaal prima. We komen zeker terug!
