Just had a hot chicken. I ordered a small one, but got a large portion. It was delicious, with fresh fries, a decent salad, 2 sauces, and a can of soda. All this for only €15. We enjoyed it and will definitely order here again!! Great.

I ordered food here today, but unfortunately received the wrong order and it was incomplete as well. I then called and was told that they were very busy. I understand that it can be busy, but I found the communication and service to be very poor. Very disappointed and unfortunately not a repeat order.

Delivery by 5:30 PM at the latest became 6:15 PM Bread roll tough and chewy, lots of lettuce, a little onion, no cucumber or tomato etc. and very little meat... also burnt, this for 16 euros, two doner rolls with garlic sauce, twice. Why the disappointment?

Unfortunately, something goes wrong with almost every order. Yesterday we visited friends and ordered food. The Mexican salad, for example, is almost always out of stock. Sometimes we even get called asking “which salad do you mean?”, even though it is listed right there on their own website. We also once ordered a 'fries war' where the satay sauce was missing. Yesterday, both the fries from a kids' menu and the Greek salad were missing. We called immediately and were told they would deliver them later. We called three more times; they said it would arrive in 3 minutes. In the end, the missing items didn't arrive until 1.5 hours later. By that time, the child was already asleep and our hunger had pretty much run out by then. A mistake can always happen, of course, but when it happens so regularly and it then takes an hour and a half to deliver a missing part of the order, it becomes quite annoying. In any case, neither we nor our friends will ever order from here again.

Ordered for the 1st time today and immediately the last. The Pizza Taco I received was charred black and cold. They forgot the fries; when I called, they wanted to give me a discount for the “next time.” Well, folks, there will be no next time. I had indicated in the app that delivery was at 17:50, but they arrived at 17:25, so when my daughter came home from work, the chicken nuggets were cold. She is still waiting for the fries; it is now 18:25. Called at 18:32: Not made yet, being fried and brought ASAP. 18:49: Still nothing! 19:08 I just gave up hope. Never experienced such a bad restaurant!!!!

The pizza was tasty, nothing wrong with the food. Ordered on Thuisbezorgd and arrived at the restaurant on time to pick up the food. It took me 5 minutes to get served before my pizza was finally made. So I had to wait another 15 minutes before I could take the food away. Good food, bad service!

I ordered three pizzas and was really very disappointed. One of them was half burnt and the other two tasted terrible. I had to throw them in the trash. For 12 euros a pizza, that is really rip-offs.

Worst döner sandwich ever received. The bun was leftover from yesterday, hard and tough. The meat was completely dried out and burnt, mixed with pieces of raw meat. Barely any sauce, very little salad. Could have thrown it straight into the trash. Kapsalon even worse. Fries from yesterday reheated. Topped with bone-dry, fried, and burnt döner. No sauce inside. Truly barely swallowable. €35 wasted. Never again unless a proper solution is found. Worst döner place in the entire area.

I don't often post a negative review, but this was just truly inedible. Ordered a kapsalon and 2 doner sandwiches, but jeez, this was really the worst ever. The fries in the kapsalon were hard. The buns were dry, like they were 2 days old. The doner itself was either on the raw / greasy side or dry and hard. A waste of money! First and last time we ordered here.

Yet you put salmon on it because, according to you, that was stated in the order. I returned the pizza and was told that a new one would be made and apologies were offered. But in reality, you only removed the large pieces of salmon from the pizza and returned it as if it were a new pizza. The small pieces of tuna were still on it. Mediocre place. The meat isn't like it used to be; it's very greasy and looks almost like it was reheated in the microwave. 75c for a half-filled container of sauce is still outrageous. I'd rather go to Marhaba.

Ordered a portion of spareribs for €19.00 Magnum pint 440ml for €8.50 Delivery took an hour and a half, which isn't really a problem in itself because they can be busy. The magnum pint was a Ben & Jerry's; the delivery driver politely called the place and handed me the phone. Apparently, they didn't have the magnum anymore. I could still accept that. However, the Ben & Jerry's came from the same warming tray as the spareribs and was therefore 75% melted. I had to search hard to find the meat from the spareribs; I have never seen such a lean pig. The "sweet" flavor I had ordered was nowhere to be found; there was no sauce at all. Not even enough for a sick chicken, certainly not for €19.00. I was stupid enough to eat them, also because I didn't want to call again and have to wait even longer for food. That's when you really noticed how little there was. It was gone in less than 5 minutes. The fries were inedible, barely cooked. I normally never post reviews, but this was just too much for me, and they must have known it when they prepared them. I shouldn't have eaten it, but I was very hungry :) Still am, by the way!

