Grillroom Onur in Wijk 02 Buitenwijk West

The restaurant has a very open menu and friendly staff. I came with my son and they were very friendly and good at holding a conversation.

Very disrespectful owner. Curses customers in his language while smiling to them.

Came in for a quick bite, I visited this establishment and, as a non-Dutch speaker, was still trying to navigate the menu when a staff member; who appeared to be the owner; approached and asked for my order. I politely let him know I was still looking. His response was “yeah check it,” followed by a vulgar insult directed at my mother in Arabic, seemingly assuming I wouldn’t understand. I do speak Arabic. I understood every word. When I calmly addressed his behavior, he denied it and tried to act as though nothing had happened. I chose to leave rather than continue the interaction. No customer should be spoken to this way, in any language. The fact that he felt comfortable making that comment suggests it wasn’t a one-time slip. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially fellow Arabic speakers who will understand exactly what is being said about them.

The staff is always friendly. The food is always consistently high quality; I had a delicious kapsalon there.

Great place, delicious food. Portions were good. It was busy, but the service was still good. Hygiene was excellent.

Good pizzas compared to other places :) However, not so good durum falafel as it contained only falafel, onion and lettuce - I was missing tomato, cucumber, or cabbage - so it was quite tasteless. Kind service.

Since the new owner came it has become worse, which is a real shame, it was a good place

It was a delicious pita bread shawarma again

Best hair salon in Maastricht abi cok guzel

Best kebab shop ever! Good quality very good service definitely recommended

If you can't prepare food with love you shouldn't work in a restaurant

Very good food and very customer friendly

Good service and top quality food!!!

You have the best food in all of Maastricht. Really worth a plus 10.

Takeaway: nice guys, good food, good price

Always tasty and a friendly owner!

Friendly staff, even better food, definitely recommended!!!

The best hair salon in Maastricht and friendly staff, they still know what real service is. It won't be long before they have a Michelin star.

Great business, top owner, delicious shawarma and wonderful hair salon and the pizza shawarma is also delicious, really great and a great owner, really great, I'm a big fan of this business and I come there very often.

Tasty food, wide selection and good portions. Friendly staff and very relaxed.

Delicious food, super friendly staff and plenty of free parking nearby. The dishes and especially the hair salons are very tasty, Grillroom Onur is highly recommended!!

This man has a heart of gold💛. Good hard working man always polite and grateful. One of the few where you actually get meat at your hair salon and not just fries!

Best 'BUT' also the best Hair Salon place in the area! Quality & Price is really their thing! Always tasty, nothing I can complain about! Everything is so tip top, their service and their friendliness, you really want to come back here!

Even though I got the wrong food, it was really delicious

I can really recommend! Good food and lovely people!

Ordered 2 large dishes of shawarma Onur. These were delicious. Fries were not greasy at all. I haven't enjoyed good food this much in a long time. Even my wife was completely satisfied.

Good food, made fresh in front of you and decent prices

Always good! Service, quality and low price for high quality

Great food and choices and staff are very friendly.

I order a lot from them I am a satisfied customer

Delivered as agreed. Finally a hair salon that is not floating in fat. Very tasty, fair price.

Wonderful hair salon, fast delivery! Great value for money!

Delicious shawarma, the best in Maastricht. Very friendly owner.

We had the tastiest Kapsalon ever here last week!

10 out of 10. First time in and we felt like family. Great food. Will be back.

Delicious, golden yellow crispy fries that most chip shops can follow, shawarma dish, pita bread and fries, you get quality and plenty of it, all with a friendly smile from the owner, and very important, it is a neat business and certainly not expensive. Greetings John the painter

They always deliver on time Food was good, delicious sauces with sandwiches

Today we had pizza and a hair salon at Grillroom onur Delicious BEST HAIR SALON IN TOWN

Tasty food, good price quality, fast delivery, top👍

We ordered a vegetable pizza and a cheese pizza, very delicious, with a plate of very hot potatoes. The owner of the restaurant is friendly and smiles a lot and is quick to carry out orders. I do not have any comments. Yes, I recommend visiting him.

That kebab sandwich was really bad. Sandwich was soft, vegetables were heated, everything was bland, sandwich fell apart. It looked like the entire sandwich had been heated up in the microwave. Pity

Friendly staff...delicious shawarma onur with good flavors...delicious crispy fries, maybe add some sandwiches separately in the future, now the shawarma sandwich was very wet and difficult to eat with your hands without messing around. Tasty garlic sauce and delivered on time. it was still warm!!!

Delicious dishes, hygiene and price quality

Best pizza in Maastricht Too bad you don't have home delivery

Best kapsalon in Maastricht. The owner is a magnificent human beeing. Great place, this.

Always friendly. Excellent price-quality ratio, so definitely worth a visit

I received food that little man such a terrible face I was so couch he looks at me strangely

Terrible service, i have ordered an broodje kebab and i got basically two small pieces of bread and in between allot of dry tasteless meat with some traces of some old kale, no tomatoes, no onion, no taste whatsoever but the price is the same as at kebab point or Musti. Avoid it for your own sake..

Best hair salons in Maastricht and surrounding areas. The staff is always very friendly and helps quickly.

Delicious food and well cared for!!

Value for money, and wonderfully tasty and fresh.

Good food, good delivery, friendly people

Good price/quality ratio. Friendly owner. Food tasty and of good quality.

Delicious food and delivered quickly

Great humor when picking up a kebap sandwich!!

There is another chip shop nearby called Happy Frites. The service is slow. We ordered a pizza here, and they were clearly not prepared for that. The oven had to be heated up, the dough had to be rolled out... And that took a long time. And then bake the pizza.

Good food, been a customer for years and never disappoints

This is the place to come for a tasty shawarma dish or sandwich.

Super food and super customer friendly

known for his hair salon... humor

Always friendly and delicious food

Super friendly staff and delicious food🍴!! Our compliments👍 Greetings Marco & Linda

My preferred grillroom, always friendly and good food.
