10/10 Really good burgers and wedges! I normally only grab a burger once in a while, but I’ve been finding myself coming here more often. It's my go to spot now. My order was accidentally mixed up, and the young lady immediately insisted on making a new one. I didn’t even want to bother them, but you can truly see how much the employees care about their customers. The service... top tier. That's why im sitting down writing this review. Thank you, Mael, for your kindness I was genuinely impressed by your maturity and the way you handled everything 😛

As a French woman visiting The Hague, I was surprised and delighted to meet Maëlle the first time and Assia later on, both from Toulouse like me! It was wonderful to chat and exchange ideas about the city and the restaurant. The burgers were delicious, made right in front of us, and incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the lemonade! And the brookie is excellent too!

I was really looking forward to going back because I loved it last time, but now, a year later, I'm extremely disappointed and unfortunately won't be back. The atmosphere was chilly, and when we sat down at a table, we were completely ignored because it's "order at the counter." This isn't mentioned anywhere, and I think you could tell us (there are only four tables, and we were the only ones). I told the staff (two people working), and they apologized, but it felt more like a chore than a genuine apology. The smashed burger was way overcooked. The goat cheese burger was fine, but nothing special. We also had sweet potato fries and potato wedges. Both were tasty but way too salty. The burgers were the same. I had to drink a liter of water afterward. Not a good experience, and I think you've unfortunately lost the atmosphere and quality in a year.

Best burger I've ever had!!!! The signature beef!!! I couldn't finish it, so the very nice man, I think his name was Theo, asked if I wanted to wrap up the leftovers and take them home. And it's a great location, too.

It was okay. I had the smash burger, and the burger was a bit overcooked and too salty, and the cheese was quite overpowering. The zucchini fritters had way too much batter on them, so you could barely taste the zucchini itself. For the price, there are definitely much better places in the area!

We discovered this very nice little place, and it's an American who is French and American who runs it, so great, he speaks French 👍😉 the Signature Burger and the sweet potatoes were delicious, I also enjoyed the drink i e tea from the Frenchie's Burgers brand 👌 great welcome, clean, pleasant place, beautiful outdoor terrace on the banks of the Scheldt 👏👍😋 I recommend

Great burger as always, and excellent service from Max!

It was good but a little underwhelming. The burger was a bit charred and really thin. The sparkling lemonade was definitely fizzy but not very lemony at all. The potato wedges were pretty good and seasoned well. We got the pesto mayo sauce with it which was really tasty. All in all it was decent but I don't know that I would go out of my way to come back.

I'm not familiar with smash burgers so I have no frame of reference, but it tasted good. The potato wedges are also a solid choice. I'm going out of my way to give this review because they gave me two extra servings of sauce for free. Cheers fellas! Also the guy who served me was French. Would recommend.

Cass was amazing, great service and the burger was lekker!

Was hyped to try a new burger place. Unfortunately my brioche bun was really dry and old, just didn’t taste fresh at all. The patty was really thin, the brioche was too thick in comparison (but that’s just my opinion). The potato wedges were nice! The cookie also didn’t taste fresh :( Overall, I was left a little disappointed.

new place in the hague in a lovely location! terras area is super gezellig and the atmosphere is very cool and a refreshing contrast to the food places around it. our server cassie was also very bubbly, friendly and professional- had great recommendations and a lovely vibe. definitely coming back! <3

If your sign says open until 14:00 I don’t expect to have a face pulled at me when I walk in at 13:42. Then, see another customer turned away at 13:50.

The boy serving was very nice. It did take quite a while for the hamburger and sweet potato fries to be ready. The regular smash burger was a bit disappointing; the cheese on it is overpowering, so you can hardly taste the meat. The cheese doesn't taste that good on a hamburger either. The sweet potato fries were still a bit soft.

was treated unfriendly by a clearly irritated lady. Her aura and tone were very condescending. It did not feel personal because other customers on the terrace also had to retaliate. A customer asked in the friendliest tone if she could get some mayo with it. Without answering she walked away irritated, the customer shouted again that she would like some mayo, without turning around she shouted back: "Sure!" Then the customer walked behind her with the question: "Can I get some ketchup with it". Answer in an angry tone: "You have to pay for it!", customer says no problem, how much? Answer: "We don't have ketchup" A very strange conversation when you can just say: we don't have ketchup. Then very condescending to a delivery person who had to wait outside with a sarcastic: "Thank yuuuu!" The burgers were not really special, especially for that price. Quite cold and a bit burnt. The wedges were half dry and burnt. Maybe I was really unlucky that day, guess what? I didn't take it out on anyone else and decided to write this review.

