Grillroom-Pizzeria Alanya in Dongen

Had a delicious meal at the Alanya Dongen. Received great service and the atmosphere is very cozy. Super nice fish and friendly staff!

After ordering for years and receiving excellent service, I ordered again today and received nothing. After a phone call, it turned out they had been by, but I didn't hear the bell, or rather, they didn't ring it! Apparently, my phone number was entered incorrectly with the order and it was simply returned. After years of good service, when you call, they don't even want to discuss this properly. This was the last order ever; that's not how you treat customers. By the way, a first-class know-it-all on the phone, proud of yourself, man.

If you want to eat pizza, you should definitely stop by, it's excellent.

At Alanya, they make delicious pizzas and grilled dishes. You can eat in, order delivery, or take out. The kitchen area looks very clean. Friendly staff.

Pizzaaaaaaaaaaaaa and something else just good

Great place, great pizza, after work

I don't know what happened at Donerhuis Alanya, but where we always used to get good food delivered, this is the ultimate opposite. The fries were thrown in with the meat and wrapped in aluminum foil, making the fries soggy and tough, the shawarma big tough lumps, the sauces were reduced portions of 1 spoon per container, so watered down that they were watery and tasteless, the tasty pita bread was replaced by a regular bun, but also wrapped in aluminum foil, so naturally that soggy and tough too... we did our best but it really was impossible to finish, it ended up straight in the bin... very unfortunate and also very costly, I have never experienced having to throw away 50 euros worth of food.

Do I need to say much more about this or….

Minimum order value: €17.50. It's time to learn how to make your own kebab. See you soon.

I have ordered from many places, but this remains my favorite. Fast delivery and not difficult to get a minimum delivery amount and good hair salon.

Friendly staff! The service was excellent, the food was ready quickly and the portions were large, for a good price, and it was delicious too. I'm very satisfied 😊

We can recommend this restaurant. Both small dishes and larger items are served with care. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Good food, reasonable prices, friendly service

Very very good We will definitely come again... The kebab is excellent, the pizza is too good... The staff is so friendly.. The atmosphere is clean and tidy and the music is relaxing... Praise to the chef.. I worked in a pizzeria for 7 years so I know what quality is... Bravo Every recommendation...

Delicious food! Always friendly staff and fast delivery.

Everything was really tasty! 👌🏻👌🏻 as always! 👏🏻 Good job guys 🤗

Grillroom-Pizzaria Alanya makes the tastiest pizzas in Dongen

Rude and don't even know what a pizza calzone is. Something about people and pencils haha

Best shawarma tent in the area!

Delicious food. You really have to try the pizza arabieta! Delicious!

Nice clean place, nice guests and above all very tasty food

Super tasty and easy to order via Hebbes. My hair salon delivered quickly and without vegetables. The way I prefer them😊

Doable and people think along about what you want. Really a great thing.

Not what it used to be. It's still reasonable. But it used to be much better. Then the pizzas were generously covered.

It is the third time in a row that dry and hard shawarma has been delivered to my home, which is actually difficult to swallow. Moreover, although the distance from Alanya to me is less than 5 minutes by car, the food is almost cold....

Shawarma is no longer what it used to be... cheaper purchase? Meat really isn't tasty anymore unfortunately

Just super good and friendly staff

I recently ordered from Alanya. Food was super tasty! Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious kapsalon shawarma (or a pizza funghi). Super nice staff too! Keep it up Gentlemen😏

Bad hair salon. Meat not tasty, no sambal

Best restaurant ever!!! Fast serves, tasty food.

I was playing a game of Fortnite when I realized I wanted to go to an authentic hair salon. So I called Alanya so I could pick one up. However, after I had visited the wonderful hair salon, the pain started. So I walked to the toilet and to my horror my anus was bleeding. The rest of the staff is pleasant.

It's better to take the durum doner than the Turkish pizza deluxe, it only contains a few pieces of doner, which is really disappointing, and unfortunately it also arrived lukewarm, too bad!

I ordered two dishes with peppers and onions, I got more onions and peppers and meat. After five minutes the fries were hard as concrete and fried in an old frying pan!!!

Lot of fires, not enough meat in kapsalons, i dont know bout the rest.

Alanya is never open according to the regular opening hours on the site. In addition, they do not deliver to the door because they are afraid of heights, very strange.

Very tasty food, definitely recommended!

Great doner place but the pizza tasted like a ready-made pizza

I have had it delivered and we do that regularly and it is always nice and warm, delivered quickly and a nice delivery person. We are super satisfied. Keep it up

Very nice. Only the interior is no longer from 2024. If they would address that, the complete picture would be great!

Bizarrely bad service, on the phone to place the order. The gentleman indicated that they were not wrong and that I was lying. I will never order from here again Most worst service I've ever had! You're never going to keep this up for long!

Received an incorrect order for the umpteenth time. Contacted them by telephone but according to Alanya they had delivered the right thing... no conversation possible with them!

Great place for lunch and dinner with great food

Good service! Planning had changed. After a phone call, the pizzas were delivered extra quickly! Super!

Very fast and delicious, nothing to complain about!!!

I put 'hungry' in the comments and it was delivered within 20 minutes. no more hunger now

Ordered pizza Ondina and Quattro stagioni tonight. Smooth service, super crispy, but unfortunately the flavors of both pizzas remain very flat. That's a shame again.

Always good food and fast delivery!

The owner is a very nasty and aggressive little man. There was an issue with people where I was a guest. I tried to calm things down and was pushed to the ground by the owner. A man of almost 58, after all. So never again Alanya Dongen for me. The owner is twisting everything below. Not a wrong word was said by me.

Had to wait a very long time for our food on Wednesday. After 1 1/4 hours of ordering, the Kids menus were not included, so the Kids were crying. They had been ordered. They were delivered afterward, but I had to call twice 😔 I'm used to better things from Alanya.

It was delicious food here and really cozy, definitely recommended for everyone!

Top eten.

Super snelle bezorging, eten smaakt heerlijk! Personeel altijd vrolijk!

Erg jammer!

Really great food at a good price, service was fast and friendly. Lekker Pizza 👍👍

Prima service. Shoarma heerlijk en kruidig klaar gemaakt.

Mooie schone zaak. Eten was fantastisch.
