Sofram 2.0 just a money laundering with bad service and long waiting times you would live only 5 minutes away and have to wait 2 hours for your food

Ordered food. The food was so bad. Not edible. 4 people don't taste it. Old frying fat. Super bad. Never order there again

I've been coming here for years and regularly order food from Ramses. The food is delicious, and I always receive excellent service from the friendly staff. I definitely recommend it, especially the kapsalon sweet chicken with crinkles ;)

Super fast delivery, even now during Carnival. I was a bit disappointed with the large shawarma, but the quality is good.

Brussels resident, if one day you decide to eat at a snack bar, run away! The meat is not good, the staff doesn't understand anything, I asked for a big doner and received a ridiculous little piece of bread. For the price we paid, it's frankly complete nonsense!

I don't know what the previous negative reviews where talking about, because i got the opposite experience, service is really good and respectful, food is pretty good! Only bad thing i have to say is the prices of kapsalon which to be honest is a running theme with every kebab restaurant due to the increase of price of living, so i can't blame them for this.

I don't recommend it to anyone, expensive by standards, chicken meat stinks. Because I was very hungry, it didn't taste good to me, so there must be something wrong. The service was not nice. I ordered a Coke Zero and got a regular one. Nooooo I recommend it

I wasn't planning on buying a kebab there again, but today I was tempted, I'm warning you! dry kebab, fries dry and hard, lettuce and a little tomato, don't buy there because it's a waste of money!!!!!! the small one costs 10.50, the large one costs 14.5, but the large one is like a normal one

Ordered 4 large hair salons yesterday, it was ready quickly! Food was delicious, meat was wonderfully tender and the fries were just right. There was enough tomato, lettuce, etc. I will definitely order here again.

Meal ordered via Takeaway, when I called to a restaurant, that the order has delay 40 minutes (when I ordered they showed 25 mins to delivery), he was vulgar and he drop the call. When delivery guy came and I asked him to write time of delivery to a bill as says terms and conditionsy he took my Bill and throw it out. He started to be agresive and on the end he throw a spit on me, now in corona time??? I dont believe what can happened here in Roosendal! I have audio records of both, so I am pretty looking forward, what takeaway said. Never more, meal went directly to trash.

Dry dough, too many herbs, burnt, meat and cheese hard to find, customer unfriendly, company that does not think in terms of solutions! Just rubbish

Ordered a hamburger dish and a donner/shawarma dish here last week. Both dishes had no salad, no tomato, no cucumber, nothing. You would at least expect this from a dish. So we ate fries, meat and sauce and that was it. The meat was tasty, hence 2 stars.

Too bad you have a different andalouse sauce these days. The previous andalouse sauce (the yellow one) was much tastier than the red one you have now. Hopefully you will have that yellow andalouse sauce again next time.

At 10.30 they arrive there, everything is still in the refrigerator, the fries are still being fried and they are just refused because the gentleman is on the phone. Sorry, but please adjust your times and close the door. You won't see me there anymore

Ordered around 8 pm and still not received at 9.15 pm, called the company and then you are told that they will not deliver to us. It sucks so I don't do this anymore. We immediately called and told them that we wanted our money back. I wonder if we'll get that.

Baking fries just works, but I wouldn't feed the rest of the snacks and shawarma to my dog. Fortunately, a new owner comes in.
