I saw the location in a video by food guru Bernd Zehner and took the opportunity to take a break there on the way back from Holland. The food is typically Dutch and I think everyone knows the taste!! I was very satisfied and super strengthened for the rest of the journey and of course also thanks to the nice team at Grenskiosk.

We had been to Grenskiosk for lunch. The food was very tasty! The service was very friendly. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the ambience.

All in all it was quite okay. Standard Dutch "delicacies. The fresh fish that is used here for kibbeling and fried fish instead of frozen goods would be absolutely positive. The lady at the checkout seemed a bit annoyed, which you could clearly see while you were waiting for your ordered food. Rolling your eyes and looking away annoyed isn't so nice. Even if a customer takes longer to place his order. The prices are rather high and the portion of kibbeling you get there for €6.50 is honestly not okay. Even in Domburg am Meer it would be bigger and tastier. There's just a bit of spice missing here. You can't really expect ambience. It's just like a rest stop with an isolated chip shop. You can drive there if you pass by, but I wouldn't drive there specifically.

This snack bar is absolutely unbeatable when it comes to kibbeling! I've often driven an hour just to eat here and it's worth it every time. Nowhere else have I had such delicious kibbeling, so crispy, fresh and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous and you can simply taste the quality. If you are looking for real, really good kibbeling, you should definitely try this snack bar.

We come here several times a year, traveling 40 km, just because of the fries!

And the location is absolutely brilliant... b the gas station and on the border... you can sit comfortably outside 😃😋

A real recommendation! Far from “good” food but exactly what you need during a long trip. I would recommend the fries with goulash and the kibbeling. Gladly again at any time! Ps. Toilets are opposite at the gas station ;-)

Met the owner when they came to rent a boat from us. When we arrived there was a long line. That is a good sign. It all went very quickly, it was our turn to order quickly and we may have had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes for our food. Fries were tasty and the fish was highlight!

So we discovered it by chance... and I have to say... super tasty 😋 had an xxl frikandel special about 60 centimeters long, with fries special and some flirty meat... it was quick, price and service were all great and outside too all clean . Would love to come back, parking in front of the door is not an issue.

It's been a long time since I've eaten something so tasty at a snack bar. Everything fresh and deliciously prepared. Great fried fish, not oily but crispy and tender. Kibbelings at its finest. Fresh fries. Everything we ordered there was delicious. The employees are all in a good mood and have a sense of calm despite the huge rush. We drove past it for years. Until I saw the strong Frankfurter eating there online. More than just a recommendation!!

The kibbeling and the fries were very tasty. The staff behind the counter friendly. It was really quick until our portions were ready. One point deducted for the ambience as the outdoor seating is nowhere sheltered from the wind and the delicious food quickly got cold. But of course still recommended.

It's a good, classic Dutch chip shop with additional sales of coffee, soft drinks etc. The kibbeling or fried fish with fries is special because it is fresh. You have to wait a bit when it's busy, but everything is freshly prepared. Truck drivers are also often found there, which speaks for the value for money and quality.
