Delicious gluten free bread and pizza dough!! Dough rolls out easily and (which is not always the case with pizza dough) tastes delicious. The bread freezes well, just warm it up a little and you have delicious fresh bread again. I really thought the variant with the seeds had an extra bite, delicious! Friendly people, easy to reach too. Worth repeating!
