Very tasty sushi, especially the beef tenderloin rolls with cheese. The atmosphere... Oh well. But they are friendly. The dessert buffet is just ordinary.

Good food and ready quickly, but the all-you-can-eat and drink option lasted 2 hours, and during the last half hour we were kicked out of the place.

We come here with the whole family to celebrate our birthdays. Highly recommended for everyone...

We had a very good and tasty meal; we will definitely go back to eat there again. The only downside I have is that when I order the pickled cucumbers, they are often old and wrinkled. I understand that the old ones need to be used up, but it doesn't do justice to the taste.

The food is fine, pretty much what you can expect from an all-you-can-eat. It is just a shame that you hardly get any contact with the staff. If you order the same thing twice in a round, it is almost always only brought once, and you have to chase after them to see if you are getting the second one. Furthermore, only a few rounds are achievable in 2 hours; you easily end up waiting 20 minutes after placing an order, and by the time you order a new one, quite a while has passed. We also don't find ordering via an app very pleasant, although it is nice that you can view the dishes there.

Long waits for ginger or cutlery. And when it's very busy, ordered dishes are sometimes forgotten. 😐

We come here quite often. The food is always delicious. I don't understand the bad reviews; it's an Ayce restaurant, but I think some people expect a Michelin-starred restaurant. We think the service is excellent, and the price-quality ratio is absolutely worth it!

We went on Valentine's Day. I understand it can be busy, but this wasn't normal. My dad only managed to eat two pieces at Round 5 because the others simply didn't show up. And yes, when we got outside, I threw up three times. I got food poisoning. It's so unfortunate. I thought about posting this, but I was really sick and didn't eat anything else that day. Please be careful when working with raw products. Making money is fun, but be careful with your products. If you can't handle the crowds, don't take any more reservations or make sure you have more staff on that day.

The menu has been shortened compared to a few years ago, and the quality hasn't improved. There's less choice. The accommodations have actually become nicer and more inviting! But we came for the food, so we'll go elsewhere next time.

Cozy place with a wide variety of food options. Even if you're not a sushi or fish lover, there are plenty of options! They also have delicious spekkoek (a Dutch pastry) and ice cream for dessert! 👍🏻

Extremely busy. A very long wait for the food to arrive. Round 4 only came in, even though we've already been here for an hour and 30 minutes. We're even still waiting for food from round 3.

We had a truly delicious meal here! Delicious sushi. Lots of sushi options, including vegetarian and meat options, not just fish. My highlights were the beef rolls with cheese, kiwi banana maki, and the tippan rib eye—it's great when served on a hot plate, still sizzling. It's great that you can choose all you can eat and drink at this restaurant. It gives you a clear picture of what you're getting. The staff is friendly; unfortunately, I arrived a bit late, but that wasn't a problem. I asked for a quiet table, and I got one. The service is also very fast. (Most of) the dishes I ordered are on the table within 5 minutes. While the restaurant wasn't completely full, I noticed that it wasn't noisy at all. You can truly eat in peace here. Very nice! After ordering your dishes, you can get your own dessert from a buffet. Not a huge selection, but it was delicious. I don't often give 5 stars, but I think this restaurant deserves it! Had a great meal in a lovely atmosphere!

Sat at a table with 2 persons. The sushi was served within 2/3 minutes of ordering and the taste was incredible aswell! Very high 5 star recimmendation.

For those who value halal food, this restaurant is out of the question. Everything at Goya is fried in the same oil, whether it's (pork) meat, fish, or vegetable snacks. They even admitted this when I asked, which is fair and respectful of them. It's a shame they don't treat this demographic respectfully, as many people from a Muslim background dine at their restaurant.

We ate here for the first time last night and were pleasantly surprised! We had a delicious meal, the food arrived quickly, and the service was excellent. All our questions were answered politely and friendly. The only thing that might have been nice would have been a physical menu on the table.

Delicious food, good fast service

The whole experience was very uncomfortable when we asked for tap water and the manager (old lady) switched with the waitresses and started to attending us. We ordered to a young man and he was almost shocked when we asked the water. Sounds exaggerated but it was like he was afraid… after that I understood why… The manager was very rude bringing it, and also did only one glass when we ordered two. She threw the glass on the table very angry. I do not recommend the place at all. Besides all of that, she was having a fight with other staff in the counter/ entrance. Very unprofessional and hostile.

