The half chicken was extremely salty, so I could only eat a little bit of it. This was very disappointing as it was my main course and I was therefore unable to enjoy my meal. My friend's spare ribs were tasty. The fries were crispy, normally you get limp fries delivered to you at restaurants. However, the portion of fries for two people was on the small side, especially compared to what you get at other restaurants. Hopefully the restaurant can improve the quality of their dishes, because there is certainly potential. Edit: I just received a call from grill heroes and they said they were annoyed that the chicken was not to my liking and they would have liked it if I had called so they could solve it for me. That was very customer-friendly of them. I will also receive a discount code for my next order.

In the past I regularly ordered food from Grillhelden Krommenie, it was always good, so I placed an order yesterday with 2x the same portion of chicken shawarma and something else, 1 of the 2 containers had almost nothing in it, I made a phone call about this, indicated that I wanted this special. and because I bought €50 worth of food, I thought I would report this. At first I was surprised at how the phone was answered, YES, just sayin', I told them that there was almost no food in 1 container, there also seemed to be no herbs on it, the meat was completely white compared to the other container. . The lady indicated that another one would be brought, it was written on the lid: extra much, with a smiley, this made me laugh when I opened the bag, I said to my wife, look, with a wink making sure your customers are satisfied. It took 10 minutes before I received a call from the best lady I had spoken to on the phone before, she had the courage to tell me that something had been eaten from the container, I indicated that I was so surprised given the amount and that is why I had called, there was really very little in the container. The lady then indicates in a rather unfriendly manner that if this happened again, I would eat from the container and I would have to pay for the delivered portion. This was the last straw for me, I was not only snubbed here but also made a liar. I made this known, the response was, okay, have a nice evening! You understand that this was the last time I ordered food here, even though the food was tasty after the almost empty container was replaced. Advice: Get your food elsewhere where people are customer-oriented and will politely talk to you if you have questions

I don't know what was going on today... ordered food for 60 euros, it arrived 2 hours and fifteen minutes after ordering... when we called after an hour and fifteen minutes, they said it was on its way, so it took another hour before the order arrived... I had also ordered something to eat for my child, who had already gone to bed when the food arrived at a quarter past 8...

Really delicious food. Chicken satay and the joe burger and spare ribs were devilish. Everything was delicious, the sauces and herb butter were very tasty

Ordered 2 portions of spare ribs today because we had good experiences here with spare ribs in the past. The top rib was wonderfully tender until we started on the other 2. We couldn't even tear the bones apart, they were so tough and hard. Deep disappointment and also a great waste of your €36

Spareribs were delivered cremated...black, bitter and dry of course... Received new ones after reporting and unfortunately they were completely dry and overcooked... and little meat on the bone...

This is the first review I'm writing in my life. But I really want to say something about it now. I loved the spareribs the first 2 times we ordered. But this is now the 3rd time that it is not tasty. The 1st time it was not tasty, the spare ribs were burnt, the 2nd time there was no meat on the bone, and now the 3rd time the fries were hollow because they had been fried for so long and the spare ribs were dried out while my husband's were good . I don't dare order again, the times when it was wrong now outweigh the times when it was right. It's a shame because I always really enjoyed it at first. :(

Tasty burgers in themselves, but the extra ordered additions were forgotten on 1 burger due to crowds on a Saturday. Can happen of course. Emailed about this, heard nothing. Later I emailed again and then received a call that I would immediately receive a discount coupon in the email. But... in the end I didn't get anything (no, not even in my spam folder). I don't feel like chasing the 3 euro discount a third time. Feel like giving 1 star.

Very bad service. Waited two hours for burgers, can happen but they were ice cold. When you call to report this, Rob gets irritated but doesn't understand why I don't agree with a cold burger for 14 euros after two hours. Rob will supposedly come to you with a discount code in the email. Not received after 6 days. Not recommended. This is very unfortunate

Unfortunately, the quality can be very variable. The burgers are generally fine, but this weekend the spare ribs and chicken were really not tasty. The fries are also often cooked way too far.

Got our food here on Friday and it was really delicious. Nice owner and very hospitable.

5 years ago I had a good memory of grill heroes about spareribs. Ordered spare ribs for the first time today, but what a disappointment this was. I don't know what happened in recent years, what a deception. Unfortunately this will be the last time.

Ordered last time. After a long wait and calling, a lukewarm dish was delivered. The food is good, so can happen, try again. Unfortunately we have been waiting for over two hours now and after calling again only apologies about a bit of a storm. Too bad, but this was the last time. Hope I get something to eat tonight.

Ordered once, it was super good. Ordered again and it went completely wrong. A terribly unkind owner in Krommenie. Really a shame, I read the reviews of the last 2 months and you can see from the responses that communication is improving. Nice to see. Accusing customers or guests of things that have not been said is not okay. We will no longer order from here, the owner made this known loud and clear. Good luck to those who have to communicate with the owner/manager of that day if there are complaints.

