Waited over an hour and a half. Then it arrived cold, and the worst part was, I ordered chicken satay, only chicken arrived, no satay. I called immediately, and they said the driver was on his way. He showed up at 8:40 PM with the sauce, more than two hours later. I threw it away immediately. I did have to pay for it, though. So never again.

I never normally write this review, but this one absolutely blew my mind. We waited 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES for our order. No updates, no apologies, nothing. By the time it finally arrived, the food was STONE COLD... as if it had been waiting for an hour. The kapsalon was limp, the fries cold and soggy, the meat dry and flavorless. This isn't what you expect after such an extremely long wait. As a customer, you honestly feel like you're not being taken seriously. The most frustrating part is that after waiting so long, you're still hungry, but the food is so bad you don't even want to eat it. After SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE, I might as well have ordered from the neighbors!! AND I WILL DO THAT NEXT TIME!!! For me, this is clear... ONCE BUT NEVER AGAIN. Service and quality were completely lacking. UGH.

We ordered two pasta bolognese and one pepperoni pizza through Thuisbezorgd. We had to wait two hours for our food. The pasta was overcooked and lacked flavor. The pizza, however, was delicious.

Fantastic pizzeria! The food is delicious, and you can really taste that everything is freshly made. The pizzas have a crispy crust, perfect flavors, and are beautifully topped. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly, fast, and helpful. The service is excellent: my order was ready quickly, and everything was hot and fresh. It's a place you'll definitely want to return to. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good pizza.

I always order a kapsalon or a pizza salami. I am always satisfied with my order and the food is always fresh and steaming. Sometimes they are busy and it might take a while for your food to be delivered. Most of the time it is expected and when it takes longer than usual, they will apologize for the delay.

Delicious pizzas with garlic sauce!

I've always ordered kapsalon shawarma, which is truly amazing. This time I opted for pizza taco...not recommended. The pizza was lukewarm, the pizza crust undercooked...if you're craving taco pizza, don't order it here!

Last time I ordered from Thuisbezorgd, my food wasn't good. I called and was offered a solution, so I ordered a different dish today. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and honestly, I enjoyed it. The food was delivered quickly, within half an hour. The people on the phone and the delivery driver were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the delicious food.

We used to come here regularly and were satisfied, but we once received a delivery with food that smelled strange and certainly didn't taste good, which kept us away for a very long time. Last weekend, after such a long time, we picked up food from Casablanca again. We had pizza, pasta, kebab, etc., and everything was delicious. It was prepared quickly and the staff were friendly.

Went to dinner with my family tonight. A friendly welcome despite the crowd. My order was taken quickly and efficiently. The food was fantastic. Two platters and a pizza, all equally delicious. The bill was also affordable. Highly recommended for everyone. Until next time.

I ordered food at 7:17 PM. By 11:50 PM? Still nothing. No knock on the door, no doorbell. Just me, growing hungrier and more betrayed with every passing minute. I tried calling—no answer. They were probably busy ignoring other customers. At 6:00 AM, I looked at the order again: "Delivered." To where?! To a parallel universe? Or did my food evaporate in transit? Let's be honest: they took my money and gave me nothing at all. That's not a mistake. That's not bad service. That's just plain villainy. I hear a wicked laugh and a mustache twirling somewhere. Only order here if you're happy to give away money in exchange for an empty stomach and utter disappointment.

I ordered €70.49 worth of food from Casablanca Brunsum through Thuisbezorgd. I waited two hours for it to be delivered, and they forgot the salad. I ordered three pizzas, all burnt. The delivery person took one burnt one back and promised to bring a new one. Nothing was delivered, and the service was absolutely terrible, even though I called!

The fries were cold and juicy, the service was mediocre. Atmosphere: No idea. Final rating: 1.6

You place an order. Just after 2300. Order is accepted. Ready to be delivered. Never arrives. In the meantime 2.5 hours later. And still waiting. Open until 0100 but they have never heard of answering the phone. Shit shop, keep your rubbish blush. Never again.

The grilled chicken was wonderfully tender and perfectly grilled, the rice was full of flavor, and everything was fresh and deliciously prepared. A true culinary delight! Today I ordered a pizza with a portion of spare ribs, the pizza was delicious, but the spare ribs were not at all for 17.99. Received 9 boats and they were also leftovers, I called the place, everything was arranged, in the end I received a new portion, they are just RAW, cooking really can't be that difficult, can it?

Ordered a family dish but there isn't really much meat, so I would say a dish for a small family, meat / shawarma and doner, it was fine, nothing else, never ordered there, but saw some other dishes passing by, for the price it looked a bit poor out. Because I think they are very pricey. The place itself is messy, dirty floor, tables and windows. They are not really friendly and they are not hygienic either, they do wear gloves but they also keep them in everything they do, taking money, picking up the phone, scratching their heads etc etc... I think we will skip it next time

When I placed an order online, I arrived with a shortfall of 2 euros. I politely ask if I can withdraw the extra 2 euros, they say: "That is possible, but it costs 2 euros extra because there are transaction costs." Do you a favor people and look online at how much % it costs them to carry out a transaction. I can already guarantee you that it is not 100% because then they would not make a profit. Anyways.. You always get small bags of sauce and a large fries were also small fries so I would recommend you get a small one!

