Grande Gyros is the best spot in town! The food is incredibly fresh and you can taste that it’s made with love. Every bite has that authentic Greek flavor — tender meat, rich sauces, and perfectly crisp pita. What makes this place truly special, though, are the owners. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for quality and flavor in both savory dishes as well as a variety of amazing desserts, Grande Gyros is a must. Highly recommended!

We both had a large pita gyro. It tasted okay, but we found it rather small and quite expensive at €9. It was also noticeable that the meat didn't come straight off the spit, but from a warming tray. Such a shame.

Ordered food through Thuiszorgd before 5:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, the food still hadn't arrived. It's impossible to contact Grande Gyros. The only known phone number on Facebook goes straight to voicemail. I contacted the delivery driver through Thuiszorgd who was supposed to be on his way with the food, but he only told me he couldn't deliver the food and that I should contact Thuiszorgd. Worthless. Then you're stuck waiting for your food with small children. Paid €50 for nothing.

I've ordered delicious gyros platters here, and they've always been hot, well-filled, and delicious! The fries are delicious. Not those thin McDonald's fries you get at the shawarma place. Just decent, not soggy. Tzatziki is also very tasty! And the price? Well, we live in expensive times. If you expect something quality for a few euros, you'll unfortunately have to adjust your expectations. Grande Gyros isn't cheap, but we think it's definitely worth it! We hope you'll be back taking orders soon; we'll be back then.

Hello, I've never been to Grande Gyros myself, but I order regularly. The food is really tasty, the gyros is my favorite, with tzatziki, great fries, and always fresh salads. Yummy :) You can eat a good meal for 30 to 40 euros, so it's not cheap, but it's worth the price... I recommend it to everyone!

The hygiene as food service is very inadequate, I will never buy anything here again, I even had diarrhea quite quickly after eating

Pita bread with a few fries, some lettuce and 2 pieces of meat, what you had to look for, how it was delivered very unappetizing, will not order there again

There was a hair in my food. The Gyros sandwich was a "do it yourself" package. Foul-mouthed staff do not provide compensation for the unhygienic and unappetizing food they brought. But 2 people who give you a big mouth from here to Moscow. And also blame you for the food they delivered. Unfriendly, unreasonable and distasteful. Everything is up to the customer or to Thuisbezorgd.nl and they take 0 responsibility. 10 out of 10, DO NOT RECCOMEND. And when I read their reactions to others, they don't take responsibility for anyone and treat everyone unkindly when they receive criticism. It's that you have to give one star. But I strongly advise against eating here. I think it's a great shame that you can't add a photo of your child here.

Food is not good...French fries that are week are pressed into a pita gyros with tzaziki sauce on top while I didn't want that and there is a hair in my wife's salad...and then you speak to them and then it's yes, you did that yourself, well no, so my wife is blonde and I don't have long hair

After having seen them more than once and having read the reviews, including the owner's responses to reviews, which may or may not be too polite, I tried it myself, the food is fine but not extremely special as others have also noted, prices are high for a food truck that's for sure, I'll visit them again, I only had gyros now, I'll try the souvlaki or something sometime, hope the owner doesn't get too angry...... After 30 minutes already a response.... will definitely eat gyros somewhere else, excellent gyros in Brunssum!!! Lovely SITTING at the Lindeplein €16 for a great gyros dish including salad buffet!! Add a drink and you have a delicious meal and a seat for €0.50 more than standing on a sidewalk..... (n.b. it is spring roll not Lumpia) I have no idea what those spring rolls have to do with it, but oh well.... I can't find that Gold Award for the best food in NL anywhere, but 1st in Heerlen maja Heerlen, Limburg 2nd place nationally, I only saw place 38...

