Cozy, busy, good food. Two mistakes with the drinks, otherwise no problem.

We had a wonderful meal at the charming CostaRozzi. We weren't familiar with the restaurant and, thanks to the good reviews, drove from Amersfoort to Zeist to try it out. We could choose to dine inside or outside, but we chose inside. A very friendly waitress quickly came to take our drink orders. The menu is extensive; we had trouble choosing, so we decided to go for three courses. All the food was delicious. The only tip we'd give the restaurant is to serve tomato rice in addition to fries. We were a bit disappointed with that. Otherwise, everything was truly excellent: the very friendly service, delicious food, and a house drink make us happy to return!

Excellent food with good portions, value for money, good atmosphere. We often take friends or family here when they come visit from out of town.

Great place to eat but do NOT let them deliver. The prices you pay: 13.50 for 4 overcooked shrimps, 27.50 mixed grill which can't even be for 1 person. And what is most scandalous: Lemonpie 8 euros for a small bowl, 6 euros for 1 piece of baklava. The portions are not in proportion to the prices because 60 euros further for 2 people and still hungry.

Great place. My husband and I were there for dinner yesterday. Despite the many guests, we didn't have to wait long for our order. Everything was delicious, the cherry tart was unbelievably good. 🤤The service was very helpful and friendly, if we are in the area again, we will definitely book a table.👌🏻

Best Greek restaurant in the area!!!

After a long time we visited Costa Rozzi again, and then you wonder why we waited so long. The 3 course dinner was delicious, Keftedakia and Kalimari delicious, the mixed grill for 2, delicious. And then if there is room, the chef's dessert, which is truly fantastic. It's a pity that no additional side dishes are listed on the menu, such as tomato rice and oven-baked potatoes. Small downside, if you order fries you get an amount for 1 person while there are 2 of you. Furthermore, the food was more than excellent and the staff was very pleased.

First time eating out Greek in the Netherlands! And what an experience. Good food, friendly staff, busy due to King's Day but they could handle it well.

Neat restaurant. The reception by the service was initially very friendly. We had reserved a table a week in advance at 5 p.m. and asked in the reservation whether it was possible to get a table at the window. We got this (by the way, there are at least 3 other tables by the window). When we were seated (at exactly 5 p.m.) the owner (?) came to tell us that the waiter had put us at this table, and apparently he didn't think that was a good idea. He told us that we could stay until 7pm at the latest because he had already promised the table to guests who had really asked for it (apparently this did not apply to us?). Unfortunately, the tone and content did not come across as friendly or welcoming. I read little reflection in the responses to other reviews. That's why I like to stick to one piece of advice: if you accidentally allocate tables in this way, which makes things a bit cramped: the kitchen can plan the serving of dishes in such a way that you don't get stuck with the next reservation. This prevents you from having to blame the problem on the guest, as this does not provide such a hospitable feeling. Another option would have been to seat the next guests at a different table by the window. Or finally the option to tell us that a window table was unfortunately not possible. This prevents a feeling of time pressure on both sides and more relaxation, which is, after all, what you go out for dinner. The contact with the other service was very pleasant and the food was tasty (not very special). Edit: It is a pity that you choose to provide a different representation of the contact than reality (you did not offer us this choice) instead of taking the feedback to heart for a better experience for future guests. Good luck with your restaurant, it is also easy to imagine that this is hard work.

We often go to a Greek restaurant, this is the first time we didn't get free ouzo. But the service and atmosphere make up for it. It was quite busy but we didn't have to wait long for food and drinks And then I'm not even talking about the food. Nice and tender, even the giros were brilliant.

What a nice host, who, despite understaffing, has everything under control and guests don't get anything from it. The food is delicious and the atmosphere relaxed and casual. We will definitely come back!

Ate here for the first time tonight. As a starter we had the Saganaki and the Octopus, as a main course the Stifado and the Mixed Grill Deluxe. The dishes looked beautiful and tasted good. The meat from the mixed grill was wonderfully tender. For dessert we shared a Baklava (normally we don't eat dessert, but given the good stories about it in the reviews we had to try it anyway). Exquisite! Then a nice cappuccino and coffee. We had a delicious meal! The point of improvement is the service. We didn't think she (with the exception of the younger girl) seemed talkative or friendly. Serving over the guests instead of standing next to the table is also not pleasant. But it seems like a small effort to improve this. Maybe try it again next time.

