Foodmaster De Viersprong in Wijk 06 Nieuw-Amsterdam

Google says the closing time is 20:30. On the door it says 20:00. We came in and wanted to eat on the spot. Without saying so, I asked what time they actually closed. It was 19:42. Before I could say anything else, I was shouted at: you'll just have to eat it at home. It's not possible here anymore.... we left again without ordering anything.

You have to pick up your food yourself. The staff does their work without interest.

When Farm Frites or Pro Aviko fries are being fried, it is actually always good, but NOT when leftover fries are re-fried. Part of a portion is then soaked in oil and you really can't sell it. Certainly not with current prices. I really wonder: would you eat this yourself as the owner? The wrong way to cut costs. A shame, because the atmosphere and service were good.

Normally, I don't like writing reviews. But I have never experienced anything like this. After swimming, the three of us wanted to have a nice meal there. An older employee took our order, and we were given the receipt and a small device to take to our table that would notify us when our order was ready. It was a bit busy, so there were some people picking up takeout, but also people who came in later and had already received their order. After half an hour, we decided to ask if they had forgotten our order. That lady snapped at us that if the pager hadn't gone off yet, we had to wait. After 45 minutes, we were getting really hungry, so we asked again. She got angry that we had the work slip, so she couldn't prepare the order either. But it was going to be fried now. We had gotten really hungry, so I asked: can we have an extra portion of fries with that? It seemed like the polite thing to do, but no. We just had to pay for it. Well, we won't be coming back.

Everything is always of great quality and they have a gluten-free range. The staff is always friendly and skilled. Top-notch and the fries are really SUPER!

Just got some snacks to eat with mom. It was delicious and the satay sauce was excellent. But then again, it is Foodmaster; always tasty and good food and friendly staff 👍👌

Just grabbed a nice snack on our stopover on the way back from grocery shopping in Germany

Friendly staff, delicious soft ice cream, and a choice of gluten-free snacks.

Just ate, got 1 fricandel speciaal, I ordered 3. Saw they had a new snack, a shawarma croquette, and what did I get? A veal croquette.

We had a delicious plate meal here. We come here regularly because the food is super.

They only had ice cream. But it was very tasty. Served quickly A nice atmosphere for a snack bar

Perfectly done. Special fries with a meatball and satay sauce. Rarely have I eaten so well. Big thumbs up.

Good snack bar with friendly staff

Delicious fries, stewed meat, and a tasty meatball. Friendly service.

Seriously, how hard can it be? If someone orders satay sauce in the. Bak, you don't give them mayonnaise. That is not “almost the same”. How stupid. That is like ordering coffee and someone giving you tea. And if someone asks if a snack can be well-fried, that means: cooked through on the inside. Not half raw, red on the inside, and dripping with old fat.

Unfriendly, not for the first time. A kind word, face or gesture can make a big difference

Every time we're in the area, we want to get fries here. But something goes wrong so often, almost every time. Just now, I ordered a certain snack and got a regular one and the wrong hamburger. This is such a shame.

Reasonable cafeteria. Food is good, atmosphere and service are a bit lacking.

Upgraded snack bar, where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Ordered food. My husband went to pick it up and waited patiently until it was his turn. They let one person go before someone she knows. My husband said something about it, and they said, "You should file a complaint." This isn't the first time this has happened, always to the same woman. When we got home, the fries were hard and double-fried, if not triple-fried. There wasn't any potato in them anymore, but grease and air. So, no more fries on Tuesday. We won't be back. Such a shame.

Ordered a schnitzel menu there today: the color of the schnitzel was more gray than brown, the outside was soft and mushy, and the temperature was lukewarm. Microwaved it? Didn't eat it... Never been served such a bad schnitzel. The coffee was undrinkable. My wife had a pork tenderloin satay menu: overcooked and overly spicy. It scratched your stomach, so I didn't eat it... In short, stay away!!!!!!

My Stoofflees was still a bit cold

Sometimes there's a bit of a wait for your food. Few staff.

For good food and conviviality this is the place to be! Top location!

They have many gluten free products here, everything very tasty

Delicious, fast, that's what a snack bar is all about these days. Great 👍

Order curly fries, open them at work, the mess was just as limp as I don't know what, straight into the trash, and they forgot a few things. I had to give them to them, so I had to come pick them up again.

Great snack bar with a wide range! Fries sometimes a bit limp, but fortunately not always. Snacks are always good and varied. Milkshakes get a 6.8 from me

Best Bami, drove four hours all the way from Frankfurt. Add a bucket of Joppie sauce and you'll feel like you're floating.

Great snack restaurant. The prices are unbeatable. Very very clean. Parking spaces right in front of the door. Nicely furnished restaurant and the winter garden was very warm.

Classic snack bar with good fast food. Nice seating and parking right in front of the door. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was tasty and prepared quickly.

Every week we got fries and snacks here, the last time you come home with the order and it turns out to be a lot different, you call them and they say in a casual manner: if you like it, eat it... well there is. There really is a difference between a special hamburger sandwich or a spring roll! Besides, it wasn't the first time! And unlike other times, it was also lukewarm!!! I think you can solve this differently, right?

Ordered spareribs here a few weeks ago. I'm quite used to spare ribs that aren't quite the best, and because this is a snack bar, I didn't expect much from it. But this... You could literally punch a hole in someone's head with it. They were so tough, dry and hard that it was really unedible.

An excellent Foodmaster snack bar, as well as a wonderfully beautiful café.

As a member of the billiards club I feel at home and welcome. Questions or requests are always responded to promptly and positively

Very tasty fries, fair prices. Everything was very clean, the food was prepared quickly and the staff were friendly. It couldn't be better.

Delicious fries, tasty soft ice cream

Had delicious gluten-free croquettes! Highly recommended

Good for a tasty snack. I almost forgot to give my hot meat sandwich, but it turned out fine.

Super fun, definitely worth repeating

Very good food for a very affordable price. Very nice and neat service.

Tasty and lots of it for an affordable price. 👍

Fries, good Snacks, good Order a snack garnish for 4.20, for which you can get more than twice a frikandel. You get no less than 6 small snacks. (2× bitterbal, 1 cheese snack, 1 chicken nugget, 1 meatball and 1 pathetic piece of chicken on one stick)

Good eatery. Delicious food for little.

Terrace at a very busy intersection. But it is shielded so you can spend a good time there. And they have super delicious ice cream

Tasty food .fast treatment. and generally always pleasant/friendly

After waiting half an hour you find out that they have completely forgotten your order. Requested a refund and left.

Delicious dobbe croquette sandwich with 1 share of fries with mayonnaise

Nice snack bar and good quality food.

So hospitable and always time for a chat

Been eating well there for years.

The owner grabs the snacks and then takes money and operates the cash register without washing her hands. Not very hygienic. Fortunately it is fried. And still expensive for 4 snacks...

Delicious food, nice and warm and cozy decor!

Nice and friendly staff! Everything well done in both the snack bar and café 👌🏻

Super leckeres Essen. Bedienung sehr freundlich.
