Flan, thick bottom, thick top, hardly any filling. Not what I expected.

Staff very helpful and friendly. As a Belgian I received a good explanation about what they have in the store.

Ordered a themed cream cake for my son's second birthday. It tasted great, but I was disappointed that the cake was cut from a larger piece and the sides were unfinished and messy. A few more children's decorations would also be nice. Because of this, I wouldn't order the cake from Gommans again.

Baker Gommans in Horst, today (May 25, 2024) bought several (mainly hard) rolls, all very dark brown, left in the oven for far too long. Certainly a shame for so much money.

Looked up the bakery on Google and found it had good reviews. Once in the store it turned out that they were all true, nice layout, friendly staff, and the bread is great!

We had been looking forward to a Gommans loaf for more than a year, but unfortunately the branches of this bakery are not around the corner from us. We live in Almere. Finally, last week an opportunity arose, which meant we had to go to Limburg, which was actually 10 kilometers away from a Gommans branch (Horst). Very happy with the purchase of a cloak for 12.95 euros. When I arrived at home with high expectations, the disappointment came... It was quite dry and not particularly tasty. We therefore have no idea that this product has to be the best stollen in the Netherlands.

Wat een fijne bakker! We zijn hier op vakantie en wilden gebak voor een verjaardag halen. We kregen uitgebreide info over streekgerechten, desembrood en nog meer. Super geïnspireerde mensen met kennis en een hart voor het bakkersvak. Er staan ook heerlijke proeverijen in de winkel om van te snoepen.

Gewoon wat je van De Echte Bakker mag verwachten, kwaliteit en vooral lekker!

Erg vriendelijk geholpen door een behulpzame medewerker. De vlaaien waren verukkelijk!

Bij aankoop van een vlaai iets mis gegaan ivm allergenen. Dit is keurig opgelost, heerlijke alternatieve vlaai mogen ontvangen en nog verrukkelijke wafels erbij gekregen. Top service en heerlijk gebak!
