What a messy place, no fun, just alcoholics and sniffers and problem people, the fact that the place is still open is such a nuisance, but that is the fault of the owner

You won't find a nice pub that is also affordable anywhere else in Leeuwarden

This is another of the cozy catering establishments where I feel as if I am in an Amsterdam brown café.

If you are looking for an authentic brown pub in a working-class neighborhood: found it. Wonderful atmosphere, as if time had not stood still. Don't be distracted by the somewhat boring exterior, after all, it's what happens inside that counts. Pool billiards, darts, it's all possible. They also serve excellent sandwiches. Bartender is very hospitable and knows his trade. Just take a look!
