Georgies Vlaardingen in Centrum

What a wonderful Wednesday evening, both in terms of food and atmosphere. We ate here for the first time with my husband and daughter; we were celebrating something. I had some questions about preparing steak, and they ultimately recommended a starter, which was absolutely delicious. We all three had a different dish, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavors were fantastic. You'll definitely be seeing us again!

I made a reservation well in advance to celebrate a birthday. They were supposed to arrange something for this, but in the end, it didn't happen. We wanted to eat from the menu but ended up with a wine and food evening with courses we hadn't been informed about, and we weren't compensated for them. It was a real shame. The waitress was surprised we hadn't been called. The food was good, except for one dish, and the service was friendly and very considerate of allergies. It was a shame we couldn't eat what we had in mind. Parking in the area was also very difficult.

What a fantastic place! The food is perfect, the service is top-notch.

We had a wonderful meal at Georgie's, everything was well-prepared and fresh. As a starter, I recommend the platter to share. For the main course, the sushi next door. Everything was excellent. My wife had the halibut. It was also excellent and a fairly large portion (I like that 😉). For dessert, the limoncello tiramisu was a perfect ending. Furthermore, the service was very friendly and excellent. They regularly asked if everything was to your liking. During the downstairs restroom visit, you get a glimpse into the kitchen, where the chefs are also very friendly and responsive. In short, a fantastic evening at a fantastic restaurant. I will definitely go back. 👍🏻😉

Don't often give 5 stars but for this one I do. I feel like I'm in the movie Ratatouille. What a taste experience, the combinations are really good and taste delicious. Cozy and neat service. Offer possibilities. Really recommended. Small restaurant, make a reservation 1 week in advance. Cozy for 2 people but also very nice to do with a group. Parking nearby as in a Parking.

Went back again a few years ago after a very positive experience. We liked it less. The dishes were less imaginative and seemed more intended to satisfy a broad audience. The business has moved and is also much bigger. It seems that less risk is taken by doing things differently. Shame . What was there and what we ate was okay. But there was no surprise. The cheese board was downright disappointing. On it was, among other things, a slice of port salut and parmesan. Then the cook made it very easy for himself. That must and can be a lot more original. By the way, the service was excellent. The ambiance too. But I think you can go back to a more exciting experience for about 100 euros per person.

I had a really great dining experience, food was cooked well and flavours nicely balanced. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs.

Delicious food. Oysters, both classic and Asian, highly recommended! Then delicious sushi and last but not least the crème brulee and the limoncello tiramisu respectively. Close your eyes, do not disturb. That was it. Delicious!

Magnificent culinary moment. Service neither too long nor too slow. Nothing to eliminate in this plancha to share! we had dessert with a superb surprise in the heart of the fondant. Very pleasant staff. we are happy to have followed the recommendations. We really recommend it.

What a surprise this restaurant was! We had a delicious mixed plank as a starter with the Asian oysters. After this, the Rainbowrolls and another Asian oyster to finish it off. We really enjoyed it! Amuse-bouche from the chef, mixed plank as a starter + 2x 2 Asian oysters + rainbow rolls. Both a glass of wine and a bottle of water for €103. The only point of attention for us would have been the wooden disposable chopsticks with the sushi. We will definitely come back here! :)

After a first experience, a very good one, you are always afraid that the second experience will be disappointing. Now a month later we had an extensive meal at Georgies with two good friends and it was once again excellent. The sushi was cracking fresh, wonderfully tender and beautifully served. The board to share was full of surprises and the various main courses, the salmon, the tournedos and the picarnog something, were a sight to behold and tasted even better. A bottle of white wine, pinot grigio and red bogle from California completed the meal. Compliments to the chef but certainly also to the service!!

No wonder you have to book well in advance because the food is delicious. Everything is right here. Delicious wines too and a normal glass and no bottom. The only thing I could comment on is that the coffee and whipped cream could be a little better. I would offer more vegetable dishes, but that is self-interest because we will definitely come back here again. A chef who cooks with love makes you leave happy ♥️

You actually want to keep this new restaurant for yourself, because everything is just right! Delicious food and top service in a cozy atmosphere. The only disadvantage may be that the toilets are downstairs, but then you walk past the open kitchen and smell the wonderful smells of the dishes being prepared. Now they still have to close at 10 p.m. because of the current permit, but I understand that the municipality has only been issuing a full permit for six months, so some patience is still appropriate. . But in one word a gem!

