What a wonderful evening with the family! The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the restaurant exudes a cozy, picturesque atmosphere. The food was excellent and completed the experience. Definitely recommended!

Quaint, Greek restaurant. Had a delicious meal there with the family (6 adults/2 children). Short waiting times. Ouzo at the beginning and end of the visit. Everything was perfect.

A great evening with the family. The food was perfect. The landlord gave great service. A perfect feeling of well-being and everything was brought to you quickly. Portion could be a bit bigger. But that's just my opinion. You can park great in front of the door :)

Even though it was very busy, the service was very friendly and fast. However, the vegetarian dish was not entirely to our taste, but of course tastes differ. My friend was going to get some kind of meat, but we realized too late that it would still have to come, of course we could have indicated that better ourselves

If you want delicious Greek food, this is the place for you. The interior could use a freshening up, but everything is clean and tidy. The service doesn't have a problem and thinks along well.

Delicious food with a good atmosphere, highly recommended

Since we don't like the food at Center Parcs, we searched the internet for a good Greek restaurant and came across Greek Restaurant Kreta in Gennep. 10 minutes from Center Parcs, reserved in advance by telephone for Saturday evening. Reservations are recommended as this is a very popular restaurant. When we arrived it was already quite busy, but we were still welcomed friendly and shown to the table. With 2-3 people in service, they work hard and serve with a big smile. The food was delicious, sometimes we had to be a little more patient, which was not a problem at all, we were able to learn Greek from the napkin, enjoy the music and admire the decoration of the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Heerlijk eten uit de Griekse keuken. Bereid en geserveerd door vriendelijke, hardwerkende mensen. Regelmatig ben ik in Gennep voor werk Kreta is inmiddels mijn go to restaurant voor diner. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

Today 28-7-24 I ate here for the second time. What a friendly and smooth owner. We had a lot of laughs with him! Wonderful people like that! And also important.... Big cat lover. Then you will quickly score But other than that, the food was really great. The taste, the preparation... Everything is perfect and everything is simply delicious. Nice Greek/ Cretan restaurant with fast service

The best Greek restaurant I know, honest and delicious for a good price!

We ordered calamari and two mix grill dishes from this Greek restaurant to pick up. The food would be ready in 15 minutes. I thought that was very optimistic, but with an expected arrival time of 18 minutes, just to be sure, I left immediately. And yes! When we arrived, the food was just ready! Due to the travel time, things were of course a little softer when you got home, but you know that in advance. The food tasted great and it was a generous portion. We recommend this restaurant.

When we stay in the area we always eat here. The owner of Restaurant Kreta in Gennep, Usak Sava, is very friendly. Nothing is too much for him. The food is really delicious and takes us back to holidays in Greece. Especially with the Greek music in the background. We will of course eat here again when we are in the area again.

Small restaurant with a lot of chaos in the service at first glance, but that could be due to the crowds. This meant there was little overview. The food was very tasty, the meat was very tender. We will go back again to experience the atmosphere more.

Good tasty Greek food for a fair price. We were craving Greek food and hadn't been here yet so we wanted to give them a try, and it was a good choice! The place may not look inviting at first, it is all a bit dated. But the friendliness with which we were received made up for everything. And what a delight the food was, we opted for the Crete dish for two, which was absolutely delicious. Includes a good Greek salad and fresh tzatziki, the meat was well prepared and very tasty, and there were potato slices and more than enough rice. For dessert, the baklava with ice cream was also a delight. So we rolled out satisfied. Tip: it can sometimes be busy, reservations are a must and highly recommended for delicious Greek food with friendly service!

Last Tuesday we went to Greek Restaurant Kreta in Gennep for dinner in the evening. Our boys had little experience with Greek food, so the owner convinced them to have a nice piece of chicken with the fries instead of a frikandel. They liked it so much that they ended up trying everything. We all had a delicious meal and had a great time.

Gisteravond heerlijk gegeten samen met mijn vriend. Vriendelijke service, aardige man die ons hielp. Op de achtergrond gezellige griekse muziek. Goede prijsverhouding.

Leuk klein restaurant waar je binnenkomt in het take-away gedeelte en al snel is de avond gemaakt. Een vriendelijke gastheer verwelkomt je en geeft aan dat bij het raam in November best koud kan zijn dus je wordt ergens anders geplaatst. Gyro en Varkenshaas genomen, wat een genot en echt heerlijk eten voor niet te veel geld!

Wanneer je ongevraagd mayonaise op de tafel gezet krijgt, laat hem dan teruggaan, want hiervoor wordt anders 2 Euro extra berekend. Weinig friet bij de maaltijd. Veel vlees.

Wir waren letzte Woche im Center Parc „Het Hejderbos“ und sind dann einen Abend ins Restaurant Kreta gefahren. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, wurden aber sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns (8 Personen inkl. Kinder) wurde prompt aus mehreren Tischen eine sehr nette Essecke gezaubert. Uns wurde direkt auch eine deutsche Karte gegeben und die Bedienung war sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Nach der Bestellung warteten wir ca. 15 Minuten und das Essen stand auf dem Tisch. Essen war reichlich und ausgesprochen lecker, auf Sonderwünsche wurde auch geachtet. Beim nächsten Besuch im Center Parc werden wir wieder dort essen gehen.