You get very little sauce with your order.. if you want more you have to pay for it. Kapsalons are poorly stocked, more fries than doner. Fries taste old and like cardboard. And you still have to wait about 1.5 hours for your order. Last time for us

Delicious food at Casablanca, nice people but disappointing atmosphere.

Spoiled rudely, I wish everyone a good business, but also treat your customers with burnt, half-cooked fries (how do you do that?) gyros for 17 euros, which is more like a hair salon than gyros. Casablanca do something with this. This is very unfortunate and you will be spoken to rudely when you call about it. I pass for this and strongly advise against them.

Ordered food and had to wait a little longer, called because of the wrong pasta, which was fine with me, but when we opened the containers, what a disappointment, far too little compared to what I normally get... are there new owners in this? Too bad we don't order here anymore.

lekkerste eten everrr... lekker warm smaakt werkelijk verrukkelijk ... heb drie dagen achter elkaar eten besteld late night... elke dag kwam het lekkerder geleverd. zeker een aanrader.

We hadden voor ons 4 een familie schotel Döner. Flinke plaat Döner, vier pita broodjes, vier knoflooksaus bakjes, twee kleine zakjes friet en een kleine salade. Alles netjes verpakt. Wat aan de zoute kant en ik heb al beter gehad. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Maar best te doen als je voor een snelle hap gaat.

Nos gusta comer kapsalon de este local. Antes llevaban a domicilio pero a nuestra zona dejaron de hacerlo por lo que fuimos al local. Pedimos 2 kapsalon de pollo. Para mi pareja delicioso pero lo recordaba mejor, el que llegaba a casa más rico, pero este no estaba mal ojo, sino que antes me pareció mejor. Cantidad abundante que te deja satisfecho. El local es pequeñito, 3 mesas. El personal que atiende muy amables 😀

Wij bestellen hier regelmatig. Supernetjes verzorgd en altijd op tijd. Het eten is echt goed en ze zijn echt supervriendelijk.

Eten half verbrand...de inhoud was voldoende maar rauw!...groente (paprika) was niet gaat en alleemaal nog knapperig. Uitjes hadden geen smaak....en totaal slap (niet gebakken) Ik proefde geen kruiden ....en de champignons leken wel rot! En de pizza amper gehakt op...1 x en nooit meer voor ons!

Fresh, tasty and super quick delivery. Update: Ordered again. 1 hour 35 minutes delivery when it’s 3km away. Fries were not fresh, no salt. Meat was not fresh. Bit disappointing when the first time was really nice. Downgraded to 3 stars. Maybe if you’re busy or low on drives then take time to prepare the meals fresh. Wouldn’t have been so disappointed waiting for so long if the food was as great at the first time I ordered.

Als je een goeie Grillroom Pizzeria zoekt Casablanca is er hier een van. Altijd goed verzorgt eten al kan het soms zijn door de drukte een bestelling soms eens een keertje later is. Maar dat komt door alle goeie reviews....verder altijd vriendelijk en een flinke portie eten voor je geld!

Ik ben niet zo snel met reviews schrijven maar deze zaak heeft toch echt een review verdient. Het maakt niet uit welke dag, of het druk is, pizza dag of wat dan ook. Het eten is altijd van de beste kwaliteit. Diverse gerechten besteld zoals: Doner / Shoarma / Diverse pizza's / Broodjes en ik kan zeggen alles smaakt zo lekker dat geen andere zaak in de buurt hier aan kan tippen. Enige minpuntje (als je het zo mag noemen) is dat de bestelling vaak wat langer duurt. Maar wat verwacht je als je niet alles uit de diepvries voor gemaakt krijgt. Conclusie ik wacht liever langer en betaal iets meer tegenover de concurrenten in de buurt , omdat de kwaliteit veruit de beste is ! Blijf zo doorgaan! Vaste klant uit Jabeek !

Realmente una buena pizza. No nos podemos quejar en absoluto. Servicio muy rápido y el chico de entrega hizo un gran intento de hablar conmigo en inglés.

Is al een tijdje geleden dat we er zijn geweest. De laatste keer waren er problemen met een van de medewerkers. Hij kwam van buiten en begon zonder zijn handen te wassen mijn broodjes te maken en toen ik er iets van zei werd hij boos. De chef heeft toen ingegrepen en gezegd dat de klant gelijk heeft. Ook zijn we er in 2013 in de zomer geweest en toen stond het vlees gewoon op de toonbank en zat vol vliegen. Dit samen is voor ons een reden om niet meer te gaan
