How annoying this is, you think you've sorted it out well. I ordered pastries on King's Day. According to the invoice pick up until 3pm... I get a call at 11:25 where I stayed, they closed at 12 noon... I run to pick it up, they call again at 11:45, they were closing now. Really scandalous, what poor service. I had to do my best to keep them waiting, it was almost there. Then I also got the wrong pastries. I was right and apologies, but what good does it do me? 😬

The food is good but the manager not very nice. I don't know if it's because we're foreigners or what but he made a face because we were thinking and even speaking English he didn't respond so we didn't know if he understood or not. But the lady on the contrary is very nice.
