Geeta's in Wijk 01 Goes

I've been a few times now; the sandwiches and bara are delicious! The roti could be a bit more exciting/spicier, and the meat a bit more tender. The girls behind the counter are incredibly helpful and sweet!

Sorry, this was my first time ordering takeout nasi moksi meti. It was cold/lukewarm and tasteless, especially for Surinamese food. Unfortunately, I won't be going back a second time.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to eat anything yet; I've been there three times because the roti was sold out. So I ordered bara instead; they didn't have that any of the three times either. I can't say anything about the quality. They have to have it first.

Picked up some tasty roti and enjoyed it. The roti was well-seasoned. Pickup was also easy, ideal location!

The cheesy beef sandwich is delicious. The atmosphere is disappointing. Is there any atmosphere to be found in an old gas station? Furthermore, a young entrepreneur trying to do well. There's room for improvement, but it's on the right track.

I ordered food today during my evening shift. The delivery driver was on time, and the food was hot and delicious. Kudos!!

I was there last week, it was so good I had to go back! I definitely can't complain, the sandwiches are fantastic!!

How proud are you of Surinamese cuisine? Nasi with spicy chicken? It was nothing more than a bowl of rice with soy sauce and two small pieces of sweet and sour chicken. No chicken in the nasi, no pickle, no prawn crackers, nothing Surinamese about it. The contents cost no more than €2.50. And then the price: €17, or was it a mistake? €17 SRD? Once, but never again, shameful!

A Zeelander might fool you, but a Boeroe won't! I had vegetarian roti for 15 euros. Just some long beans and a lot of hard potato. Mostly roti plates, barely any filling...not enough masala. No egg, tempeh, or tofu, etc. For these prices, you really should expect more and better. Shameful...what a shame! 3 stars for the service; the lady behind the counter was friendly.

Previously okay! Tonight was terrible, and I am a connoisseur. The roti was incredibly bland and the dry, tasteless chicken was served alongside it instead of being smothered in the sauce. Why? They belong together, right? Pom and tuna dough. Only the veggie spring rolls were really tasty. But this for this price and delivery costs? Never again.

Not recommended, rice is like soup. Chicken is inedible.

What incredibly bad service you guys have. Ordered at 5 o'clock and still no food! First they couldn't serve potatoes with the roti, then suddenly they could. And then calling to say the delivery person fell and couldn't bring any food, all the roti plates were gone, or if we wanted to eat something else? No, we ordered roti, so we wanted roti. And then they dare to charge 43 euros, ridiculous.

Just ordered roti chicken curry, they called politely that 1 of the things I ordered was not there, this was no problem.. unfortunately I just received my food and it was like soup instead of roti and still cold, I am not used to this from you!

I'm so happy there's a Geeta's here in Goes! The food is delicious and freshly prepared, which makes it even better! And especially a wide selection of Surinamese dishes. The customer service is excellent! I would definitely order from here again!

Hollandse kost met een Vietnamese loempia voor 3e per stuk. Koude zoute kip met een Taaie rotiplaat. Dit heeft weinig meer met Surinaams eten te maken.

I ordered roti chicken fillet for the first time today. It was a round bowl of soup and four pieces of chicken. Wow, that's the price, and the sour taste was strange. I don't think it's worth the money.

Ordered 2 trays of roti, received one and a half roti plates instead of a whole one? The container is filled enormously with sour raw onions and cucumber, a real waste of money because everything tastes sour because of the filling material. Furthermore, there was no egg in the roti and it was more like green beans than long beans. Not worth repeating!

Picked up roti last night, what a drama, food was cold, forgot 2 roti plates, they brought it half an hour later because it was less than a 3-minute bike ride. But then you get the food in a round container, everything mixed together, that's not how it should be before, it was just served well, now it seems to have been put through the blender, chicken thighs used to be fairly large pieces, but I had to look for them! It's a shame for us that we will never have roti at Geetas again

Catering facility looks nice and nice reception. Unfortunately, we are less satisfied with the food. With the pom sandwich, the pom was quite dry and thinly topped with pom. The taste was decent. We also ordered a nasi dynamite for €19, but unfortunately when we got home we saw that the sieuw was not included, only the chicken curry. You pay extra for the dish with well, but that was not included. We were the only takeaway customers there so it can't be due to the crowds. Disappointment everywhere. We ordered food here, which was easy online. Delivery took a while, and I thought it was very expensive for what we got. I slide such a container into my hollow molar. Taste was good, but lukewarm and tough chicken.