Atmospheric restaurant and very friendly staff/service. Delicious starter shared together: Pikilia - selection of Greek snacks (see photo). Highly recommended to take this! As a main course we also chose to share: Fotia dish for 2 people - Souflaki, Gyros and Lamb Chop were well seasoned and very tender (see photo). However, we might have been better off starting with the tenderloin, because it was overcooked and less flavored. The sousouki was also a bit on the dry side. But apart from that, my compliments for the food! And as icing on the cake we got a drink on the house :)

Chose this restaurant because of the man below with his halal obsession. Everything in that review is nonsense. First of all, I laughed a lot upon arrival (because of the negative reviews). Super friendly owner. Friendly and fast service. The food was sublime. I had a gyro pan myself. I recommend every Muslim to convert to Christian so you can try this delicious dish for yourself! The service is very friendly and you don't have to wait very long. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant. The decor is cozy without being cliché. They have an evening photo of the Acropolis on the back wall that is so sharp you feel like you are looking out of a window. Good for the holiday feeling. Had dinner here again tonight, a really cozy and delicious restaurant. At other restaurants, grilled meat tends to become dry quickly. Here the meat is really wonderfully tender and juicy. We will definitely come back here more often.

The owner walks around stressed from minute 1 and becomes visibly upset when we ask if we can sit at a table other than the one he shows us. If one of us wants more certainty whether the dish is really halal, he is snubbed by the stressed owner, just as he probably snubs his staff. We should have quit then. The Moussaka was dry, too much potato and tasteless, the tomato soup and stew tasted good. All in all: bad vibe created by the owner and the food was disappointing. Response: In any case, you never snub customers and your employee indicated that it was not halal. That's where the doubts started.

I had dinner here with colleagues and we all enjoyed it. They put together a menu for all of us, the various snacks were put on the table and were incredibly tasty. Both starter and main course were varied, more than enough and incredibly tasty. Grand dessert is also recommended!

We arrived and the 5 of us were seated at a 4-person table, while 4 walked in just before us and were seated at a 5-person table, very special. We then received our starter quite quickly, but we had to wait 1.5 hours for our main course while the starter plates were still on the table and we were also very thirsty because this was not asked in between. When the people next to us (who arrived later) received their food earlier, I said something about it, I was ignored, but they walked straight to the kitchen. I received no feedback about this. This was very unfortunate. Eventually we got salad and fries on the table, but it still took fifteen minutes before we got our main course. 1 of our main course was ice cold. Before you can indicate this, it will take a while because the staff walking around doesn't look up or around, so you almost have to do crazy stunts to get attention. Read; We went to the service ourselves 3 times for attention. The food was otherwise tasty, but the service was really bad!! The owner, we think, looks angry all the time. He almost threw the drink on the table, so we had a nice evening! Yamas

This is the best Greek restaurant I have ever eaten at. Because of my work I attend fairs in various places and I have eaten in many restaurants. I love Greek cuisine, but I have never had it as delicious as at this restaurant. Perhaps not the cheapest in the Netherlands, but the quality and delicious taste more than makes up for this and the staff is also friendly and cooperative. In short... great!!!

A great restaurant in itself, but I missed; 1. ouzo upon arrival 2. nice Greek background music 3. rice with menu instead of standard fries 4. employees who look into the restaurant because only after a long wave did someone come by 5. barely any added value of mixed grill deluxe compared to regular 6. soft drink placed in bottle and not poured 7. sorbet ice cream was more sweet than ice cream

Great food, everything was well prepared. Too bad bread and herb butter came immediately with the main course. We had already asked about it, but unfortunately. Everything else is fine. A tip: make sure that the air conditioning is turned on at the round table. And what I noticed is that my clothes smelled in the wind for an hour when I got home. So something is going wrong with the kitchen and the drain smells. Hope you can fix that

Downright disappointed. We didn't like the food and the atmosphere was very rushed. It seemed that the restaurant could not handle the number of guests and therefore we were stuck. We do not recommend eating here (at least at a busy time)

Cozy restaurant. What I missed upon entering was a glass of ouzo, which is offered as a welcome drink in many Greek restaurants. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and nicely seasoned, as you would expect in a Greek restaurant. The portions were just right. Not too much and not too little. In the background we could enjoy quiet Greek music.

Taste of the souvlakis was ok but not special, meat was tender. Lower quality gyros. Small portions and it is more pricey than the average Greek restaurant. Very nice and fast service, a nice restaurant where you can have a nice meal.

Wat een gastvrij ontvangst! Wij waande ons met 3 gezinnen (totaal 10 personen) in een waar Grieks eethuis op de hoek van Zeist centrum. Ondanks onze verschillende wensen en vragen over de kaart, bleef de eigenaar geduldig en dacht graag mee. Voor ieder die goed vlees wil een aanrader!! De toetjes waren een MEGA afsluiting!!

Meh...our food didn't come at the same time, 2 people had to wait a long time and so did we all. No Greek rice, no Greek salad, I suspect no Greek in the kitchen either. Very full and a lot of noise. We're not going again.