I really enjoyed the food but found the young and “hip” staff quite rude and lacking in basic trainings. Often they would reply to questions with rude answers and make you feel as though you weren’t in the pace of the restaurant. But the fries are great

Super nice service. When I arrived late sunday for takeaway away, they was no usual patty veggie anymore and no potatoes left. The owner kindly proposed to me a brocoli/cheese option that I first declined. She certified me that the brocoli taste was not strong, and her and her co-worker accommodated me by putting more sauce into the burger. It was actually delicious 😋. The wedges were seasoned with a great mix of herbs. I highly recommend this spot. 👌

We had a regular and a signature burger along with smash potato and Lager beer. The food is delicious, the host/cook is very friendly. We highly recommend stopping by.

Had a nice visit at Frenchie's today, Cas was the best, but it was a bummer to find out that the chicken burger has been discontinued. Which is a shame, it was a great burger and one of my favorites. Hope it comes back soon, might visit less if not.

Absolutely delicious, one of the few burger done it the right way, the bread stays nice and cruncy, the meat was really tasty well grilled, we got potato on the side and they were incredible tasty. And on top of that they have homemade cookies for dogs, so my dog was also really happy.

We were visiting the Hauge for a few days and we saw this place and thought of getting in. Luckily we did! We had the pleasure to be served by Cass who not only was polite and nice but also made the most fantastic burgers ever!! Definitely recommending this place if you’re craving a burger😋 we’ll be back for sure!!

We were looking forward to enjoying the tasty burgers, but unfortunately our delivery order went completely wrong. The order took around 1.5 hours to arrive, although we live in the neighborhood, and so the burgers did not taste the same anymore. Also, although we paid for everything, some item were missing (drinks) and this was really disappointing. We hope their delivery service improves in the future.

Loved this little gem. Great vibe with food that was quick but upscale! The potato wedges are outstanding as well as the burgers. Highly recommend!

Just not worth the money. Had a chicken burger but the taste was off, very small patty and super Greasy. With a drink and Fries it cost over €23,- The potato in skin was super greasy and the mayo was flavourless and for €1.5 just a rip off. Just go somewhere else if you want a decent burger.

The vegetarian option is really disappointing. There are so many good alternatives these days, but this was a disappointing slice of chickpeas. I also ordered potato wedges, but when I got home I saw that I had received the sweet potato version. Can also be tasty, but this looked more like a sweet potato puree.

It was a phenomenal visit! The staff were incredibly patient and kind; the lovely lady who took our order took her time to brief us on the history of how the restaurant started (which was a very interesting one, for sure!) and explained how every single item they served was entirely home made, before we placed our order. We ordered two smash burgers with sweet potato fries and mayonnaise, with their fresh, super tasty, homemade lemonade. It was a splendid meal for us; every detail of the burgers could be tasted, and the fries were so well-made and gracious. It was indeed a pleasant experience, and I’m very grateful to the amazing chef (top hero) and lovely waitress who served us. I’m looking forward to visiting again when I visit Den Haag next. :) If you find yourself in Den Haag (The Hague) and love burgers, this place is a “must-go”- 100%.

A must-see in The Hague not to be missed if you want to eat an exceptional burger. The meat is excellent, the bread is incredibly good and the side dishes are top notch. Everything is homemade by a great chef! In addition, Alexandre is an adorable boss who will do anything to please you. I highly recommend 😉😉

The new restaurant at Korte Poten 17 in The Hague is a cozy place where you will be greeted by the nice, friendly and cheerful staff. The food is very tasty. The wedges were special and had a good taste and were especially tasty in combination with the pesto mayo, well balanced with each other. 5/5. The smash burger is very tasty and made from fresh and homemade ingredients. You can definitely taste that. I do miss some of the 'wow' factor that it needs to give it 5 stars. I give the burger 4/5.

We were really looking forward to Frenchie's burger - especially after reading the largely positive reviews. A real home-made burger. On the evening of December 6, the time had finally come. Unfortunately, the civilians were far below standard. There was simply not enough flavor in the burgers. We sat at the bar and also saw that the accompanying potatoes were fried on the counter and were thrown back into the fryer just before serving. This resulted in potatoes that tasted like small tasteless oil bombs. The coleslawside, which we paid for, was not delivered at all. The two employees were extremely nice and sympathetic. But to be honest, I've never eaten such bad burgers in my life. Perhaps everything had gone wrong for us by chance.

The food here was delicious! Burger was tasty, medium rare, and their brioche was delicious. I only gave it a 4/5 for food because Google doesn’t allow 4.5 🥲 Not a full 5 stars for food specially just because it was missing a tiny bit of an “oomph” factor. However, the food is well priced, the sides were very good (the zucchini tempura was really good!), service is great as well. Would definitely go here again :)

If you have any self respect, you will eat here. The burgers and ingredients are of the best quality, you leave feeling filled but not bloated like a fat cow. Everything is prepared with thought and precision. It’s the BEST burger in Den Haag and if I could nominate them for best burgers in NL I would. Je vous aime Frenchies 💜