Prima maaltijd, vriendelijke bediening. Prijs ook prima. Aankleding heeft wat weinig karakter. Al met al toch een aanrader.

Wat een fantastisch restaurant is dit toch, nu drie keer gegeten, en elke verrast door de heerlijke gerechten! Daarnaast fijne gemoedelijke sfeer en top service, een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die van lekker eten houd

Super gegeten.!!!!!!! Allemaal verschillende gerechten genomen en alles was heerlijk. leuke bediening en goed wijn advies bij het eten gekregen. Een pareltje voor Vlaardingen.

Een hele fijne aanwinst in het 'culinaire' en sfeervolle stukje van het centrum in Vlaardingen! Jonge getalenteerde kok, bordevol enthousiasme die steeds opzoek is naar nieuwe Ideen waardoor je naast de standaard menu kaart steeds nieuwsgierig blijft wat voor lekkers je er de volgende keer weer gaat proberen. Misschien word je niet zo enthousiast als ik, maar het is zeker het proberen waard! Bedienend personeel is zeer hartelijk en samen met de sfeer in het pand geeft het mij een authentieke beleving in mijn eigen stad.

Heerlijk gegeten. Werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Geadviseerd bij het kiezen van ons voorgerecht. Shared dining mogelijk. Ongedwongen sfeer. Leuk gesproken met George de chefkok. Kortom een aanwinst voor Vlaardingen. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Nette zaak op leuke locatie. Keuze valt erg tegen, zeker als je niet van Sushi houd. Wat er geserveerd wordt ziet er wel keurig uit. Personeel kan wat beter. Vertellen niet wat er buiten de kaart verkrijgbaar is, en ook de side diches moet je zelf uitvinden. Volgende keer de lunch maar eens proberen.

Laatst op de mooie nieuwe locatie van Georgies gegeten, met nu ook een uitgebreidere kaart. Het was weer heerlijk! Vriendelijke bediening, huiskamersfeer en ontzettend smaakvol eten voor een eerlijke prijs.

Bij onze keuze uit het menu bleek zowel het gewenste voor als een van de hoofdgerechten niet meer voorradig. Voor een donderdagavond is dat wel bijzonder. De 2e keus, een kipburger was ok, maar zeker niet bijzonder. Misschien is dit restaurant meer gefocust op sushi afgaand op de menukaart? Hier binnenstappen was een spontane actie, voor ons pakte dit helaas niet zo goed uit.

Wat een heerlijk eten! Echt de moeite waard en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Aanrader!

Superlekker 'fusion' eten., dus mooie mix tussen Mediterraan en Aziatisch. Echt lekkere verschillende smaken. Rest oogt beetje chaotisch (bediening, wijn), maar heeft zijn charme. Succes in het nieuwe pand, wij komen dan zeker terug.....

Wederom besteld bij georgies en het eten was weer goed en lekker.binnenkort maar eens in het restaurant eten ga zo door.

Heerlijke shushi en fantastische burger. Wat ook niet te versmaden is, is de overheerlijke zoete aardappel friet, met een heerlijke topping . En mooi verpakt.( Bezorging) Zeker de moeite waard.

Zonder verwachtingen hier heen gegaan. Maar wat een eten 👌 perfecte service en zeer goed eten zeker aan te raden

Je verwacht het niet, door de locatie en door de simpele uitstraling van de zaak, maar het eten is enorm goed! Echt verrassend lekker, vers en betaalbaar.

Bestelling was op de aangegeven tijd bezorgd. Het eten was heerlijk warm en weer super lekker

Wederom weer heerlijk gegeten bij Georgies! De Wijn en Spijs is een echte aanrader.

Alleen koffie gedronken met een groep. Serveerster was erg aardig. Ze vertelde e.e.a. omdat ze nog maar kort open zijn.

Veel en heerlijk gegeten, prijs en kwaliteit super. Echt allemaal verschillende producten besteld en alles heerlijk.

Net terug van een avondje bij Georgies. Ik schrijf bijna nooit een recensie, maar dit was echt 'gorgeous'!
