Golden City (Delden) in Wijk 06 Delden

I regularly get a meal from here. I do find it a shame that they don't prepare Singapore rice noodles, but the lady behind the counter explained to me why that is, and I appreciate that. I especially like the chicken spring roll. That is also the one I order the most. And what is brilliant is that I can also order a bami disc and/or frikandel with it. Great place!

The taptoe itself was good, but the sauce mixed with it was very bland. A bit of a greyish sauce. The nasi rames was tasty, though, but the sauces ran into each other. The first impression was less appealing. I missed the peanuts, the fried onions, some atjar, and the green beans with the rames. Otherwise, the service was good and pleasant. The place itself looks a bit messy and seems a bit dilapidated. In short, there is plenty of room for improvement.

They said it would be finished at 18:10. We had to wait until 19:00. I find that very strange.

You order food, and they pass it on to someone else. Then they can't tell you how soon you will receive your food. And that's already the second time! Worthless service.

We took delicious nasi with babi pangang, foe yon hai, and satay to our holiday spot. It was delicious, and we even had breakfast in the morning with what was left over.

The lady at the takeaway counter is friendly and enthusiastic. The special spring rolls taste delicious and are nice and hot.

Restaurant Golden City in Delden is a huge disappointment. The food is absolutely awful and tastes more like a poor imitation of Chinese food than authentic dishes. Everything tastes pretty much the same: a combination of burnt, mushy, and greasy. The ingredients seem to be undercooked, which only makes the experience worse. Moreover, the prices are quite high for the quality you receive. It's outrageous to pay so much for such a poor meal. After this experience, we can confidently say we will never return. This restaurant is absolutely not recommended for anyone who enjoys good food.

After closing time, the phone was finally answered, and I was able to pick up some delicious food. Excellent service!

Very good Chinese place where we have been coming for takeout for a number of years. The food is really good and plentiful. I deducted one star for the atmosphere because the building and decor look a bit outdated, but this doesn't detract from the food at all! Simply top-notch!

A very bland restaurant. The food was very expensive and the portions were extremely small. No draft beer was available. There were plenty of cobwebs on the ceiling. The waitress tried her best, but it took a very long time for everything to be brought to the table. Not suitable for larger groups like ours (6 people). We paid €200 and were still hungry when we left.

Six people ate for €205 and I'm still hungry! Very small portions and high prices. The Tipan Yaki tenderloin was very marbled. Aldi's spring rolls are better quality than the junk they serve. The restaurant is covered in dust and cobwebs. Trash piled in the corner. The only one in the restaurant. No draft beer available. Last night, three of the six people got diarrhea. In short, avoid this place...hope the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority does something about the report.

Excellent Chinese restaurant. I think this one is much better quality than Honk Kong Chinese restaurant in the center of Delden. Tip: You can also get really good homemade fresh sambal here. The friendly lady is always very helpful. Remember to bring a bag; they're environmentally conscious. Good job!

The decor was a bit odd but the food was delicious made with fresh products.

We had a delicious meal, it's definitely worth a visit, and the service was fantastic. We'll definitely be back when we're back in the Netherlands.

Always friendly and ready quickly.

Ordered fries and snacks last Saturday, which would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. In the end it took half an hour. We live around the corner, when we got home the snacks were cold, the fries were lukewarm and the frikadel special had fallen over in the packaging, so all the sauce was gone. Called to report this, we could come back and get new ones. But we didn't want to wait another half hour. We were also allowed to pick up an extra snack as compensation. We don't think that is a solution. The organization is clearly not going well when you receive cold food. Staff are also told to stand guard in front of customers. I don't think that's nice. We don't know if we will go here again in the future.

Very tasty dishes with duck & noodles eaten here. Good portion sizes. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, a bit gloomy/dated appearance from the outside and from the inside. Seating furniture is comfortable. A torn cloth napkin on the table, that is of course not possible. And one towel in the toilet is not very hygienic and certainly not up to date. In short: excellent food here, but the restaurant experience needs a (major) upgrade.

Golden City is my GOTO place for chinese/fastfood. With a great selection and high quality to boot, there aren't many options better, let alone simmelair to Golden City. Not only their chinese food but the snacks from the cafeteria are great too! They have my personal favorite of "Patat dubbel speciaal". And to topp everything off you can even just sit in their restaurant and dine in eith your family instead! 10/10 would recommend

Fast and friendly service. Picked up Babipangang and Tjaptjoy with Nassie. Great portions but more importantly, it was delicious. Worth repeating.

Super nice staff. Food was delicious and the quantity was good. We had spring roll with a portion of babi pangang with nasi. Food was nice and hot. Value for money for what you get. Will definitely come there again. She asks if you would like to bring your own bag, which is of course better for the environment. Highly recommended!

The food was very tasty and had a good temperature. The price/performance ratio was completely fine, the service staff was very polite and accommodating, you really felt welcome. The ambience itself was okay, although the room temperature was a bit cool, otherwise everything was fine overall and I would eat in the restaurant again at any time.

I placed my order here, they said I would have my food in fifteen minutes, in the end I had to wait 45 minutes, I came home and the food was inedible, it was cold, had no taste and there were almost no ingredients in it. the spring roll was all but onion this is the last time I order here even a potato had more flavor

The food was fine for Chinese. However, the temperature in the room was very cold. Service was very nice.

Yesterday I got babi pangang and foe young hay with noodles and could hear that it was being heated in the microwave. This was my last visit. I will go to Goor again if I want to eat Chinese food.

Super aardig personeel. Heerlijke loempia foe jong hai en overtreffelijke soep. Verder is het de moeite om een bakje sambal mee te nemen, ze blijven de smaak verfijnen!

Na een vriendelijke begroeting, werd de bestelling opgenomen en na een niet te lange wachttijd geserveerd. We hebben het ons heerlijk laten smaken en vergenoegd afgesloten met een heerlijk ijsje, mooi geserveerd in een glas. Zelfs de rekening was aangenaam.

Na besteld te hebben,om mee te nemen, aan de bar moest ik een uur wachten terwijl de een na de ander kwam afhalen.Toen ik ontstemd raakte zei de mevrouw: Ja er komen steeds telefonische bestellingen tussen door!!!Toen ik eindelijk de maaktijden kon openen kon maken bleek de Bami te bestaan uit bleke olieachtige slierten met 'niets' te bestaan.Die lagen daar wit/bleek glimmen. Smakeloze proppen grijzig zandkleurig deegmateriaal van onduidelijke vulling in de andere pakjes.De Tomaten soep was wel heerlijk.Deze business moet zich eens gaan herpakken.