After having had bad experiences years ago and also hearing from others that it is not good, I tried it again. Unfortunately, the food had become even worse than it was. Rack of lamb the size of a two euro coin and the meat dishes were as small as chickpeas. Cold ebi Temaki's with tough nori made me suspect that it had all been sitting there a bit too long. The small makis were also visibly not fresh. The sashimi was almost frozen so cold. The plus sells even better sushi than what is prepared here. The dessert buffet in a corner with the standard sweets and a long line for the ice cream. The 25% discount for the birthday boy or girl suddenly no longer applied because there was a vague promotion that made you a few cents cheaper. So there is no discount on discount so if it is your birthday then it is not even an extra and you might as well eat elsewhere. Of all the food sheds in this region, I like this one the least. I spent around €200, but I didn't think it was worth even half. I'm probably just used to something better by eating a la carte more often, just as expensive but much better quality. I'll try again in ten years if they still exist.

Fast service and great food on a Monday evening.

We had made a reservation, but still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The food was disappointing, especially considering the high price. The chicken was clearly frozen and had little flavor despite the sauce. The wakame salad was floating in an unappetizing sauce. The salmon sashimi was tasty, and some of the sushi rolls were fine. The service consisted of some friendly guys and girls, which was a positive note. All in all, we found the value for money to be out of balance and wouldn't come back anytime soon.

Not bad but not very good. It's not worth the price

Not bad at all, but some orders had been waiting for a while. For example, in every round the shrimp were already limp and therefore not fresh. Very expensive for both food and drinks. Toilets very dirty.

It's a family favourite. A great selection of food items and quick service.

I would like to provide some feedback about our visit to the restaurant. We loved the atmosphere and the food, but we noticed that the boss didn't greet us or say anything when we arrived. We understand that it can be busy, but a friendly greeting would give it an extra personal touch. Hopefully this is something that is possible in the future. Thank you for the great experience!

What a gross tent! We had dinner here with 5 friends a while ago and we all got sick the next day. We contacted them the next day and reported that we had become ill, but this was not believed by the owner. Nothing was arranged out of leniency either. We won't be coming here again!!

No fresh sushi. Just balls of dough that you have in your mouth and prepared early. If you ask for a bowl of mayonnaise for your child, it cannot be delivered separately from fries. It used to be fine, but not anymore! Besides the sushi, everything is very greasy and not tasty. We don't come here anymore. Way too expensive for what you get.

I used to eat here more often now after a long time. I think the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot, the quality of the sushi is not very tasty and the mayonnaise with shrimp croquettes is a bit cheap. Could be a bit more exclusive. Service is fast and good.

Excellent service - the tastiest sushi in Utrecht region!

What bad sushi, not fresh at all. We won't be coming here again... sushi with fried shrimp cold. And nothing is explained upon arrival. When we were leaving I suddenly saw a dessert bar but I had no idea if that was included, nothing was explained at all, not even about ordering with the tablet... very waste of money. The only thing that tasted good was the fried snacks, but you can't really go wrong with that.

The food is very good and relatively very resoanable price. i speciffially want to applause the service of one young lady with curly hair, i didnt ask her name but she was exeptionally friendly and hospittable, i would recommend Goya City any day any time

Food was good. Came quickly. Wasn't busy. The staff was friendly, but we received no explanation, it was assumed that we knew how much and how to order with the tablet. We had to find out for ourselves that there is a desert buffet and that everyone can use it.

The staff were all very friendly. The service was smooth, the food and drinks were on the table within a considerable time. The sushi was good. Not super special, it mostly tasted the same and not super fresh. The other hot dishes had a lot of flavor. Too bad you have to pay extra for the more luxurious sushi and sashimi. I understand it, but limit the number of portions you can order instead of excluding it. The desserts are pretty much the same everywhere.

Delicious food, and tried some surprising new flavors (Banana kiwi sushi, what?) Very tasty! Inside it is spacious and you have plenty of space at the table. Empty plates and bowls are collected quickly. The food arrived just as quickly after placing the order (which you can easily place with your phone after scanning the QR code). Desserts weren't very special and were almost gone, but ice cream is always tasty, so that went well!

