Guava serves delicious coffee and has an extensive lunch menu with vegetarian and halal options! Always a pleasant atmosphere!

Great place for a weekend lunch. The Biscoff milkshake was a particular favourite.

We decided to try this place for lunch because the menu had a lot of variety. The options were simple but abundant. We ordered the tuna bagel, loaded fries, and pistachio pancakes. The loaded fries were the highlight-fresh, crispy, and with a unique twist thanks to the cheese, tomatoes, and arugula. The pancakes were more like a dessert, not too sweet, topped with syrup, white chocolate, and powdered sugar. My only critique was the tuna bagel; the tuna tasted like pre-made supermarket tuna, though the bagel itself was crunchy and soft. Overall, I’d rate this place 3.5 stars. I’d definitely come back to try more and see if it earns a 4 or 5 from me!

I have eaten here several times, because I really like it here. The decor and atmosphere are very cozy and the menu has the perfect variety of dishes and drinks. The waffles and pancakes are delicious and the choice is huge! The only point is that you often have to wait a little longer for your food, but in my opinion the food is well worth it. The coffee, tea and lemonades are also delicious. Definitely a nice place to visit once

We just spent a really nice afternoon having our lunch with the server on duty Ziggy. She was so sweet and attentive and the food was made very well and tasted just as nice. Highly recommended!

It's a very small restaurant; the table next to me had five people, so a woman practically sat on top of me. As soon as more people join, you're overwhelmed because the tables are so close together. The bagel tasted dry, as if it wasn't fresh. It was also very difficult to cut. The pulled beef bagel had too much BBQ sauce and too many pickles. It's a shame because you can't taste the beef.

Nice place and delicious food. The service was very friendly. We only waited more than an hour for the food. It was busy due to the good weather, so it makes sense that it took a little longer, but an hour feels a bit extreme.

Went here for brunch recently I have to say that the decor is very cute and the food was delicious. Huge menu which makes it almost too difficult to make a choice. My only criticism is that service was very slow, but judging from the other reviews that may have been a one time thing. I would absolutely recommend this place for a delicious breakfast or lunch.

Super nice place in Sittard with delicious food and friendly staff. Something went wrong with my order which caused a slight delay and an apology was immediately offered and I was even offered a drink on the house; really good service. Staff also very friendly, especially the boy behind the bar. The food was tasty too! Huge menu with lots of choice and many things that you don't find everywhere. I also thought the prices were really reasonable, I would even say cheap for such a trendy lunchroom in these times. You also get a really large portion, so it's really worth your money. I would definitely come back here again!

Drove separately to Sittard for a Too Good To Go, they are closed "due to holidays". Make sure that Too Good To Go and Maps are informed... I will get my money back from the order after a lot of hassle from Too Good To Go, but I can ignore my petrol costs, despite the disappointment.

A surprisingly good lunch restaurant. Delicious pancakes. Very friendly and hospitable staff. I find the entrance a bit cramped and I don't think it is possible to enter with a wheelchair. No idea if there is another entrance

Finally a good brunch place! The restaurant is very cute with plenty of tables inside and some outside. We ordered the American breakfast which was delicious with a perfectly cooked egg, and the Crispy chicken waffle. The crispy chicken was perfectly crispy. The iced coffee was the best I’ve had in the Netherlands. It was sweet but not too sweet. There are a lot of flavors to choose from. Service was friendly and quick. There is a WC for customers and wifi. We’ll be back often.

I highly recommend this place! We went to Guava for a brunch and tried both waffle and bagel and both were of great quality. Nice coffee as well. The girls working there were very kind and attentive. The chicken was halal which we appreciated as well. Definitely going back!

wow, all I can say is wow my husband found this amazing place just wandering around Sittard + decided to walk in and WOW—what a pleasant surprise. decor is so cute and “aesthetically” please the seats are cozy + even the outdoor seating all has umbrellas to protect you from the sun— servers were all super nice and attentive and the food was PHENOMENAL — the pancakes bar so fluffy and delicious my husband also got the loaded fries our most recent time and they were amazing honestly if you’re thinking JUST DO IT! this is a great spot we’ve now considered making it a weekend routine to come because it’s THAT good

This is truly a hidden gem! Super tasty coffee, friendly staff, nice decor and all for a normal price. Highly recommended for coffee lovers, because the possibilities in terms of toppings, syrups, etc. are endless. I will definitely come back here more often! :)

I really enjoyed this place. The food was fast, simple, but delicious. Lots of vegan options. It's a substitution game, but the menu tells you at the front what vegan items they carry for substitutes and what can be made vegan. Waffles and pancakes, sandwiches and bagels. So good! The atmosphere and decor were charming, too!

At Guava I ate a bagel with crispy chicken. It came with a bowl of delicious white cabbage salad. The spicy chai was also tasty. I have discovered a new place to sit and have a nice lunch with very friendly staff.

Nice atmosphere with nice staff, but the food was quite disappointing. I ordered pancakes here for which we had to wait quite a long time, and when we finally got them they were cold and tough. For me it is not worth eating here again for the price you pay for a plate here.