Ordering is total hell. The website doesn't work and they can't be reached by phone. Being able to order via the app and the food that is delivered is OK. Nothing more and nothing less. I had to wait a long time for my order.

the food was okay, at least... what was delivered and unfortunately that was not the entire order. We had to make a reservation by telephone because the site did not work on the computer and on several telephones (so it really didn't work?) Everyone in the house heard the order clearly twice, so I am sure that we have clearly agreed on what was going to happen. has been ordered. So not everything was delivered and we live a maximum of 10 minutes drive from the tent, so we called to say that a dish was missing, this could be delivered but this would take 40 minutes (!!). well, no thanks. we would pay by card since we had a telephone order. The delivery person didn't have the pin with him, so we would get a pat on the back via the app. 2 days later (!!) I received a payment request with the ''friendly request'' to pay for this (of course) without any hello or greeting, I received a payment request. We were always fans of the grill heroes, but this is no longer necessary.

De spareribs zijn echt heerlijk en ik ben best kieskeurig. Service en contact is ook prima in orde!!

Spareribs/patat en wedges zijn altijd heel goed, dus een aanrader! Eten altijd binnen de tijdsperiode en de service is ook prima.

Topkwaliteit. Voor het hele gezin besteld en iedereen vond het heerlijk. Gaan we zeker vaker bestellen.

Leuk personeel en het eten is fantastisch

Burgers zijn lekker, op vers brood en met salade. Raadt iedereen de wedges aan, patat wordt altijd keihard geleverd. Meerdere keren hier de ribs geprobeerd maar helaas elke keer taai. Kipshoarma was altijd favoriet maar valt de laatste tijd tegen, harde stukjes vlees. Jammer. Contant betalen bij bezorgen zou ook wel fijn zijn.

4x ossenhaas Bali besteld. Vlees was taai en bevatte veel moeilijk te snijden spieren. Bijgeleverde kruidenboter was bij aflevering gesmolten en daardoor olie geworden.

Afgelopen zondag bestelde we eten om 18.15 het zou 19.15 geleverd worden om die tijd kregen we een telefoontje dat het door drukte om 19.45 bezorgt zou worden. Geen probleem vonden we maar niet blij. Het werd bezorgt maar ons eten was koud en we braken onze tanden op de patat die waarschijnlijk 3x gebakken was. Wat hebben we een domper gehad wij zouden dit niet meer bestellen en zullen geen goede reclame maken

Sparerib Express??? Gewoon 5 sterren voor deze spare ribs. Sappig, mals, frites top en de knoflooksaus is heerlijk. Bezorging precies op tijd. Grill helden!

Vanavond spareribs en ossenhaas besteld. Bij bevestiging stond bezorgtijd van klein uurtje later. Al na 25 minuten stonden ze op de stoep, helemaal goed. De patatjes waren lekker knapperig en heet, de spareribs waren prima op temperatuur, maar helaas was de ossenhaas net aan warm. De laatste stukje voelden zelfs koud aan. Heel jammer, want verder waren ze prima bereid. 3* omdat de rest wel goed was.

Toen ik ze opbelde bleken ze al dicht te zijn en ondanks dat alsnog m’n bestelling gemaakt! Spareribs waren perfect mals en heerlijk pittig van smaak en de patat en wedges waren super krokant. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

De spareribs zijn erg lekker. Maar de bezorg tijden die ze opgeven, dat wordt aardig overschreden. Maar goed het eten is ook goed, daarin tegen. Dus toch 4 sterren.

Prima ģrill bezorging voor een maaltijd om je vingers bij af te likken en ruime keus

Duivels spare ribs...heel lekker.

Lekkere burgers, maar helaas gaat het nogal eens mis met de bestelling (missende ingrediënten zoals spek of gebakken ei op de burger of een andere burger dan de bestelde versie) of duurt het heel lang voordat er bezorgd wordt. Wanneer je je ‘klacht’ meldt dan komt men met een semi grappige reactie (bijvoorbeeld strafregels voor de kok) of wordt er bijna vijandig gereageerd. Een taai broodje kan niet kloppen, want we hebben ‘s ochtends nog vers geleverd gekregen. Dat het zo vaak mis gaat ligt dan aan de te kritische klant, aldus de helden. Helaas zorgt deze arrogante houding ervoor dat wij hier onze laatste bestelling hebben gedaan.

We genieten elke keer van de heerlijke hamburgers. Helaas was de carpatio de laatste keer teleurstelend. Weinig vlees en veel sla voor deze prijs.

Heerlijke spareribs, zo moeten ze zijn (voor mij) !!herhaling gevaar zeer groot :-) De bij gerechten ook goed.(Het broodje bij de shoarma vonden we erg taai.) De kip Sate was ook erg lekker. bezorging vlot. Alles bij elkaar erg tevreden.

Eerste keer besteld bij dit restaurant. Flink aan de prijs maar als het goed en warm is is dat niet zo erg. Helaas was het vlees als de patat en de wedges lauw tot koud. Gebeld waarna de bestelling opnieuw werd geleverd. Nu was alles goed heet en heerlijk! Aangezien er 2 kansen voor nodig waren maar 3 sterren. Als er niet zo adequaat gehandeld was had ik maar 1 ster gegeven.

Erg lekker eten!! Mooie porties, was de eerste keer maar kom zeker vaker terug!!

Goede porties, lekker pittite satéh, goede saus. Een aanwinst voor Heerhugowaard.

4.2??? GEWOOON EEN DIKKE 5 STERREN!! Wij bestellen al vanaf dag 1 hier onze ribs, burgers omg de watertoren en spiezen en steaks. Nog nooit een slechte bestelling gehad. Soms wat langer maar ze hebben het ook gewoon druk soms. Vaste klant for ever lekker bezig helden 👌
