Delicious gluten free bread and pizza dough!! The dough is easy to roll out and (which is not always the case with pizza dough) delicious in taste. The bread is easy to freeze, heat it up a bit and you have delicious fresh bread again. I really liked the variant with the seeds, it gave it an extra bite, delicious! Friendly people, easy to reach too. Worth repeating!
