Great takeout. The portions are a bit smaller than others. But everything tasted very good.

Large, mortal portions. Prices are reasonable. The flavor of the dishes is unmatched.

We had a great meal: Mihoen Rames and a spring roll. It was delicious.

A go-to spot for delicious Chinese food. Friendly and hospitable service, ready quickly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge; the road is often blocked (?). Just park the car and go across the street, turn on your hazard lights, and pick up your order. Highly recommended! (Best regards, Emy)

Typical Chinese restaurant, with friendly service. We only had a main course and that was tasty. Price comparable to similar restaurants. I think this restaurant is visited a lot as a Chinese takeaway. On the evening we dined here there were about twenty guests.

You order food and you get something completely different After reporting nothing is done. Saying that I ordered and received. That 8s so not so! Chinese restaurant that does not care about customers never eat here!

Just Chinese as a Chinese should be. Eating through a hatch or elevator. Wrapping in paper. Just enjoy your time.

Tasty food and friendly staff. You can express special wishes. There are always people sitting unlike most Chinese restaurants. Neat, tidy and decorated differently than other Chinese people. Recommended.

I ordered takeout, tjaptjoy and sate (pork) and springroll (loempia). The sate sauce is too thin. The pork (tenderloin) was not properly cooked. It was like half raw meat or real bad quality meat. Certainly not tender, nothing like I get in other Chinese restaurants in NL. The springroll is 90% filled with tauge (shoots) and has nothing to offer. The tjap tjoy is good.

Food has become significantly better again!

Very disappointing!! Ordered nasi and got plain white rice with leek and ham with an egg on top!! Nasi is fried rice! No wet white rice! I asked for extra!! I really feel cheated!!! Nasi rames makes no sense at all…not to be eaten!!!

Update 02022024: collected this time. Opted for the family menu and Bali day with white rice. Nice meal. Friendly service, more than enough choice on the menu. Another real Chinese restaurant where you reserve a table for your pleasure. Excellent price-quality ratio! Pick up is also possible, but not yet done.

Chinese restaurant based on a classic Dutch example. The well-known 'Chinese' dishes and rice tables are also on the menu here. These tasted great. Friendly and smooth service that maintains the right pace for a fun evening.

Good Chinese takeaway and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. A household name in Heerlen and the Parkstad region!

This restaurant is exquisite. A beautiful location. Everything is spotless. Beautifully laid tables. The choice is huge. The food is fresh and tasty. The service is alert and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, this is a typical case of a 1.0 Chinese restaurant. They rely on an older generation of guests (who are still plentiful in Heerlen :)) Unfortunately, these types of restaurants have disappeared in many places in the Netherlands. On the one hand this is unjustified, on the other hand the owner will have to keep up with the times. Oh, how I look forward to innovation! Chinese cuisine is worth it. It is a top kitchen. Okay, until then, a visit to Golden Peacock is a great choice, but I still keep dreaming about an even better future... :)

Menu A genomen . De chef is hier toch wat zuinig geweest op zijn Baba pagan . Over de rest hadden we niet te klagen . De service was uitstekend en de dame die ons bediende verdient een 11 op 10 , voor haar vriendelijkheid , de warme lach die ze tevoorschijn toverde . De goede service . Dank daarvoor . Goed gegeten en aan te bevelen .

Zonder te reserveren ( wat duidelijk wel aan te raden is) toch een tafel voor 4 personen gekregen. Het was een drukke zondag zowel in het restaurant als bij afhaal . Echter de dame die de bediening in haar eentje deed ,deed dit vriendelijk snel en correct. Het eten was heel lekker . De sfeer ongedwongen gezellig . Een perfecte eerste ervaring die ik graag snel zal herhalen .

I was waiting for my order...a mouse runs out of the kitchen and into the restaurant.......not normal.... Ordered the penultimate x crispy duck... it was just as crispy as my shoe.... a 10000% NOT RECOMMENDED....

Perfect for Chinese take-out. Good food at a reasonable price. Family menu is good for your money for a family of 3 or 4. Friendly staff. The only downside is mid-city location, which makes parking complicated.

The food here was always delicious, but I can't say that anymore...it's tasteless...the nasi is a lump of sticky white rice...the noodles are just some white strings...babi pangang is tough meat... ...or it's old or it comes from the freezer...the other dishes aren't great either...tasteless...and not cheap...such a shame...I'll have to look for another Chinese restaurant.

Sehr lecker . Freundliches Personal. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Vor allem zum Mitnehmen, da die Portionen sehr groß sind. Waren im letzten Jahr einige Male dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Selbst die indischen Reistafeln haben mir geschmeckt. Bin sonst nicht so der Freund davon.

Heerlijk Indisch gegeten. Complimenten aan de service en de kok. Fijn dat de echte Indo/Chinees nog gewoon bestaat.

Ouderwets maar goed. De zaak ziet er uit als een chinees van 30 jaar terug. Het eten smaakte goed en de bediening was vriendelijk en netjes. We komen er zeker nog vaker terug

Sfeerloos en gedateerde inrichting ( zelfs voor Chinees restaurant!)! Kwam hier 43 jaar geleden voor laatst met mijn ouders en buiten personeel was er niets veranderd! Prijs viel tegen , porties ( chinees rijsttafeltje voor twee personen!) waren klein en smaakloos , vonden het vreemd dat er ook bijna geen afhaal was….!

Leuk om te gaan eten. En als je afhaalt snelle service en lekker eten 😁 Zeker een aanrader

Een van de enige overgebleven Chinese restaurants. In Heerlen Waar je heerlijk kan eten ,ook de afhaal gerechten zijn heerlijk . Nog nooit een slechte maaltijd gehad bij hun . zeer zeker een aanrader voor mensen die gewoon van lekker chinees houden.

Aardige mensen en kwaliteit van het eten uitstekend. En gezellig.
