I went last Saturday. Everything was tasty, fresh, and warm🤩. However, I didn't like the soy sauce. For health reasons, I always order the soy sauce with the green cap. This one tastes sweet 😥. I haven't had that with other green ones. It will definitely be for me next time, but I will bring my own soy sauce 😶

It has become a beautiful restaurant, and the owner is very sweet. The food was delicious. I will definitely eat here again. The price can include drinks.

Last week, we had a wonderful meal here with 7 people. What a beautiful restaurant Goya is! The interior is very tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. The food was fantastic. Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the Goya Roll and the Dragon Roll. They were so tasty and unique – flavors we had never tasted before. Truly sublime! The service also deserves a compliment. We were greeted by a very friendly and lovely hostess, which made us feel welcome immediately. We are not from the area, but we are happy to drive a bit out of our way for Goya. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

I went out for dinner with a friend at Goya and can really only say good things about our experience. The food was very tasty, arrived quickly, and the hot food was served really hot. The music isn't overwhelming, and especially if you go a bit later in the evening, it is truly delightful. The service is also really something to be proud of. The staff were super friendly and sociable. There was also a blonde girl we really enjoyed chatting with; an extra ⭐️ to her. One minor point, but that is only regarding the menu. I miss the fact that you can't order a nice hot chocolate.

I came to eat to try the new concept/menu. It was a little bit disappointing…. The sushi was super! There was nothing to complain about there. There were black flakes in the table water. I pointed this out and it was resolved with a different bottle of water. Personally, I don't think it's polite to get tap water when you order Spa Blue. I also ordered an espresso martini that was incredibly nasty. I sent it back and it ended up on the bill anyway. Small points for improvement 👌🏻

Since the takeover, Goya has really improved tremendously. The food is always delicious, the flavors are spot on, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Together with the friendly and hospitable staff, this ensures a wonderful experience every time. We love coming here, and it is a delight every time. It was very cozy and quiet. I felt comfortable, and there was a variety of seating options. You could choose between lunch and an all-you-can-eat option. Located next to a mall, it's a great place for lunch and dinner. We were there for the second time today, and the price of the all-you-can-eat option is completely justified. I highly recommend this restaurant!

When I read the reviews before making a reservation, I held my breath. But apparently, they are people who have either never eaten bad sushi or are just haters. The sushi was super fresh and the taste was really delicious. The service was simply friendly and fast. So don't be misled by the stars and bad reviews; they deserve at least 4.8 stars!

The food has definitely improved since the previous owner and the interior has been really nicely renovated!

A very bad experience at Goya. The service was arrogant, condescending, and we were treated downright antisocially. Instead of treating the guests normally, they were completely unsympathetic, and it felt like we were a nuisance, even though we were paying customers. What makes it even more absurd: they claim to be against waste, but you're not allowed to take leftover sushi home to eat. That's not being against waste, that's just bad service. We ended up finding the food so bad that we both had to throw up. There's absolutely no reason for us to ever return. There are plenty of places where you'll be treated normally.

A beautiful restaurant... spacious. Very friendly staff. And of course, delicious food. The sushi is delicious and fresh. The hot dishes are also really hot and freshly made. (I actually burned my tongue, which is a good sign!) We will definitely be back. I would prefer to use the tablet ordering system so we can leave our phones in our bags.

I've eaten at Goya a few times now and generally had a good experience. The all-you-can-eat concept works well, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—you feel welcome. The vegetable and meat dishes taste fresh and are generally delicious. They clearly put a lot of effort into that. The fried snacks could be better, in my opinion. I'm a fan of calamari rings and use them as a kind of benchmark. Unfortunately, here they were a bit rubbery, while good calamari should be crispy and tender. That's a shame, because more traditional fried snacks would really elevate the restaurant. All in all, a great place to eat, especially because of the service and the freshly prepared dishes. With some improvement in the frying, it would be absolutely fantastic!

This is no longer all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink. There's no more sole or spare ribs on the menu. You still have to pay extra for dishes and extra for every drink. We used to be regulars, but not anymore.

Wow..I mean WOW, food delivered superfast, quality outstanding, staff friendly and helpful, nice ambiance. Most tapa style restaurants are a slow drag as they milk you for drinks, not here. Things move at pace despite a full house. Compliment to chef and staff!!

Isn't that normally included in an all-inclusive package, and all for €1? I also found the food much better, with fast service and friendly staff. Ultimately, after a wonderful evening of dining and drinks, we paid €88 for two people. Definitely not expensive.