There is a Surinamese eatery in the center of Goes. If I counted correctly they have 6 tables. There is plenty of choice, but the prices are not clear. The menu stated that the prices have been slightly increased. Now I ordered a veggie roti roll for 7 euros and it was 13.50 at the cash register. I asked if the receipt was correct, but it was correct. Don't worry about it any further. The only reason I'm writing it here is that you know, the prices on the map are incorrect. That said. It was a nice messy atmosphere. Mother and daughter were in the business with their grandson. People started serving but also eating themselves, entertaining children, getting groceries and chatting with acquaintances. Of course, you can freely choose how you run your restaurant. But if I could advise something, it would be: Keep an eye on the hygiene rules a little more. The food took a while to arrive Personally, I didn't find it annoying that it was messy, but it was pleasant. I had time to take a closer look at the menu. What struck me was that all 4 children's menus contained some chicken. Now I understand that most children liked that, but what if they don't? Neat separate Vega block on the map. Too bad that tofu/tempeh or egg was missing from the vegetarian menu. However, a complete vegetarian tasting was offered for 39.95. The menu was also well diverse for the carniphores; nasi/bami, soup, various baras, sandwiches or rolls. Now I want to talk about the taste Long beans and potatoes were tasty, but I thought the roll could have had a little more spice. My husband had a dynamite sandwich. He said it was tasty but nothing special.

Verschrikkelijk eigenaar! Nadat we een kip spies menu besteld hadden en deze half warm aangekomen waren, bleek de kip enorm droog en uitgebakken te zijn. Een enorme teleurstelling. De eigen aar persoonlijk benaderd maar zelfs deze stond niet open voor een oplossing! Jammer, ik gaf ze een kans omdat ik normaal bij de toko bestel. Gemiste kans en niet klantgericht. Succes met de verkoop maar hierbij een klant minder in ieder gavel.

Picked up two roti yesterday when I got home the chicken was undercooked and pink it was inedible! Everything thrown away. The last time I ordered something from here it was super bad and unhygienic!

Friendly staff, beautiful place. And of course we ate delicious saoto and Pom. The ice-cold Dawet also tasted good and was nice and cold. Highly recommended to come back again.

Kann man essen, muss man aber auch nicht. Geschmacklich ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Chicken Wings waren teilweise zäh und trocken. Das Nasi mit Gampas war öde, der Reis sehr trocken. Der Thunfisch Salat meiner Frau war überschaubar, Salat aus der Packung mit Fertig-Dressing

Normally order from Toko Soerin, but they were closed so we thought we would give Geeta's a chance. I ordered 3 Nasi's and the first thing we noticed was that the portions were very small. At Toko Soerin and in fact all other su places where I have eaten you get twice as much as here for the same price. In addition, the acid was very very acidic. So sour that sometimes I couldn't even really enjoy the food. Just tasted like I put a piece of lemon with a shot of vinegar in my mouth 😅. The chicken was really tasty and tender, the nasi was also tasty, but not enough. Delivery didn't take long either. I want to give it 2.5 stars but unfortunately that's not possible 🫶🏽

Had a delicious lunch at Geeta's! Hubby had a delicious Surinamese nasi dish. For me two smaller dishes: Pom and a small soup. Phew! It's been a long time since I was this excited about something. Freshly prepared. Really delicious! We're going again next week 😜.

Food was not too bad. When we came in, there was no interest at all to help us, a lot of noise in the kitchen and a lot of coming and going from the kitchen to the toilet with quite a bit of noise. Also right outside us there are many street children with their necessary noise.

Had a delicious Bara sandwich for the first time! Highly recommended. Nice and spicy in taste and something different from a baguette lunch 🤩

We had a nice meal here, it was very quiet. But the staff was friendly and the food was tasty. It looks nice, music was maybe a bit loud.