I had a lot of expectations but unfortunately it really disappointed me, chicken was very dry, sushi was too cold, sometimes I didn't get my food, too expensive for what you get, chicken had a strange aftertaste, I immediately spit it out, really terrible, I never come here more back.

The food was delicious and delivered quickly. Only getting the desserts themselves is a bit of a shame if the concept is that you can order on the tablet. Hence 1 star less for food.

I'm eating here now. It takes a very long time for the food to come. Half of the order at your table per round. The rest will not come. Very bad. The atmosphere is not okay either, it seems like a food shack now.

The place has been renovated, which has not done the atmosphere any good. It's especially not pleasant in the back... Service takes a long time.. all in all I have often had much better here.. a shame missed opportunity

Delicious food, but very annoying that you can only reserve for a maximum of 2 hours, very customer unfriendly for what you have to pay!! We had received a gift voucher, otherwise I would not have made a reservation. Better go to Chizen, you will have plenty of time there, as it should be!!

Lekker eten altijd ! Door de kerst drukte iets wat meer rommeliger maar super gezellig en lief personeel

Heerlijk gegeten , goed gedronken en het dessert: ijs met lychees maakten het af. Alleen met Kerst wat te druk. Bestelde gerechten kwamen ronde later of zelfs aan het eind van de signeersessie. Maar de gerechten waren prima!

As always great food! The head waitress was as per usual a bit stiff and short in her ways. We where waiting in line to be seated and she just told us to wait as other customers where helped before us (they came to her after us) then she waved us off to a table where we had to wait to get our service started which took long as well. The food took a good half hour (usually it comes sooner but it was busy) The food itself was amazing as always. They did downsize the desert bar a bit.

Voor dat we naar het theater gingen hier gegeten. All you can eat met goede gerechten en sushi. Erg druk en veel lawaai maar dat is bekend bij deze zaken. Vriendelijke bediening.

Altijd heel vriendelijk personeel. Snelle service en lekker ontspannen sfeer.

Wat zijn die Aziaten een verrijking voor ons land .

De sushi is erg gedaald in kwaliteit. Dit is eigenlijk altijd wel wisselend geweest, ik ben vaak geweest en het is een enkele keer goed geweest maar vaker wat minder. De laatste keer was de sushi niet lekker, de rijst was te heftig. Niet lekker en ben gestopt met sushi te bestellen en verder gegaan met de grill gerechten> Erg zonde gezien de prijs omhoog is gegaan.

Heel netjes geworden sinds de verbouwing. Eten en kwaliteit altijd goed.!

Eetruimte was erg rumoerig met volop kinderen eten wacht erg lang vooral garnalen porties waren blijkbaar moeilijk maar verder was het smakelijk

Super goed eten en beste service van het personeel

Super restaurant. Inmiddels bij heel wat all you can eat restaurants gegeten. Deze is tot nu toe veruit de winnaar. Eten echt top. Service en vriendelijkheid niets op aan te merken. De snelheid van de bediening is echt een 11 ongelooflijk hoe snel en lekker je eten aan de tafel is. Binnen 10 minuten staat alles klaar op je tafel. Echt een aanrader.

Jammer dat er geen ruimte/ tijd voor uitleg was over de verschillende soorten arrangementen die er waren . Dus geen idee of we teveel hebben betaald. Maar verder zeker een aanrader. Ga wel op tijd want toen we weg gingen was er echt een mega rij.

Ik heb nog niet eens gegeten maar de mevrouw die ons aan tafel bracht was al aan het wiebelen van blijdschap

Ons favoriete plekje wanneer we zin hebben in een avondje sushi! Heel mooi restaurant, hard werkende mensen, ruime keuze wat eten betreft en een fijn concept. Bestellen via de tablets (wat echt een plus is vergeleken met papiertjes invullen) en altijd een vlotte bediening. Als er dan een minpuntje genoemd moet worden dan is dat het dessertbuffet, de gebruikelijke zoetigheden en ijs zijn hier te kiezen, maar alles is vrij zoet en smakeloos. Daarom houden wij het bij iets wat vrijwel nooit misgaat: spekkoek en een kopje koffie en thee :) Maar bovenal: wij komen graag bij dit restaurant!