Nice place. Taken over by new owners. It's a shame the sushi and wok dishes are so-so. And a few times we had a roll that simply fell apart. They also have an all-you-can-eat concept. But for alcoholic drinks like beer and wine, there's an extra €1 per glass, and for a cocktail, it's €3.50. The cocktail is then half-filled with ice cubes. (Espresso Martini and Pornstar Martini) So I understand why they only charge €3.50. When I left the restaurant, I politely indicated my bill at checkout, and then I got a strange reaction: "Are you just here for the cocktails or something?" And well, you have to like this concept.

Goya offers surprisingly competitive prices for beer, wine, and cocktails. You can enjoy not only good draft beer, but also bottled beers like Affligem and even Japanese beer. We used to love coming here, but there were some changes (and I now read they're under new ownership), so we went back. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and asked if we wanted all-inclusive or not. So we opted for all-inclusive. My immediate surprise was that they charge an extra euro for wine and beer? Why on earth am I even going all-inclusive? The new layout is uninviting, like a large, open, all-you-can-eat shack. Yes, it looks nice, but the open layout takes away the intimacy, and the noise of everyone else is no longer muffled. It's simply become unpleasant. We also ordered a cocktail, a Mojito... well, I may have only worked in the hospitality industry for about 20 years, but this was the worst Mojito ever. Even ready-made Mojitos from the supermarket come closer. And then there's the food, which is actually the most important thing at a place like this. It was just "OK." The problem is that it was just OK, which isn't necessarily bad, but if you add up all the negatives, it simply wasn't good. All in all, we won't be back.

The restaurant has been taken over and is now under new ownership! I would recommend everyone to eat here; you can taste the love in the dishes. The dishes are beautifully presented, including the specials (which cost a little extra, but are more than worth it). We're not from the area and drive about 30 minutes to eat here. Believe me, it's worth it. We've eaten here once on a weekend and once during the week, and the service remains excellent! I can't wait to go back. Five of us had a lovely meal at Goya Sushi and Frituur. It all tasted quite good. We were helped by friendly staff. Occasionally, a tray came quite close to my head. Those large trays were quite uncomfortable, of course. Eventually, I had a conversation with a young man, a restaurant employee, who asked if he could give me his card (after a brief conversation). He turned out to be a Jehovah's Witness, unfortunately, not my kind of faith! I politely returned the card. Is this the modern way to recruit members of the Jehovah's Witnesses? Strange aftertaste!

My son turned 13 and got to choose where he wanted to eat for his birthday. I'd never been to Goya because I didn't like it. But I thought, okay, new owners, let's give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi was fresh and really delicious, as was the rest of the menu. The service was super friendly, and the lady even came out singing with an ice fountain for my son's birthday. It was so much fun and definitely worth going back.

I read the negative reviews just before I left, but we (10 people) had a delicious meal and didn't have to wait long. The new ordering method is a bit tricky, mainly because the menu numbers aren't in the app, which would make it easier. After closing, I realized something and decided to text the number again. To my great surprise, they responded quickly, and I received my receipt again. Great service! As for the atmosphere, I missed some music in the background. Oh, and it's also great for kids!

The new owner has elevated this restaurant from the all-you-can-eat snack bar vibe to a whole new level. Not the hectic, chaotic environment where you're just a number and your food is involuntarily served or thrown at the table, but genuine service, like in a full-fledged restaurant, with interaction between the staff and the guests. Upon arrival, a warm welcome and a personal chat. Engaged, not contrived. A modest pride radiates from how beautiful and well they've created this restaurant. The staff are well-trained and proud to talk about their scientific studies. A peaceful atmosphere prevails. Piano music plays in the background. A clean restroom where you can sit comfortably without poking yourself halfway into the sanitary bin. The food was fantastic, the wine so much better than before, and the cocktails were top-notch. All in all, you pay more, as wine and beer are +€1 per drink, but it's worth it. We'll definitely be back.

I've been a regular for years, never had a single complaint with the previous owners, but I left yesterday so disappointed. The service was very slow, it took ages to get our drinks, and we also had to wait quite a while for our food. The food... the sushi was very cold and sticky, and all the meat that came off the wok/grill was dry, hard, or chewy. Even the shrimp could have been used as a ping-pong ball. It's such a shame, but after eight years of regular visits, we have to say goodbye to Goya. We miss the old owner terribly!

Great food! The beef is excellent! Delicious sushi! The wasabi is a bit bland, it could be a bit spicier. The shrimp and chicken in the sauce could use a bit more salt; it seemed saltless. The coffee is delicious!