We ordered food for my husband, my stepdaughter, and me. My stepdaughter's food never arrived, and my husband's food wasn't what he ordered. We gave our food to her and went to eat something else ourselves. We called, and they kept thinking we wanted to order something new. Eventually, we made it clear that something was missing. They said they would bring it, but we didn't get anything. We sent the little one to bed because we were 1.5 hours into the wait. We called again, but still nothing. Don't order here, because you won't get it or the wrong thing...

What burnt food....yuck...never again

Nice, cozy place. I thought I'd go to this place for a change. However, the Dürum was really barely half of what you get elsewhere. It wasn't enough for me. It seemed like it was reheated in the microwave, because the grease was dripping off it while I was eating, and it was way too little for the price. The döner kebab was decent, but nowhere near what I get elsewhere. It was missing some other vegetables like tomato and cucumber, etc. For that price, it wasn't worth it, and I feel like I consumed a greasy bite. It gave me a junk food vibe. A shame. And this while it is served in a nice box (like with the pizza). Hopefully, they will do something about this. For the time being, I'm not taking any more risks and will go back to where I always used to go. A pity, because it is, once again, a cozy place. But oh well, it is about the food that is sold, after all.🥴

I’ve just been waiting for 3 hours for 4 tubs of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream ordered and paid for via Thuisbezorgt. I live 2 streets away from them, and then you call and are told they don’t have any ice cream, but he is sending someone over now. I’m curious, I’ll give them another 15 minutes now, otherwise I’m going to complain to Thuisbezorgt and I want my money back... I filed a complaint with Thuisbezorgt because Thuisbezorgt indicates that it has been delivered, but I have a Ring doorbell and can prove that it wasn't delivered.

I placed my order at midnight:31. I received a call at 1:15 a.m. saying the delivery driver would be there, but no one was there. This isn't what you expect after such an extremely long wait. As a customer, you honestly feel like you're not being taken seriously. I've always ordered kapsalon shawarma, which is truly amazing. This time I opted for pizza taco...not recommended. The pizza was lukewarm, the pizza crust undercooked...if you're craving taco pizza, don't order it here!

Last time I ordered from Thuisbezorgd, my food wasn't good. I called and was offered a solution, so I ordered a different dish today. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and honestly, I enjoyed it. The food was delivered quickly, within half an hour. The people on the phone and the delivery driver were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the delicious food.

I ordered food at 7:17 PM. By 11:50 PM? Still nothing. No knock on the door, no doorbell. Just me, growing hungrier and more betrayed with every passing minute. I tried calling—no answer. They were probably busy ignoring other customers. At 6:00 AM, I looked at the order again: "Delivered." To where?! To a parallel universe? Or did my food evaporate in transit? Today I ordered a pizza with a portion of spare ribs, the pizza was delicious, but the spare ribs were not at all for 17.99. Received 9 boats and they were also leftovers, I called the place, everything was arranged, in the end I received a new portion, they are just RAW, cooking really can't be that difficult, can it?

Ordered a family dish but there isn't really much meat, so I would say a dish for a small family, meat / shawarma and doner, it was fine, nothing else, never ordered there, but saw some other dishes passing by, for the price it looked a bit poor out. Because I think they are very pricey. The place itself is messy, dirty floor, tables and windows. They are not really friendly and they are not hygienic either, they do wear gloves but they also keep them in everything they do, taking money, picking up the phone, scratching their heads etc etc... I think we will skip it next time

When I placed an order online, I arrived with a shortfall of 2 euros. Spoiled rudely, I wish everyone a good business, but also treat your customers with burnt, half-cooked fries (how do you do that?) gyros for 17 euros, which is more like a hair salon than gyros. Casablanca do something with this. This is very unfortunate and you will be spoken to rudely when you call about it. I pass for this and strongly advise against them.

We hadden voor ons 4 een familie schotel Döner. Flinke plaat Döner, vier pita broodjes, vier knoflooksaus bakjes, twee kleine zakjes friet en een kleine salade. Alles netjes verpakt. Wat aan de zoute kant en ik heb al beter gehad. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Maar best te doen als je voor een snelle hap gaat.

Nos gusta comer kapsalon de este local. Antes llevaban a domicilio pero a nuestra zona dejaron de hacerlo por lo que fuimos al local. Pedimos 2 kapsalon de pollo. Para mi pareja delicioso pero lo recordaba mejor, el que llegaba a casa más rico, pero este no estaba mal ojo, sino que antes me pareció mejor. Cantidad abundante que te deja satisfecho. El local es pequeñito, 3 mesas. El personal que atiende muy amables 😀