Be careful when ordering roti, it is not roti, you get a vegetarian one and you have to pay for and check the rest. Food arrives quite cold, service is 0.0. Very disappointed. They also do not respond in a friendly or solution-oriented manner as can be read in the comments.

I just got 1 plain bara with potato chutney and a filled bara. The wrong chutney was given with the plain bara and when the bara was filled, the potatoes and long beans were hard pieces. In short, they have deteriorated with tasty and good food.

We had a meal for 2 persons. Had to eat with our cutlery overwriting our plate. Difficult, having to ask for serving spoons. When we wanted to serve it for the second time, the food had cooled down a lot and the stone plate was still a bit warm at the bottom. Food was probably microwaved. Too bad the food taste was good. Why not just like with Chinese hot plates?

We hebben eten afgehaald . Het is een mooi restaurant met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles was keurig verpakt en makkelijk opnieuw te verwarmen. Het eten was geweldig lekker! We wonen in Hulst maar zijn zeker bereid hier speciaal terug voor naar Goes te rijden zo nu en dan. We komen zeker snel weer.

Unfortunately a disappointment. They have deteriorated a lot since they started. From incorrect orders to the service. Understand the price increase, but if you also reduce the portions every time, it is far too expensive for what you get. Soato soup can hardly be called soup. Literally less soup than a cup of tea. 2nd Christmas Eve in annoyance! Reserved for 5 people, the concept was all you can eat, including drinks from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for 45 euros pp. Since we come here more often, we thought it would be nice to have our 2nd Christmas dinner here. Well we knew that. You were allowed to order 3 things from the Card per round. The first round came together quickly. But each time we had to wait 20 minutes before the newly ordered dish arrived on the table! And when it finally arrived, half of it was wrong and the kitchen had to quickly prepare the rest, in short, one dish was stone cold before the additionally ordered dish arrived on the table, then it turns out that they had forgotten things about the additionally ordered dishes?! It was tough and looked like the microwave was working overtime! For drinks you almost had to pull the waiter's arm to order. Not only we had problems, but so did the other tables. That was clearly visible from the faces. In short, a nice concept, but terribly executed!! The break between ordering and actually getting it to the table is at least 20 minutes each time. Then you still get half because the rest is forgotten! Then you look into the open kitchen and half of them are standing there leaning and looking at the phone. ?! Then you will quickly eat your 2 hour meal. It was not worth the 45 euros at all! There was no management in the restaurant. This was quite a missed opportunity tonight, which is a shame.

Prima, klein restaurant, waar de bediening geweldig vriendelijk is, het eten authentiek Surinaams, en de prijs meer dan vriendelijk. 60 euro, voor 2 personen. De kaart is niet uitgebreid, maat gewoon compleet. Aanrader!

Super lekker gegeten! Keurig verzorgd mooie smaakjes, en de open keuken ziet er fris en schoon uit. Zeker weten dat wij hier met regelmaat zullen terugkomen. Uiteraard hebben we de positieve review ook telefonisch doorgegeven.

Heerlijk eten, we hebben er nu een aantal keren gegeten en het eten is super. Bediening is niet super snel maar dat maakt niet zoveel uit.

Altijd een goeie professionele service , met heerlijk eten. Een van de weinige in de omgeving Goes. Met de bijpassende muziek hangt dr altijd een sfeer. Ook is het eten in verhouding met de prijs super. Zeker aan te raden ik en de familie komen vaker terug! 10/10

Het duurde erg lang voor serveren & bediening is niet erg snel maar wel heel vriendelijk. Stoelen zitten heel comfortabel maar we hadden een zeer wiebelende tafel. Het eten was het wachten zeker waard, het was heerlijk! Een flinke schotel voor 2 personen, Geeta's special!

Leuke tent, vriendelijk personeel. Je krijgt goede porties eten, en het oogt authentiek. Maar als je het eet, valt het toch tegen. Het is erg flauw, roti zonder spliterwten, flauwe kip en de broodjes waren een teleurstelling. Ze gebruiken geen echte surinaamse broodjes en het zuur was veel te zoet. De vulling was qua hoeveelheid prima, maar de smaken bleven wederom achter. Zeer jammer, want het is een leuke tent!

Heerlijk gegeten echt een aanrader. Alles was goed en lekker en aardige personeel hebben ze daar.