Gyros are fine, but 18.50 for a gyros dish to eat at a standing table outside a food truck is a bit steep, win a prize or not. If you sit down at a Greek restaurant, a dish costs around €16, with a beer you will spend just as much and you will also be sitting comfortably. Well to answer immediately, I have given several more than 3 stars, and excellent reviews! For 5 stars it has to be really excellent, but it's nice that you read my other reviews, maybe you can learn something from them instead of answering like that. Go to Bakkerbart in Beek and see how the ladies there deal with customers. Your prices are just high, and I have often seen your truck with standing tables only, like at the fair in Heerlen, that you react like that actually says enough about the whole Grande gyros, just stick to your regular customers! You don't have that many reviews at all, maybe only family and acquaintances, someone who writes honestly what he thinks you will respond to, there are several who think your Gyros are fine but not excellent, one didn't even like the gyros, I do. yet! I'll see if I see you somewhere in a few years' time, because you're not very good at winning new customers and when the weather is bad, people really prefer to sit indoors for the same money! Well good luck and we'll see, hope your business increases and your reviews too! .......there are plenty of places that are great in my reviews so read them again! Like a few while you're there....... everyone who has even the slightest bit of criticism, you answer this way and then to say I know who you are, etc. is ridiculous... and how you get to the the conclusion that I give criticism in a review to promote the work of an acquaintance is really a mystery to me. I can honestly say that there is no acquaintance in my reviews, only things where I have had good experiences, I rather think that you are the ones who get good reviews from acquaintances and friends!!... if that's all you have to rely on..... well good luck then!

The owner is rude. Has a short temper. We came a few times for fresh, tasty food, but this man is rude. When one goes to eat one wants to relax and feel like a customer. Tip; keep making good food and let go of arrogance. Don't. We are not happy with that. Too bad, good food, meat unfortunately cold but otherwise enjoy your meal..

Just ate the tiramisu for dessert.....during working hours. I've been lying on my back on top of my desk for 20 minutes now, my boss has already looked dirty 3 times but it doesn't bother me anymore, my world is perfectly happy and satisfied :)

These people recently joined the camp at the market on Mondays and Tuesdays. I am a gyros lover and tried this on 08-04-2024 and what a party of delicious gyros, friendly people I hope you can stay there for a long time. stand by patrick

Had salmon gyros , meat gyros , BBQ , tiramisu , strawberry cake and more during my stay in Heerlen. Everything was so delicious I can't wait to go back ! Also the quality and the service was 5 ⭐ for sure !!

We hebben hier meerdere malen ter plekke gegeten en we zijn zoooo aangenaam verrast. Tot nu toe hebben wij gehad: Pita zalm gyros, bbq lavash, pita falafel, pita kip gyros, pita varkensgyros. en de desserts kadaifi en tiramisu. Alles met zorg en liefde bereid, dát proef je ECHT. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam echtpaar en dochter. Van ons krijgen ze een dikke 10; kortom een TOP aanrader !

Heerlijke gyros! Het was een lekker broodje met verse salade en heerlijk mals vlees.

Eerste keer wat gehaald. Bestelt via thuisbezorgd keurig gebeld dat het adres niet goed was en het goede adres gekregen. Het eten was heerlijk het broodje gyros alleen vlees. Was verrukkelijk. De mixed grill was ook fantastisch heerlijk vanaf de houtskool grill. Echt een aanrader! het was gewoon erg goed te eten. Niet te gekruid. Alles goed op smaak!! Een echte aanrader.

Het eten is ok, niets speciaals. Minder goed is dat ze op hun website totaal niet aangeven dat ze niet meer bezorgen maar dat de bestelling alleen afgehaald kan worden. Dat zorgde er bij ons voor dat we na een telefoontje naar hen toch nog snel de auto in moesten om ons bestelde eten op te halen. Een excuus kon er niet af, integendeel, er werd tegen ons geschreeuwd aan de telefoon. Voor ons dus de laatste keer!

Thuis uit eten. Super snelle bezorging en lekker eten. Gaan we zeker nog een keer doen.
