What a lovely spot! We ended up there on our drive to Nijmegen because we felt like eating along the way. We found this little gem right off the highway. We ate a delicious homemade meatball and had a nice chat with the owner. We were lucky, because the steam locomotive happened to pass by just as we were visiting. Beautiful!! A really nice place, with beautiful street art, tasty food, and a nice atmosphere!

What a unique place to eat a tasty meatball or pancake. You wouldn't expect a restaurant here, and yet there is the mobile food truck ‘Hallo bolle gijs’.

So nice, an old SVG wagon along the road on a bike route. 2 tables with chairs. Small menu but good for coffee, tea, cake, ice cream, toasted sandwiches, and pancakes. Simply set up. Nice man, could tell a lot. Around the bend, beautiful graffiti under the highway. Worth the effort for a short break.

You get tea in a mug under a teapot, and you get more tea out of it than in a normal restaurant. Also very nice to drink from. Cola is also cheaper than usual; a very pleasant experience compared to the extreme prices nowadays, which we find annoying. Beautiful violets on the table. An incredibly nice, friendly man. Pancake reasonably thick and freshly baked. Tasty meatball with a slice of Turkish bread. The atmosphere isn't perfect, but that's only due to the cars you hear passing by. Not a 10, but a 9 in the woods, birds singing, and a Veluwe steam train that stopped briefly. Special spot, special moment. It made my day 🤗

Friendly owner who serves pancakes and drinks from a hidden cart. It's not a snack bar, as Google often calls it. Park under the highway and then cross the railway line.

Great hidden gem, don't miss this place if nearby! Stopped for an impromptu ice cream on a bike ride in the area. Very friendly owner to have a chat with. Food/drink options looked available so will have to come back to sample

We discovered it by chance today and were thrilled. The coffee was perfect. We chatted for an hour and will definitely be back. 👍🏻
